THE VISUALITY WITH DEAF STUDENTS IN BASIC EDUCATION : A MAPPING OF NATIONAL PUBLICATIONS

Objetivou-se mapear as publicações nacionais relacionadas à aplicação de estratégias de ensino visuais na educação de surdos na Educação Básica. Inspirou-se em um protocolo de revisão sistemática da literatura. As bases de dados pesquisadas foram: Scientific Electronic Library Online e Portal de Periódicos CAPES com os seguintes descritores: pedagogia visual, pedagogia surda, recursos visuais, educação inclusiva e aprendizagem, cada uma combinando com a palavra surdez e seus respectivos, surdo e surdos. Após a seleção, 28 estudos foram analisados. Foram identificadas práticas pedagógicas visuais, nas quais os professores criaram materiais, produziram vídeos com acessibilidade. Com a concentração de publicações nas regiões sul e sudeste e entre os anos de 2019 e 2022.El objetivo es mapear las publicaciones nacionales relacionadas con la aplicación de estrategias de enseñanza visuales en la educación de adultos en la educación básica. Go to fight! parents' experiences in caring for their disabled child.

Objetivou-se compreender a vivência de pais nos cuidados com filhos em condição de deficiência. Adotou-se como referencial metodológico a Teoria Fundamentada nos Dados, foram entrevistados 9 pais de crianças e adultos com deficiência intelectual ou múltipla, entre agosto/2015 e junho/2016, a partir de um roteiro semiestruturado. Obtiveram-se as categorias: Aspectos pré, peri, pós-natais, Postura assumida pelo profissional,Ir à Luta! e Outro mundo. Trata-se de uma parentalidade que se configura na medida em que estes pais adentram no Outro mundo, que os leva a ajustarem suas práticas e crenças sobre seu filho, sobre si mesmos e o universo da deficiência, por vezes sob uma percepção da deficiência como desvantagem social e incapacidade, tendo como fator interveniente a Postura assumida pelo profissional, assim conhecer essas vivências a partir da TFD permite: o aprimoramento das práticas de assistência a esses pais e seus filhos, o planejamento de ações psicoeducativas a partir de uma perspectiva social da deficiência de modo a empoderá-los e orientá-los sobre aspectos do desenvolvimento de seus filhos, possibilitando um olhar para além do diagnóstico e uma adaptação familiar mais positiva.The objective was to understand the experience of parents in caring for children with disabilities. The Grounded Theory was adopted as a methodological framework, 9 parents of children and adults with intellectual or multiple disabilities were interviewed,between August/2015 and June/2016. The categories were obtained: Pre, peri, post-natal aspects, Posture assumed by the professional, Go to Fight! and Another world. It is, therefore, a parenting that is configured as these parents enter the Another world,which leads them to adjust their practices and beliefs about their child, about themselves and the universe of disability, sometimes under a perception of disability as a social disadvantage and incapacity, having as an intervening factor the Posture assumed by the professional, thus knowing these experiences from the GT allows: the improvement of care practices for these parents and their children, the planning of actions psychoeducational from a social perspective of disability in order to empower them and guide them about aspects of their children's development, enabling a look beyond the diagnosis and a more positive family adaptation

The knowledge of human health professionals about animal-assisted interventions.

A inserção de animais de companhia em ambiente hospitalar por meio de intervenções assistidas tornou-se um método terapêutico alternativo na medicina humana, frente a isso, foram feitos estudos para que essas atividades sejam realizadas com segurança para todos os envolvidos. Diante disso, objetivou-se investigar a percepção de profissionais de saúde, atuantes em clínica e hospitais, acerca dos riscos e benefícios decorrentes de Intervenções Assistidas por Animais (IAA’s). Trata-se de um estudo de levantamento no qual participaram 44 profissionais de saúde humana. A coleta foi feita através deum questionário com perguntas acerca de IAA’s em hospitais, focando no bem-estar animal, do paciente e de outras pessoas envolvidas, além de possíveis riscos, realizada de modo online entre abril e maio de 2020. O perfil desses participantes foi em sua maioria residentes na região Norte do Brasil, na faixa etária de 30 a 40 anos, enfermeiros que atuam em hospital. Quanto as IAA´s, 91% não têm experiência e 86,3% deles são favoráveis a entrada de cães nesse ambiente. Os participantes reconheceram que há benefícios aos pacientes, aos profissionais, aos acompanhantes e ao ambiente, tornando-o mais acolhedor e humanizado e que embora haja riscos: de contaminação do paciente, das reações das pessoas e dos cães, ou ainda aqueles resultantes da falta de preparo da equipe do hospital, a IAA por ser uma prática sistematizada por uma equipe multiprofissional contribui para a diminuição desses riscos.The insertion of pets in hospital settings through assisted interventions has become an alternative therapeutic method in human medicine, and studies have been conducted to ensure that these activities are performed safely for all involved. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the perception of health professionals, working in clinics and hospitals, about the risks and benefits of Animal-Assisted Interventions (AAIs). This is a survey study in which 44 human health professionals participated. The collection was done through a questionnaire with questions about AAIs in hospitals, focusing on animal, patient, and other people's well-being, as well as possible risks, carried out online between April and May 2020. The profile of these participants was mostly residents in the North region of Brazil, aged 30 to 40 years, nurses working in hospitals. As for AAIs, 91% have no experience and 86.3% of them are in favor of dogs entering this environment. The participants recognized that there are benefits to patients, professionals, companions and the environment, making it more welcoming and humanized, and that although there are risks: of contamination of the patient, of the reactions of people and dogs, or even those resulting from the lack of preparation of the hospital staff, the AAI, as it is a systematized practice by a multidisciplinary team, contributes to the reduction of these risks

Percepção de médicos veterinários sobre a presença de cães em hospitais: cuidados, riscos e benefícios

As Intervenções Assistidas por Animais (IAA) surgem como práticas em que animais domésticos atuam como mediadores em atividades que buscam promover benefícios físicos e emocionais às pessoas envolvidas. Essas atividades vêm ganhando espaço em diversos ambientes. Dentre eles, encontra-se o ambiente hospitalar no qual as IAA se encaixam como um método complementar que auxilia a recuperação dos pacientes. Diante disso, objetivou-se conhecer a percepção de médicos veterinários sobre os benefícios e riscos da presença de cães em hospitais, os possíveis cuidados para evitar esses riscos e as características do animal para essa prática. Trata-se de um estudo de abordagem qualitativa no qual participaram seis médicos veterinários. A coleta foi feita através de um questionário com perguntas acerca de IAA em hospitais, realizada de modo online entre abril e maio de 2020, abordando o bem-estar do animal, do paciente e de outras pessoas envolvidas, além da identificação de possíveis riscos. Eles salientaram a importância do acompanhamento profissional, destacaram benefícios físicos e emocionais que essa prática pode proporcionar e pontuaram possíveis cuidados para que as atividades ocorram sem riscos aos envolvidos. Apesar de serem considerações válidas, concluiu-se que comumente os veterinários ainda carecem de uma formação mais completa a respeito das IAA

O Professor da Educação Básica e as Tecnologias Digitais no Ensino Remoto

This article aims to analyze the perception of elementary school teachers about their practices and remote teaching, which was implemented in an emergency due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It is a survey, in which 46 teachers participated when answering a form with 17 closed questions and an open one about this experience, the digital technologies used, the difficulties in this implementation, the access to the internet, among others. The participants identified messaging applications (WhatsApp and Telegram) as the most used tools in class, being considered the easiest, and the posture of permanent learners was observed in them.   Keywords: Elementary school. COVID-19 pandemic.Este artigo se propõe a analisar a percepção de professores da Educação Básica sobre as suas práticas e o ensino remoto, implantado de forma emergencial devido à pandemia da Covid-19. Trata-se de um levantamento, do qual participaram 46 professores que responderam um formulário com 17 perguntas fechadas e uma aberta sobre essa experiência, as tecnologias digitais utilizadas, as dificuldades nessa implementação, o acesso a internet, entre outros. As participantes identificaram os aplicativos de mensagem (WhatsApp e Telegram) como as ferramentas mais utilizadas nas aulas, sendo consideradas as mais fáceis. Gestão pública II: relatos, pesquisas, experiências e visão de trabalho.

Coletânea de trabalhos publicados e premiados no II Seminário de Gestão Pública da UFRA e na 1ª edição do Prêmio Novos Ventos de Gestão Pública, sob a responsabilidade da Pró-Reitoria de Gestão de Pessoas (PROGEP).UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL RURAL DA AMAZÔNIAEste livro, na forma de coletânea, se constituiu em um processo mais amplo de reflexão sobre a gestão pública dentro da Universidade. Aqui, partimos para uma importante reflexão, a partir do processo de sistematizar experiências, relatos de experiência, e pesquisas, sobre a Universidade Pública e sua relação com as pessoas e as ciências. Em especial, o capítulo 1, a partir da coletânea dos trabalhos apresentados no II Seminário de Gestão Pública, diferencia-se dos trabalhos submetidos para a primeira edição. As experiências destacadas para este livro reforçam a identidade e missão da UFRA, como os resultados dos trabalhos “OS CAMINHOS DA MERENDA ESCOLAR: análise da logística na cadeia de suprimentos do município de Tomé-Açu” e “ANÁLISE QVT NA GESTÃO DE UMA EMPRESA PRODUTORA DE DENDÊ EM TOMÉ-AÇU/PA”, e que também agregam valor a gestores e equipes de trabalho quando promovem a discussão de temas relacionados ao dia-a-dia do trabalho, tais como: QUALIDADE DE VIDA NO TRABALHO e GESTÃO ESTRATÉGICA DE PESSOAS NO SETOR PÚBLICO. Nesse sentido, servidores e pesquisadores cumprem a função de embasar inúmeras discussões que vêm sendo travadas pelas Instituições Públicas sobre qualidade de vida, inclusão, garantia de direitos, melhoria de procedimentos, dentre outros. O capítulo II, enquanto coletânea das experiências de trabalho indicada para premiação, é um momento riquíssimo de se perceber a quantidade e a qualidade de ações planejadas, organizadas e realizadas por servidores públicos. Em tempos que algumas práticas do serviço público não são bem vistas, reforça-se aqui que alguns dos relatos foram concebidos em meio a falta de recursos financeiros e estruturais, mas que não impediram os proponentes de seguir em frente. Mais do que isso, o reconhecimento dos beneficiários e usuários faz com que reforcemos a necessidade de fortalecer ações que agregam inúmeros valores a vida laboral dos servidores públicos e a própria Universidade Pública.This book, in the form of a collection, constituted a broader process of reflection on public management within the University. Here, we start an important reflection, based on the process of systematizing experiences, experience reports, and research, about the Public University and its relationship with people and the sciences. In particular, chapter 1, from the collection of works presented at the II Seminar on Public Management, differs from the works submitted for the first edition. The experiences highlighted for this book reinforce UFRA's identity and mission, such as the results of the work “THE PATHS OF SCHOOL BREAKFAST: analysis of logistics in the supply chain in the municipality of Tomé-Açu” and “QVT ANALYSIS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF A PRODUCING COMPANY OF DENDÊ IN TOMÉ-AÇU / PA ”, and which also add value to managers and work teams when promoting the discussion of topics related to day-to-day work, such as: QUALITY OF LIFE AT WORK and STRATEGIC PEOPLE MANAGEMENT IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR. In this sense, civil servants and researchers fulfill the function of supporting numerous discussions that have been held by Public Institutions on quality of life, inclusion, guarantee of rights, improvement of procedures, among others. Chapter II, as a collection of work experiences indicated for awards, is a very rich moment to realize the quantity and quality of actions planned, organized and carried out by public servants. In times when some public service practices are not well regarded, it is reinforced here that some of the reports were conceived amid a lack of financial and structural resources, but that did not prevent proponents from moving forward. More than that, the recognition of beneficiaries and users makes us reinforce the need to strengthen actions that add innumerable values ​​to the working life of public servants and the Public University itself

Brazilian Flora 2020: Leveraging the power of a collaborative scientific network

International audienceThe shortage of reliable primary taxonomic data limits the description of biological taxa and the understanding of biodiversity patterns and processes, complicating biogeographical, ecological, and evolutionary studies. This deficit creates a significant taxonomic impediment to biodiversity research and conservation planning. The taxonomic impediment and the biodiversity crisis are widely recognized, highlighting the urgent need for reliable taxonomic data. Over the past decade, numerous countries worldwide have devoted considerable effort to Target 1 of the Global Strategy for Plant Conservation (GSPC), which called for the preparation of a working list of all known plant species by 2010 and an online world Flora by 2020. Brazil is a megadiverse country, home to more of the world's known plant species than any other country. Despite that, Flora Brasiliensis, concluded in 1906, was the last comprehensive treatment of the Brazilian flora. The lack of accurate estimates of the number of species of algae, fungi, and plants occurring in Brazil contributes to the prevailing taxonomic impediment and delays progress towards the GSPC targets. Over the past 12 years, a legion of taxonomists motivated to meet Target 1 of the GSPC, worked together to gather and integrate knowledge on the algal, plant, and fungal diversity of Brazil. Overall, a team of about 980 taxonomists joined efforts in a highly collaborative project that used cybertaxonomy to prepare an updated Flora of Brazil, showing the power of scientific collaboration to reach ambitious goals. This paper presents an overview of the Brazilian Flora 2020 and provides taxonomic and spatial updates on the algae, fungi, and plants found in one of the world's most biodiverse countries. We further identify collection gaps and summarize future goals that extend beyond 2020. Our results show that Brazil is home to 46,975 native species of algae, fungi, and plants, of which 19,669 are endemic to the country. The data compiled to date suggests that the Atlantic Rainforest might be the most diverse Brazilian domain for all plant groups except gymnosperms, which are most diverse in the Amazon. However, scientific knowledge of Brazilian diversity is still unequally distributed, with the Atlantic Rainforest and the Cerrado being the most intensively sampled and studied biomes in the country. In times of “scientific reductionism”, with botanical and mycological sciences suffering pervasive depreciation in recent decades, the first online Flora of Brazil 2020 significantly enhanced the quality and quantity of taxonomic data available for algae, fungi, and plants from Brazil.
