    ABSTRAK Skripsi dengan judul Kualitas Produk, Pelayanan Dan Kinerja Karyawan Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Tabungan Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Muamalah ditulis oleh Aanju Rizky Roshania, NIM. 2823133001, pembimbing Sri Eka Astutiningsih, SE., MM. Penelitian dalam skripsi ini dilatarbelakangi dengan perkembangan asset Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil yang mengalami peningkatan maupun penurunan. Perkembangan ini mengacu pada kualitas produk, pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan agar Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil mengalami peningkatan dalam assetnya. Kualitas produk, pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan adalah dimensi yang kuat dan penting dalam meningkatkan asset dan menumbuhkan sikap loyal terhadap Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil tersebut. Sikap loyal seorang nasabah akan mempengaruhi asset Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil dan perkembangan Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil akan sangatmeningkat. Rumusan masalah dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah (1) Apakah kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah tabungan di BMT Muamalah Tulungagung ? (2) Apakah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah tabungan di BMT Muamalah Tulungagung ? (3) Apakah kinerja karyawan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah tabungan di BMT Muamalah Tulungagung ? (4) Apakah kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah tabungan di BMT Muamalah di Tulungagung ?. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi 125 orang dan sampel 95 orang. Objek penelitian adalah Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Muamalah Tulungagung. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas data; uji multikolinieritas; uji heteroskedasitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji T secara parsial, dan uji F secara simultan. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah tabungan Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Muamalah Tulungagung, pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai negatif terhadap loyalitas nasabah tabungan Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Muamalah Tulungagung, kinerja karyawan berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai positif terhadap loyalitas nasabah tabungan Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Muamalah Tulungagung. Secara menyeluruh hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah tabungan Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Muamalah Tulungagung. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah tabungan dapat dilakukan dengan cara meningkatkan pelayanan dan kinerja karyawan. Research in this thesis is motivated by the development of asset Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil which experienced an increase or decrease. This development refers to the quality of products, service and employee performance so that Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil has increased in its assets. The quality of products, service and employee performance is a strong and important dimension in improving assets and fostering a loyal attitude towards Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil. The loyal attitude of a customer will affect the assets of Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil and the development of Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil will be greatly increased. The formulation of the problem in writing this thesis is (1) Does the quality of the product affect the loyalty of customer savings in BMT Muamalah Tulungagung? (2) Does the quality of service affect the loyalty of savings customers in BMT Muamalah Tulungagung? (3) Does employee performance have an effect on customer saving loyalty in BMT Muamalah Tulungagung? (4) Is the product quality, service quality and employee performance together affect the loyalty of the savings customer in BMT Muamalah in Tulungagung ?. This research is a research using quantitative approach with population 125 people and sample 95 people. The object of research is Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Muamalah Tulungagung. The methodology used is the validity and reliability test, the classical assumption test consisting of the data normality test; multicollinearity test; heteroskedasitas test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial T test, and F test simultaneously. From the results of this study indicate that product quality has no significant effect on customer loyalty of Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Muamalah Tulungagung, service has a significant effect with negative value on customer loyalty of Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Muamalah Tulungagung, employee performance has significant influence with positive value to customer loyalty Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Muamalah Tulungagung. Overall the results of this study indicate that the quality of products, service and employee performance together have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty savings Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Muamalah Tulungagung.
