Influence of independent factors on effectiveness and portability of combined antiviral therapy of chronic hepatitis с by medication - Lifeferon and Ribavirin

Abstract

Essential role in formation of stable virus remission has genotype, scheme of therapy, initial figures of virus burden, mass of body, histological index of fibrosis, activity of ALT. Antiviral therapy of chronic hepatitis С by interferon - a2b medication and ribavirin is accompanied by asthenic, influenzal-like, dermatologic, neurocirculatory, psychasthenic, dyspepsial and citopenic syndromes, which are reversible and regress fast to the end of the observation period. Application of inductive scheme of bringing in interferon - a2b increases the frequency of skin manifestations, psychoneurological symptoms, dyspepsial complaints and is accompanied by more expressed depression of leucopoiesis.Существенную роль в становлении стойкой вирусологической ремиссии имеет генотип, схема терапии, исходные показатели вирусной нагрузки, массы тела, гистологического индекса фиброза, активности АЛТ. Противовирусная терапия хронического гепатита С препаратами интерферон-а2Ь и рибавирин сопровождается астеническим, гриппоподобным, дерматологическим, нейроциркуляторным, психастеническим, диспепсическим и цитопеническим синдромами, которые обратимы и быстро регрессируют к концу периода наблюдения. Применение индукционной схемы введения интерферон-а2Ь увеличивает частоту кожных проявлений, психоневрологических симптомов, диспепсических жалоб и сопровождается более выраженным угнетением лейкопоэза
