Optimal drive parameters and laws of controlling range laser beam scanning were determined.     Dynamical systems, having the space-timevarying behavior, takes place in the range of processes. Especially interesting are those which affect the structure and properties complex materials during its formation because of thermal communication between the different parts of the system. One of the most important features of the study is the temperature behavior in the contact area under sliding interaction. This behavior results from the large contribution of the heat capacity to the entropy. We investigate the influence of the Joule-Thomson effect on the behavior and thermal characteristics of contact area formed by debris and lubricant between the sliding surfaces when they are brought into contact with one another in commutator-and-brush assembly as an example. The model reflecting the influence of the change in the third body temperature on the material properties, geometry of the debris and the surrounding environment is proposed. The result shows the strong correlations between Joule-Thomson effect and mechanical fluctuations of the wear particles that are responsible for the size of the contact area

    The theorem on a normal limit (n β†’ ∞) distribution of the number of false solutions of a system of nonlinear Boolean equations with independent random coefficients is proved. In particular, we assume that each equation has coefficients that take value 1 with probability that varies in some neighborhood of the point 1/2; the system has a solution with the number of ones equals ρ(n), ρ(n) β†’ ∞ as n β†’ ∞. The proof is constructed on the check of auxiliary statement conditions which in turn generalizes one well-known result

    The work includes the mechanical analysis of mechanical feeders and batchers that find application in various technological processes and industrial fields. Feeders are usually classified according to their design features into two groups: conveyor-type feeders and non-conveyor feeders. Batchers are used to batch solid bulk materials. Less frequently, they are used for liquids. In terms of a batching method, they are divided into volumetric and weighting batchers. Weighting batchers do not provide for sufficient batching accuracy. Automatic weighting batchers include a mass controlling sensor and systems for automatic material feed and automatic mass discharge control. In terms of operating principle, batchers are divided into gravitational batchers and batchers with forced feed of material using conveyors and pumps. Improved consumption of raw materials, decreased loss of materials, ease of use in automatic control systems of industrial facilities allows increasing the quality of technological processes and improve labor conditions. The batch feeder suggested by the authors is a volumetric batcher that has no comparable counterparts among conveyor-type feeders and allows solving the problem of targeted feeding of bulk material batches increasing reliability and hermeticity of the device
