    Pembelajaran daring dilaksanakan sebagai adaptasi adanya pandemi covid-19. Kegiatan pembelajaran kelas 1 dilaksanakan melalui aplikasi whatsapp dan dibimbing oleh orang tua dari rumah. Dalam pelaksanaanya guru kesulitan menjangkau dan memberikan bimbingan belajar secara langsung. Peserta didik yang baru memasuki tahap awal pendidikan formal mengalami berbagai problematika. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui  pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring serta problematika apa saja yang dialami peserta didik jika ditinjau dari latar belakang pendidikan peserta didik tamatan atau bukan TK/PAUD. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan problematika pembelajaran daring apabila ditinjau dari latar belakang pendidikan yang memiliki persamaan yaitu kurangnya minat belajar peserta didik, cepat lelah belajar, aplikasi SSE bermasalah, dan orang tua kesulitan membimbing peserta didik belajar dari rumah. Sedangkan perbedaannya terletak pada kurangnya kemampuan membaca dan memahami teks bacaan peserta didik yang bukan tamatan pendidikan pra sekolah

    Tujuan penelitian ini sebenarnya adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis HOTS pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri 010 Bontang Selatan ; (2) kendala dalam pelaksanaan pemuatan soal – soal HOTS pada guru – guru kelas ; (3) solusi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala dalam pembuatan soal dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis HOTS pada sekolah SDN 010 Bontang Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data yang ada  berasal dari beberapa guru di SDN 010 Bontang Selatan.kegiatan ini berbentuk lokakarya secara daring dan dilaksanakan selama tiga hari dengan teori dan praktek yang disampaikan adalah pemahaman tentang pentingnya pengembangan soal-soal HOTS bagi peserta didik untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Strategi dan teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 Year 2011 states that the planning of the Law-making program is planned, integrated and systematically regulated in the National Legislation Program. As a planning instrument, the National Legislation Program should be able to play a strategic role in the legislative process, namely as a basis for implementation and benchmarking in evaluation and supervision. Even the National Legislation Program can also act as an illustration of the direction of Indonesian legal politics, which complements the National Medium-Term Development Plan as a guide to the direction of development policy in Indonesia.     PEMANFAATAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN ONLINE PADA MATA PELAJARAN PAI DENGAN MODEL HYBRID LEARNING

    Due to the large spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia, the learning process is only limited to face-to-face interactions in locations with a high incidence of infection spread. To accommodate students who attend face-to-face in class or who attend online, teachers can take advantage of online learning media using hybrid learning. The purpose of this study is to explain how to use online learning resources in PAI subjects using a hybrid learning approach. This research is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach with data sourced from the library as a source of information, then the data is analyzed using content analysis. The results of this study indicate that PAI teachers can take advantage of various online learning media platforms, including WhatsApp, Google Classroom, and Zoom Meeting. Teachers can use accessible capabilities to deliver information or materials, monitor attendance, and evaluate students participating in online learning

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kewajiban perpajakan selebgram atas jasa periklanan digital berdasarkan sistem self-assessment. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum sosiolegal, yaitu penelitian hukum normatif yang didukung oleh data-data penelitian hukum empirik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Makassar Selatan, Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kewajiban perpajakan selebgram atas jasa periklanan digital berdasarkan sistem self-assessment telah terlaksana, namun pelaksanaannya belum optimal serta belum dapat diterapkan secara konsekuen oleh Selebgram. Sejatinya, tujuan pemerintah memberlakukan sistem self-assessment agar dapat meningkatkan pemasukan kas Negara melalui sektor pajak, dibuktikan dengan jumlah Wajib Pajak yang terpaut jauh jika dibandingkan dengan Wajib Pajak Setor.     The Darul Ikhlas Marangkayu Islamic Boarding School is the only Islamic boarding school in the 3T (foremost, outermost, lagging ) area which is located in the Marangkayu sub-district, and is labeled Nahdlatul Wathan (NW). The purpose of this research is to find out the application of the syafa'ati method in the Darul sincere Islamic boarding school. This research is a field research using descriptive qualitative method. This study uses observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The implementation of the syafa'ati method in Islamic boarding schools is divided into three stages, namely planning, implementing, and evaluating the syafa'ati method. This syafa'ati method is a method that focuses on the duration of memorization. With the provisions of the formula, namely B10x + H5x + U5x + D10x. The mushaf in the book of the syafa'ati method corresponds to a memorized mushaf (15 lines) accompanied by a translation, each page is divided into 3 hifzhoty which are marked with lines and verse numbers. Implementation of memorizing students are given a maximum of 30 minutes to memorize 1 hifdzoty.     E-learning in physical education learning: How are students' perceptions during the COVID-19 pandemic?

    In implementing e-learning, it demands readiness from the school as well as from its students, the most basic obstacle is the lack of communication media used by students and limited signals that affect students’ perceptions of physical education learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine how big the perception of class VIII SMPN 2 Cariu is in learning physical education during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, the method used is a survey. Data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale test. The population used was class VIII SMPN 2 Cariu, totaling 97 students consisting of 50 male students and 47 female students. The sample used in this study were 97 students with a non-probability sampling technique and a saturated sampling technique. The data in the study were analyzed using descriptive statistics with percentages. The results showed that student’s perception of class VIII SMPN 2 Cariu in learning physical education in the new normal era was overall in the "Medium" category with a total of 42 students and a percentage of (43%). This means that students’ understand enough to take part in physical education learning in the new normal era. In terms of learning, students are quite helped to take part in physical education materials by utilizing E-Learning during the Covid-19 pandemic
