A dataset of RDF licenses
rights and conditions present in licenses for software, data and general
works are expressed with the Open Digital Rights Language (ODRL) 2.0
vocabulary and extensions thereof. The dataset contains licenses identified by a
dereferenceable URI, which are served with content negotiation providing a
double representation for humans and machines alike. This feature enables a
generalized machine-to-machine commerce if generally adopted
UPCT-Bloopbusters: Teaching Science and Technology through Movie Scenes and related Experiments
[EN] In order to change the preconceptions of youth towards science and technology subjects (which, usually, are perceived as difficult or boring), new educational methods aimed at motivating and engaging students in learning are becoming more and more necessary. In this sense, an educational project called âUPCT-Bloopbustersâ through which a group of professors of the Universidad PolitĂ©cnica de Cartagena (UPCT), Spain, use science fiction movie scenes âas well as experimentsâ within the lecture room to teach both physics and engineering technology is hereby presented. The methodology of the project is properly described and the results of a survey carried out among the students of a course in which such methodology has been used are shown. In view of this survey, it can be concluded that the project has been more than welcome by the students while at the same time has favored the learning of a great deal of physics and technology concepts.http://ocs.editorial.upv.es/index.php/HEAD/HEAD18RodrĂguez, J.; Castro-RodrĂguez, E.; SĂĄnchez-PĂ©rez, J.; Serrano-MartĂnez, J. Responsabilidad Social Empresarial a las Responsabilidades en Derechos Humanos
The objective of this article is explain the asymmetric relation that is found in the Corporate Social Responsibility and the Human Rights, starting with the origin of the Social Responsibility and the existent business existence, based on different key events such as the Millennium Summit and the Global Compact of the United Nations (UN), as well as essential documents to express according to the theory, reflecting on business challenges to fulfill their responsibilities and not affect human rights. The center of this conclusion is exposing the relation of RSE and Human Rights, giving recommendations for future work in the same line of investigation.
Sports of freedom. Sports and social adjustment of inmates in Andalusian prisons
emocional. This paper is an analysis of the influence of sports on the social integration of inmates in Andalusian prisons, focusing on results obtained from a study carried on by the University Pablo de Olavide, through a grant awarded by the Consejo Superior de Deportes (High Council of
Sports). It was made through a series of in-depth individual interviews with qualified informants and microstories of inmates in such prisons. The results confirm the importance of sports in socialization and social rehabilitation of inmates, as well as its influence on the physical health, psychic and emotional changes in attitudes and values for the social integration of this population
2-Amino-NâČ-phenylÂbenzohydrazide
In the title compound, C13H13N3O, the NNCO unit forms dihedral angles of 35.8â

Licensing patterns for Linked Data
Rights expression languages declare the permitted and prohibited actions to be performed on a resource. Along this work, six rights expression languages are compared, abstracting their commonalities and outlining their underlying pattern. Linked Data, which can be object of protection by the intellectual property laws or its access be restricted by an access control system, can be the asset in rights expressions. The requirements for a pattern for licensing Linked Data resources are listed
Evolution of the Habits of Physical Activity and Television Viewing in Spanish Children and Pre-Adolescents between 1997 and 2017
[EN] Background: Promoting healthy lifestyles in children, has become a priority for public health institutions. However, electronic devices with screens encourage sedentary behaviors. The aim of this study was to analyze the evolution of the habits of physical activity practice and television watching in a cohort of 20 years of research in Spanish children. Methods: A cross-sectional, observational study was based on data from the Spain National Health Surveys between 1997 and 2017 (N = 11,444). The dependent variables considered were the frequency with which the minor practiced physical activity (PA) in his/her spare time, the daily TV viewing habit, and the daily hours of TV viewing. Results: The children who practiced physical activity daily has decreased 7.3% throughout the study period. The proportion of children who watched the television daily for more hours increased significantly (6.3%). Such increase was constant throughout the years, and the analysis by sex showed that the proportion of boys who watched television for more than three hours per day increased three percent, and that of girls increased fourfold. Conclusions: The habits of physical activity practice and television viewing have changed towards sedentary lifestyle. Particularly, the girls and the children between 12 and 14 years showed the most sedentary behavior. Public health policies must consider the differences between sexes in order for such interventions to be effective in the population of pre-adolescents, in general, and girls, in particular.S
Lean Thinking to Foster the Transition from Traditional Logistics to the Physical Internet
This paper studies the relationship between Lean paradigms and the Physical Internet (PI). Lean thinking is a philosophy that allows one to obtain the right amount of the right items in the right place at the right time; it seeks to minimize waste and is flexible to change. In fact, applying Lean not only helps to reduce costs, but it also adds value and improves results across the supply chain. By using a value stream map, we can map the process from the supply chain to the customer, while trying not to add value activities. Such activities include excessive production, overstorage, waiting times poorly adjusted to needs, defects and rejects that require reprocessing, and, finally, unnecessary transport and movements. Storage, waiting times, and unnecessary transport and movements are at the core of the PI. A value stream map can also help to identify empty transport and unnecessary CO(2)emissions. This study analyzes value stream mapping as a tool that can enable the objectives of the different Alliance for Logistics Innovation through Collaboration (ALICE) roadmaps for logistics innovation to be achieved, and can also allow PI principles to be reached on the established dates
Linked Data Rights 2.0: extension of ODRL for Licensing Linked Data
Linked Data assets (RDF triples, graphs, datasets, mappings...) can be object of protection by the intellectual property law, the database law or its access or publication be restricted by other legal reasons (personal data pro- tection, security reasons, etc.). Publishing a rights expression along with the digital asset, allows the rightsholder waiving some or all of the IP and database rights (leaving the work in the public domain), permitting some operations if certain conditions are satisfied (like giving attribution to the author) or simply reminding the audience that some rights are reserved
