Decay of a Negative Molecular Ion in a Constant Electric Field

The problem of the shift and broadening of the electron energy levels in the field of two 3D short-range potentials (e.g., the model of a negative molecular ion) by a constant electric field F is considered. The interaction of an electron with attraction centers is taken into account in the effective range approximation. We analyze the cases when both centers maintain weakly bound s states and when the electron state in the field of one of the centers is a p state. Exact numerical results for the shift and the width of the energy levels of a quasi-molecule as functions of field F, distance R between atomic centers, and the orientation of the quasi-molecule axis relative to vector F are presented, as well as the results of analytic treatment for a number of limiting cases. The exact values of complex energies of the quasi-molecule are compared with analytic results for a weak field in the case of identical s centers [26], as well as nonequivalent s centers and s–p centers; the applicability boundaries of the weak field approximation are established. It is shown that for large values of R, the position and width of the levels in a strong field are correctly described in perturbation theory in the exchange interaction. We analyze the field-induced quasi-intersection of molecular energy levels of the system with nonequivalent atomic centers and peculiarities in the energy level widths associated with this intersection. The results make it possible to qualitatively interpret the results of numerical calculations of the probability of homo- and heteronuclear molecules being ionized by a low-frequency laser field

Life quality dynamics among patients after bladder tumor treatment

Life quality analysis among 62 patients with transitional cell bladder cancer at stage Tcis -T1, G1,G2,G3, which have been operated (transurethral resection of bladder tumor) and BCG immunotherapy — 29 patients (test group) and 33 patients (comparison group) after transurethral resection of bladder tumor, integrated with local chemotherapy (doxorubicin or mitomycin C). Comparative analysis life quality dynamics after treatment was based on social and clinical test with special questionnaire, proposed by Urology department of Ural state medical academy. Main advantage of the following questionnaire is adaptation to urological contingent. As the result of the following questionnaire design was reliable reduction of life quality by 6 from 12 testing positions in test group and comparison group. Primary reasons of such results were: ache, reduction of ability to work, social and psychological dissatisfaction.Проведено изучение качества жизни у 62 больных переходно-клеточным раком мочевого пузыря в стадии Tcis — Т1, G1 ,G2,63, которым была проведена трансуретральная резекция опухоли мочевого пузыря с последующей иммунотерапией вакциной БЦЖ 29 больным (опытная группа), 33 пациентам (группа сравнения) выполнялась трансуретральная резекция опухоли мочевого пузыря с местной химиотерапией (доксорубицин или митомицин С). Сравнительный анализ динамики качества жизни после проведенного лечения проводился методом социоклинического исследования с применением анкеты-опросника, разработанного кафедрой урологии Уральской государственной медицинской академии. Преимущество представленного опросника в его адаптированности к урологическому контингенту. В результате проведенного анкетирования установлено достоверное снижение качества жизни по 6 из 12 оцениваемых пунктов основной группы и группы сравнения преимущественно за счет болевых ощущений, снижения трудоспособности, социально — психологической неудовлетворенности своим здоровьем, приводящей к самоизоляции больног

Influence of independent factors on effectiveness and portability of combined antiviral therapy of chronic hepatitis с by medication - Lifeferon and Ribavirin

Essential role in formation of stable virus remission has genotype, scheme of therapy, initial figures of virus burden, mass of body, histological index of fibrosis, activity of ALT. Antiviral therapy of chronic hepatitis С by interferon - a2b medication and ribavirin is accompanied by asthenic, influenzal-like, dermatologic, neurocirculatory, psychasthenic, dyspepsial and citopenic syndromes, which are reversible and regress fast to the end of the observation period. Application of inductive scheme of bringing in interferon - a2b increases the frequency of skin manifestations, psychoneurological symptoms, dyspepsial complaints and is accompanied by more expressed depression of leucopoiesis.Существенную роль в становлении стойкой вирусологической ремиссии имеет генотип, схема терапии, исходные показатели вирусной нагрузки, массы тела, гистологического индекса фиброза, активности АЛТ. Противовирусная терапия хронического гепатита С препаратами интерферон-а2Ь и рибавирин сопровождается астеническим, гриппоподобным, дерматологическим, нейроциркуляторным, психастеническим, диспепсическим и цитопеническим синдромами, которые обратимы и быстро регрессируют к концу периода наблюдения. The use of ultrasonic elastography in the evaluation stage of liver fibrosis in patients infection department of military clinical hospital

Article is devoted to using of instrumental method for assessing liver fibrosis - liver ultrasound elastography, compared with the 'gold standard’ in hepatology - needle aspiration. Modern concept of diagnostic search in chronic liver diseases and analysis of the correlation of indicators of liver fibrosis estimated by invasive and non-invasive methods are represented. The dependence of the development of clinical manifestations of cirrhosis of the elasticity is assayed. A new strategy of diagnosis of chronic hepatitis is offered.Предлагаемая статья посвящена использованию инструментального метода оценки стадии фиброза печени - ультразвуковой зластографии печени, в сравнении с «золотым стандартом» в гепатологии - пункционной биопсией. Представлена современная концепция диагностического поиска при хронических заболеваниях печени, проведен анализ корреляции показателей фиброза печени, полученных инвазивными и неинвазивными методами. Effectiveness of therapy in anthelmintic superinvasion opisthorchis felineus

Studied clinical and laboratory findings in 39 patients with superinvasion opisthorchis felineus. A comparative analysis of conventional antihelminthic treatment opisthorchosis, drug praziguantel and combination of antiparasitic therapy with albendazol and praziguantel. It is proved that the combination therapy had a more pronounced clinical, laboratory, and antiparasitic effects in comparison with monotherapy.Изучена клиническая картина и лабораторные отклонения у 39 пациентов с суперинвазией opisthorchis felineus. Проведен сравнительный анализ эффективности традиционной антигельминтнной терапии описторхоза, препаратом празиквантел и комбинированной антипаразитарной терапии препаратами албендазол и празиквантел. Доказано, что комбинированная терапия оказывает более выраженные клинико-лабораторный и противопаразитарный эффекты в сравнение с монотерапией
