    The investigation of hadron-nuclear interactions in Pamir experiment is carried out by means of X-ray emulsion chambers of two types: carbon (C) and lead (Pb). While comparing the results from the chambers of both types it was found a discrepancy in n sub h and E sub h(1)R values. The observed discrepancy in C and Pb chambers is connected with the difference in values of effective coefficients of energy transfer to the soft component K sub eff for C and Pb chambers

A series of runs are conducted on mathematical model of hydraulic-powered pulse machine. From this experiment, interrelations between input pulse curve and construction parameters are found. Results of conducted experiment are obtained with the help of the mathematical model, which is created in Simulink Matlab

    Optimization of hole generation in Ti/CFRP stacks

    The article aims to describe methods for improving the surface quality and hole accuracy in Ti/CFRP stacks by optimizing cutting methods and drill geometry. The research is based on the fundamentals of machine building, theory of probability, mathematical statistics, and experiment planning and manufacturing process optimization theories. Statistical processing of experiment data was carried out by means of Statistica 6 and Microsoft Excel 2010. Surface geometry in Ti stacks was analyzed using a Taylor Hobson Form Talysurf i200 Series Profilometer, and in CFRP stacks - using a Bruker ContourGT-K1 Optical Microscope. Hole shapes and sizes were analyzed using a Carl Zeiss CONTURA G2 Measuring machine, temperatures in cutting zones were recorded with a FLIR SC7000 Series Infrared Camera. Models of multivariate analysis of variance were developed. They show effects of drilling modes on surface quality and accuracy of holes in Ti/CFRP stacks. The task of multicriteria drilling process optimization was solved. Optimal cutting technologies which improve performance were developed. Methods for assessing thermal tool and material expansion effects on the accuracy of holes in Ti/CFRP/Ti stacks were developed

    AbstractInteraction of the monoclonal antibody A5 raised against native bacteriorhodopsin (BR) with the synthetic peptide pGlu1-Ala-Gln-Ile-Thr-Gly-Arg7-NH2, corresponding to the amino acid sequence 1–7 was studied by transferred nuclear Overhauser effect (TRNOE) spectroscopy. The denaturing reagents and the specially designed pulse sequences which eliminate broad signals from the TRNOE spectra were used to favour evaluation of the TRNOE peaks. On the basis of the data obtained, the conformation of peptide bound with A5 was calculated. A model of the mutual arrangement of bacteriorhodopsin N-terminus and the first transmembrane α-helical segment 8–32 was proposed

    The subject of the study is the problems of institutional and methodological-legal regulation of the contract system of public procurement.The relevance of the problem is due to the fact that there have been changes in the structure and composition of forms of contract activity as a result of the 2017 adoption of amendments to Law No. 44 in the dynamics of the distribution of order placement procedures.The purpose of the study is to develop a scientific methodology for calculating the effectiveness of procurement activities on the basis of a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of public procurement on a contractual basis, plan-fact analysis, and the implementation of the principles of compliance control in public procurement management.The paper uses methods of statistical and comparative analysis, generalization, classification and valuation. The paper shows that the present disadvantages of institutional regulation of procurement processes have a negative effect on their effectiveness, requiring improved oversight of public procurements as well as analytical and methodological support. The authors suggested that the principles of compliance-control of public procurement management be applied on a contractual basis in order to increase the level of credibility and legality of activities conducted in procurement. The author’s vision of the content of the methods of calculating the performance of procurement activities on the basis of a comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of public procurements on a contract basis is presented. For the collection of data for plan-fact analysis, their systematization for further calculation of performance indicators of public procurement on a contractual basis, a specialized form “Data Summary for Plan-Fact Analysis of Procurement” is proposed. If the procurement proposals presented in the study are implemented, they will increase the efficiency of the Russian public procurement contract system, the responsibility of participants in it, and the professional competence of officials.Предметом исследования являются проблемы институционального и методико-правового регулирования контрактной системы государственных закупок. Актуальность проблематики обусловлена тем, что в результате принятия в 2017 г. поправок в Федеральный закон от 05.04.2013 № 44-ФЗ «О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд» произошли изменения в структуре и составе форм контрактной деятельности, в динамике распределения процедур размещения заказа. Целью исследования является разработка научно обоснованной методики расчета результативности закупочной деятельности на основе комплексной оценки эффективности госзакупок на контрактной основе, план-фактного анализа, внедрения принципов комплаенс-контроля управления госзакупками. Использованы методы статистического и сравнительного анализов, обобщения, классификации, стоимостной оценки. Показано, что существующие до настоящего времени недостатки институционального регулирования закупочных процедур негативно сказываются на их эффективности, что требует улучшения менеджмента госзакупок и его аналитикометодического обеспечения. Авторами предложено применять принципы комплаенс-контроля управления госзакупками на контрактной основе в целях повышения уровня достоверности и законности проводимых мероприятий в сфере закупок. Предлагается авторское видение содержания методик расчета результативности закупочной деятельности на основе комплексной оценки эффективности госзакупок на контрактной основе. Для сбора данных для план-фактного анализа, их систематизации для дальнейшего расчета показателей эффективности госзакупок на контрактной основе предложена специализированная форма «Свод данных для план-фактного анализа закупок». Внедрение в практику закупок представленных в исследовании предложений позволит повысить результативность функционирования российской контрактной системы государственных закупок, ответственность ее участников и профессиональную грамотность чиновников.

    ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА КОРОТКОЛАТЕНТНЫХ СЛУХОВЫХ ВЫЗВАННЫХ ПОТЕНЦИАЛОВ МОЗГА (ВОЗДУШНОЕ И КОСТНОЕ ЗВУКОПРОВЕДЕНИЕ) У ДЕТЕЙ С НОРМАЛЬНЫМ СЛУХОМ

    Diagnosis of hearing level in small children with conductive hearing loss associated with congenital craniofacial abnormalities, particularly with agenesis of external ear and external auditory meatus is a pressing issue. Conventional methods of assessing hearing in the first years of life, i. e. registration of brainstem auditory evoked responses to acoustic stimuli in the event of air conduction, does not give an indication of the auditory analyzer’s condition due to potential conductive hearing loss in these patients. This study was aimed at assessing potential of diagnosing the auditory analyzer’s function with registering brainstem auditory evoked responses (BAERs) to acoustic stimuli transmitted by means of a bone vibrator. The study involved 17 children aged 3–10 years with normal hearing. We compared parameters of registering brainstem auditory evoked responses (peak V) depending on the type of stimulus transmission (air/bone) in children with normal hearing. The data on thresholds of the BAERs registered to acoustic stimuli in the event of air and bone conduction obtained in this study are comparable; hearing thresholds in the event of acoustic stimulation by means of a bone vibrator correlates with the results of the BAERs registered to the stimuli transmitted by means of air conduction earphones (r = 0.9). High correlation of thresholds of BAERs to the stimuli transmitted by means of a bone vibrator with thresholds of BAERs registered when air conduction earphones were used helps to assess auditory analyzer’s condition in patients with any form of conductive hearing loss.  Диагностика уровня слуха у детей младшего возраста с кондуктивной тугоухостью, связанной с пороками развития челюстно-лицевой области, в частности с агенезией слуховой раковины и наружного слухового прохода, является актуальной проблемой. Традиционная методика оценки слуха в первые годы жизни, а именно регистрация слуховых вызванных потенциалов мозга на акустические стимулы при воздушном звукопроведении, не дает представления о состоянии слухового анализатора за счет кондуктивного компонента тугоухости у этой когорты пациентов. Целью данного исследования стала оценка возможности диагностики функции слухового анализатора методом регистрации коротколатентных слуховых вызванных потенциалов (КСВП) при использовании акустического стимула, подаваемого через костный вибратор. В исследование были включены 17 детей с нормальным слухом в возрасте 3−10 лет. Проводили сравнение параметров регистрации коротколатентных слуховых вызванных потенциалов (V пик) в зависимости от типа передачи стимула (воздух/кость) у нормально слышащих детей. Полученные в исследовании данные порогов КСВП, зарегистрированных на акустические стимулы воздушного и костного звукопроведения, сопоставимы, а значения порогов слуха при акустической стимуляции через костный вибратор соответствуют результатам регистрации КСВП на стимулы, подаваемые через воздушные телефоны (r = 0,9). Высокая корреляция порогов КСВП на стимулы, подаваемые через костный вибратор, и порогов КСВП, зарегистрированных через воздушные телефоны, позволяет оценивать состояние слухового анализатора у пациентов с любыми формами кондуктивной тугоухости.
