    The Effect of Social Commerce Constructs on Purchase Intention in Social Commerce in Bandung City

    The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the Social Commerce Construct on Purchase Intention with the Trust Variable as a Mediating Variable in Social Commerce in the city of Bandung. This study uses a causal research model, which is a research model to analyze the relationships between one variable and another, and this study uses quantitative data. The data collection in this study is based on two sources, primary data obtained from distributing online questionnaires to TikTok social media users and secondary data obtained from libraries, journals, and websites. The population in this study were all residents of Bandung City who would make product purchase transactions through the TikTok Shop social media, with the sampling technique being purposive sampling which produced 240 respondents. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study are that Social Commerce Construct has a significant effect on Trust, Trust has a significant effect on Purchase Intention, Social Commerce Construct has a significant effect on Purchase Intention, and there is an indirect effect of Social Commerce Construct on Purchase Intention through Trust

    This study aims to examine the impact of consumer ethnocentrism, vulnerability to normative influence, and consumer hostility towards purchasing foreign products in Indonesia in the context of Indonesian franchised products. This research method is quantitative. Questionnaires are used to collect sample data. 350 questionnaires were distributed by direct delivery survey to targeted respondents, and 208 were returned for processing. The data analysis used is PLS 3.3.0. The results showed, a) consumer ethnocentrism towards consumer hostility has a value of t count > t table, namely 2.193 > 1.96; b) susceptibility to normative influences on consumer hostility has a value of t count > t table, namely 2.144 > 1.96; c) consumer ethnocentrism towards purchasing foreign products has a value of t count > t table, namely 6.858 > 1.96; d) susceptibility to normative influence on the purchase of foreign products has a value of t count < t table, namely 0.827 < 1.96; e) consumer hostility towards purchasing foreign products has a value of t count > t table, namely 3.524 > 1.96. In conclusion, a) consumer ethnocentrism has a positive relationship with consumer hostility; b) susceptibility to normative influence is positively related to consumer hostility; c) consumer ethnocentrism has a negative relationship with purchasing foreign products; d) vulnerability to normative influences is not related to the purchase of foreign products; e) consumer hostility is negatively related to the purchase of foreign products.   Keywords: Consumer Ethnocentrism, Susceptibility to Normative Influences, Purchase of Foreign Products, Consumer Hostilit

    The Influence of Perceived Value And Team Identification on Purchase Intention Licensed Merchandise Persib Club

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived value and team identification on the purchase intention of licensed merchandise for the PERSIB Bandung football club. The measurement model used in this study is a data analysis method using Smart PLS 3.0 software. Partial Least Square (PLS) is a statistical method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variance designed to solve multiple regression. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type. The data collected is in the form of primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained through research journals and scientific books. Data collection techniques use the distribution of Google Forms online. In this study, the population is infinite or infinite, where the number of individuals cannot be known with certainty. The population that is the focus of this research is the Persib Bandung club fans who are spread across various regions in Indonesia. The technique for calculating the minimum number of samples in the SEM model refers to the calculation of Hair et al. (1987), which uses multiplication of the number of indicators multiplied by five so that the minimum total sample used is 120 respondents. The research sample used is Persib Bandung football club fans who have visited the official store. The results of the study show that perceived value and team identification have a positive effect on the community's purchase intention of licensed merchandise for the PERSIB Bandung football club

    In recent years, e-commerce in Indonesia is growing rapidly which makes the level of competition between e-commerce is also high and has resulted in the closure of several e-commerce because they are unable to compete. It can be said that live streaming is one of the innovations as a marketing strategy for new e-commerce. To avoid suspicions of different product characteristics photos, fake shops, fraudulent sellers and others and to increase customer trust, Tokopedia Play created a live shopping experience feature. And can increase customer engagement which ultimately consumers buy and revisit. This study aims to examine the effect of live streaming, customer trust, and customer engagement in making online purchases on Tokopedia e-commerce. The independent variable in this study is live streaming. The dependent variable is customer engagement. And the intervening variable is customer trust. Respondents in this study were people who had shopped online through live streaming on Tokopedia Play. This study uses quantitative research methods and PLS analysis. Using a minimum of 105 respondents. The results of the study show that: (1) Live streaming has a positive and significant effect on customer trust.     The Importance of Halal Product Label to Building Customer Trust

    The survey, conducted by the Research Institute for Food, Drugs and Cosmetics –The Council of Indonesian Ulama (MUI) shows that there are still some consumers who pay less attention to the existence of the halal label on cosmetics products, whereas it indicates the halal status of a product. The better understanding of the religion makes Muslim consumers selective in choosing the product to be consumed. This study is aimed at determining the effect of the halal product label of Mustika Ratu cosmetic products on consumer trust in Bandung City. The research sample consists of 115 female Muslims in Bandung who actively use MustikaRatu cosmetic products. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires. The data analysis in this research is descriptive and verification analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with Smart-PLS 3.0. The results of this study illustrate that the halal product label has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust. It is proven from the finding of this research that the existence of halal product label in green and round shape with the writings of halal in Arabic and the Council of Indonesian Ulama, attached to the packaging, affects customer trust

    Sektor pariwisata diIndonesia perkembangannya sangat pesat. Adapun potensi pariwisata di provinsi Jawa Barat sangatlah besar walaupun terdapat dugaan potensi tersebut perlu digali secara optimal. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu, penilaian karakteristik wisatawan dengan memahami dan memasuki pasar wisatawan global, dan memperluas sumber pasar wisatawan Jawa Barat (ekspansi pasar wisatawan), serta mengungkap potensi pasar dengan memetakan perubahan eksternal, mengetahui peluang dan tantangan, serta mengantisipasi pesaing pariwisata Jawa Barat, sebagai dasar dalam pengambilan strategi promosi pariwisata Jawa Barat. Kajian literatur menggunakan teori pemasaran wisata dan perilaku konsumen dalam pengambilan keputusan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel yaitu dengan metode cluster dengan perolehan data kualitatif. Dan didapat hasil bahwa penentuan target cenderung target utama dengan segmen wisatawan backpacker dan leisure, untuk target kedua lebih kepada segmen wisatawan family, untuk target ketiga lebih fokus kepada segmen wisatawan business.     The purpose of this study is to compare between online customer review and customer review survey also to see the performance mapping of culinary tourism in Bandung using 4A marketing mix namely acceptability, affordability, accessibility and awareness with comparative and descriptive methods. This study uses Mann Whitney on SPSS and Spider Web Chart. Online tracking on Google Review and survey questionnaire are used as a measurement to get 100 customer review online assessments and 125 customer review survey assessments. Based on research results there is a difference between marketing mix 4A online customer results Google review and marketing mix 4A customer review survey results. This is marked from the 3 sub-variables used in this study, namely acceptability (taste, portion, aroma), affordability (price, price: taste, price: portion) and accessibility (atmosphere, cleanliness, service), there are differences in the results of the assessment in sub accessibility variable (atmosphere and service). Then, the results of mapping the performance of culinary tourism in the city of Bandung both online customer reviews and customer surveys have good performance for sub-variables acceptability (taste, portion, aroma) and affordability (price, price: taste, price: portion) but need improvement in the sub accessibility variables (suansana, cleanliness, service).Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan antara online customer review dan survey customer review juga melihat pemetaan kinerja dari wisata kuliner Kota Bandung menggunakan marketing mix 4A yaitu acceptability, affordability, accessibility dan awareness dengan metode komparatif dan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan Mann Whitney pada SPSS dan Spider Web Chart. Penulusuran secara online di Google Review dan kuesioner secara survey digunakan sebagai alat ukur untuk mendapatkan 100 penilaian online customer review dan 100 penilaian survey customer review. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat perbedaan antara marketing mix 4A hasil online customer review  Google dan marketing mix 4A hasil survey customer review. Hal ini ditandai dari 3 sub variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu acceptability (rasa, porsi, aroma), affordability (harga, harga:rasa, harga:porsi) dan accessibility (suasana, kebersihan, pelayanan), terdapat perbedaan hasil penilaian pada sub variabel accessibility (suasana dan pelayanan). Lalu, hasil pemetaan kinerja wisata kuliner Kota Bandung baik secara online customer review  dan survey customer memiliki kinerja yang baik untuk sub variabel acceptability (rasa, porsi, aroma) dan affordability (harga, harga:rasa, harga:porsi) namun perlu perbaikan pada sub variabel accessibility (suasana, kebersihan, pelayanan)
