    Dutch-Indonesian Interlanguage Psycholinguistic Study on Syntax

    This article focuses on the psycholinguistic study of the syntactic aspects of Dutch-Indonesian interlanguage. The study is based on the interlanguage syntax observed in an oral test given to thirty Indonesian learners of Dutch as a second language, whose purpose is to test the processability theory of Pienemann (2005a, b, c, 2007). The results of the study provide evidence for the validity of Pienemann's theory. Learners who have acquired sentences with the highest level of processing will also already have acquired sentences with a lower level of processing. The results from learners with a high level of Dutch proficiency verify the processability theory with more certainty than the results of learners with a lower proficiency. Learners tend to rely on meaning if they are not confident of their grammatical proficiency. Interlanguage is the result of the immediate need to encode in the mind concepts and ideas into the form of linguistic items, within a fraction of a millisecond, whilst the supporting means are limited, and whilst learners already have acquired a first language and possibly another language as well

    Hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan di SMP Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah 3 Malang, menunjukkan bahwa minat peserta didik rendah pada materi biologi. Banyaknya penggunaan bahasa latin atau ilmiah menyebabkan perlunya pemahaman yang tinggi untuk matapelajaran tersebut. Penggunaan model dan metode pembelajaran yang kurang menarik serta kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran membuat peserta didik merasa bosan dan kurang aktif saat proses belajar berlangsung. Menanggapi permasalahan tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk menanggulangi berbagai permasalahan tersebut di atas. Metode Mind Mapping dan Model Student facilitator and Explaining yang dikolaborasikan dalam suatu pembelajaran diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi bagi permasalahan pembelajaran di SMP Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah 3 Malang dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 2 siklus dan terdiri atas 2 pertemuan setiap siklusnya. Satu siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VIII A SMP Aisyiyah Muhammadiyah 3 Malang tahun ajaran 2015/2016 pada materi sistem respirasi. Hasil Penelitian dengan penerapan metode Mind Mapping dan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE) menunjukan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar biologi peserta didik. Hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik diukur melalui persentase (%) ketuntasan belajar peserta didik dan persentase (%) ketuntasan belajar klasikal. Persentase ketuntasan belajar peserta didik siklus I ke siklus II secara berturut-turut sebesar 76,92% dan 96,15%. Persentase belajar klasikal siklus I dan II berturut-turut sebesar 76,15 % dan 86,73%. Hasil belajar afektif peserta didik diukur dari rata-rata mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II secara berturut-turut sebesar 75,77 dan 79,80. Hasil belajar psikomotorik peserta didik yang diukur dari rata-rata nilai mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 77,01 dan 80

    Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum untuk mendapatkan informasi yang akurat untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siawa dalam pembelajaran matematika di kelas VI Sekolah Dasar Negeri 10 Mendawa Lidah Kabupaten Kayong Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif . Terdapat peningkatan aktivitas fisik mulai dari siklus I sampai siklus II yaitu dari 65% meningkat menjadi 80%. Peningkatan aktivitas mental mulai dari siklus I sampai siklus II yaitu dari 65% meningkat menjadi 75%. Peningkatan aktivitas emosional mulai dari siklus I sampai siklus II yaitu dari 63% meningkat menjadi 80%. Dengan demikian skor rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I dikategorikan baik, kemudian skor rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus II dikategorikan sangat baik. Kata Kunci: Aktivitas Belajar, Teknik Think-Pair-Share. Absrtact: The purpose of the research is to get real information to improve student activity learning in mathematic learning in sixth grade of Sekolah Dasar Negeri 10 Mendawa Lidah Kabupaten Kayong Utara. There are increasing mental activity in cycle I it is 65,00% to be 75,00% in cycle II. There are increasing in emotional activity in cycle I it is 63,00% to be 80,00% in cycle II.     Promotional blogs for [NEW] Bold MUKU Project were inspired by the current situation when Indonesian teenagers have no big interest in reading books because of the digital media. In 2011, a book-sharing movement, Bold MUKU Project, tried to track back Indonesian teenagers' reading interest and yet did not work successfully due to the unspecific target market, the lack of planning, sources, and member structuring. Therefore, the promotional blogs must be created based on the interest of the target audience and relevant concepts. The results of the surveys and the concepts of Internet consumer behavior and theory of copywriting by Rob Bowdery are considered to create promotional blogs for [NEW] Bold MUKU Project, that is, the main blog and an Instagram account. The main blog provides information and discussion among the community. The second promotional blog is Instagram as a place to attract viewers to open the main blog.     Speaking skill is affected by two factors, the internal and external factors. The two external factors are instructional methods and learning resources. The complete and incomplete learning resources will surely affect the instructional process. As well as with instructional methods, it will affect the achievement of learning objectives. This research is aimed to get the empirical data and to find out the effect of instructional method and learning resources towards students’ speaking skill at state senior high schools in Bekasi. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 and SMA Negeri 2 Sukatani-Bekasi. The total sample of this research is 40 students. The experiment was done from 17 Juli – 02 December in 2017. The technique of collecting data of instructional method and learning resources used questionnaires. Otherwise, the speaking skill was acquired from the test. The result of the research identifies there is the significant effect of instructional method and learning resources towards students speaking skill. Thus, the schools and the government should increasingly work hard in fulfillment of the completeness of learning resources and using an appropriate instructional method for the achievement of learning objectives.   References Abdullah, M.     Problem of the research is how the picture and picture method can increase the learning outcomes locomotor movement in 40 metres run to students grade IIA SDS Kristen Kanaan Kubu Raya Regency. The purpose of this research is to know the effort increasing locomotor movement in 40 metres run through picture and picture method to students grade IIA SDS Kristen Kanaan Kubu Raya Regency. Research methodology is Descriptive method with Classroom Action Research. Subject of the research was 23 student grade IIA from elementary school. Technique of data analysis was percentage achieved mastery. The result of the research can be concluded that learning with picture and picture method can increase the learning outcomes of locomotor movement in running about 40 metres in every single action given. Before treatment given, the mastery of the students was only 4,35%, then in cycle 1 increases become 39,13%, after treatment given cycle 2 the learning increases become 78,26%

    Alat bukti yang sah dalam hukum acara pidana ada lima, yang salah satunya adalah keterangan saksi. Setiap keterangan saksi yang di ucapkan di persidangan harus diucapkan di bawah sumpah agar keterangan itu sah di mata hukum dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Dilain pihak seorang saksi harus didukung oleh alat bukti lain. Dalam Pasal 55 Undang-undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga, satu keterangan saksi cukup untuk membuktikan bersalah apabila disertai alat bukti pengakuan terdakwa. Permasalahan yang menarik untuk dikaji adalah bagaimanakah penerapan azas Unus Testis Nullus Testis pada Pasal 55 Undang-undang No 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga dihubungkan dengan Pasal 185 ayat (2) KUHAP. Dalam KUHAP keterangan saksi merupakan alat bukti yang sah apabila saksi di dalam memberikan keterangannya di bawah sumpah, apabila saksi tersebut memberikan keterangan tanpa adanya sumpah maka hakim menilai bahwa itu merupakan petunjuk saja bukan merupakan alat bukti yang sah. Adanya persesuaian antara keterangan saksi dengan saksi lainnya, keterangan saksi dengan alat bukti lainnya, alasan yang mungkin dipergunakan oleh saksi untuk memberikan keterangan tertentu, cara hidup dan kesusilaan saksi serta segala sesuatu yang pada umumnya dapat mempengaruhi, dapat tidaknya keterangan itu dapat dipercaya. Penerapan asas Unus Testis Nullus Testis dalam Pasal 55 Undang-undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2004 bertentangan dengan Pasal 185 ayat (2) KUHAP, dimana keterangan saksi harus didukung dengan alat bukti lainnya lainnya. Terhadap penyimpangan ini diperkenankan oleh Pasal 54 Undang-undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2004 yang dikenal dengan asas Lex Specialis Derogat Lex Generalis (ketentuan khusus dapat menyampingkan ketentuan umum)
