    La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal determinar la relación existente entre la violencia familiar y las dificultades de aprendizaje en el área de comunicación de los estudiantes del III Ciclo de la Institución Educativa Nº 34037 – Champamarca del Distrito de Simón Bolívar, Pasco – 2018 La presente investigación es de tipo descriptiva correlacional, descriptivo, porque recopilamos datos e informaciones, correlacional, porque va a determinar la relación existente entre las dos variables. Y es de diseño no experimental porque el estudio no realiza métodos de laboratorio ni experimentos. Los resultados que se obtuvo, fue que existe una relación significativa entre la violencia familiar y las dificultades de aprendizaje en los estudiantes del III Ciclo de la Institución Educativa N° 34037 de Champamarca, del distrito de Simón Bolívar, del departamento de Pasco

    The value of repeat biopsy in lupus nephritis flares

    Whether a repeat renal biopsy is helpful during lupus nephritis (LN) flares remains debatable. In order to analyze the clinical utility of repeat renal biopsy in this complex situation, we retrospectively reviewed our series of 54 LN patients who had one or more repeat biopsies performed only on clinical indications. Additionally, we reviewed 686 well-documented similar cases previously reported (PubMed 1990-2015). The analysis of all patients reviewed showed that histological transformations are common during a LN flare, ranging from 40% to 76% of cases. However, the prevalence of transformations and the clinical value of repeat biopsy vary when they are analyzed according to proliferative or nonproliferative lesions. The great majority of patients with class II (78% in our series and 77.5% in the literature review) progressed to a higher grade of nephritis (classes III, IV, or V), resulting in worse renal prognosis. The frequency of pathological conversion in class V is lower (33% and 43%, respectively) but equally clinically relevant, since almost all cases switched to a proliferative class. Therefore, repeat biopsy is highly advisable in patients with nonproliferative LN at baseline biopsy, because these patients have a reasonable likelihood of switch to a proliferative LN that may require more aggressive immunosuppression. In contrast, the majority of patients (82% and 73%) with proliferative classes in the reference biopsy (III, IV or mixed III/IV + V), remained into proliferative classes on repeat biopsy. Although rebiopsy in this group does not seem as necessary, it is still advisable since it will allow us to identify the 18% to 20% of patients that switch to a nonproliferative class. In addition, consistent with the reported clinical experience, repeat biopsy might also be helpful to identify selected cases with clear progression of proliferative lesions despite the initial treatment, for whom it is advisable to intensify inmunosuppression. Thus, our experience and the literature data support that repeat biopsy also brings more advantges than threats in this group. The results of the repeat biopsy led to a change in the immunosuppresive treatment in more than half of the patients on average, intensifying it in the majority of the cases, but also reducing it in 5% to 30%

    El doblaje al español latinoamericano acostumbra a usar las técnicas de censura o eufemismo, en el proceso de localización, cuando un producto presenta diálogos que podrían considerarse ofensivos para las culturas meta. Sin embargo, se ha observado que, en diversos productos audiovisuales, esta norma del doblaje de Latinoamérica es quebrada. En el caso del género de comedia en el que presentan grupos étnico-raciales, las identidades de estos grupos podrían verse representadas de manera diferente en la traducción audiovisual, esto debido a la manipulación de los discursos empleados en las películas de comedia. Esta investigación tiene como propósito analizar los campos del doblaje al español latinoamericano y el humor étnico-racial que presenten estereotipos. Se analizarán los discursos estereotipados de la saga de películas Rush Hour y se contrastará la versión original en inglés y el doblaje al español lationamericano. Se propone utilizar el análisis de contenido para hallar la forma en la que se construye el humor a través de los estereotipos y el análisis textual-contrastivo para analizar las técnicas usadas en la traducción de los chistes y la nueva representación que presentan los grupos étnico-raciales en el producto audiovisual doblado al español latinoamericano.The Latin American Spanish dubbing is characterized to use some translation techniques such as censorship and euphemism, due to the fact that some dialogues can be considered as an offensive language to the target cultures. However, it was found some audiovisual products that were dubbed into Latin American Spanish do not follow this cultural regulation. In the case of the comedy genre which include ethnic and racial groups, their identities may be represented in a different way in the AVT. This could happen due to the manipulation of the dialogues. The purpose of this research is to analyze the fields of Latin American Spanish dubbing and ethnic and racial stereotyped humor. This will be done through an analysis of the stereotyped speeches found in the movie saga Rush Hour, in which a contrast will be made between the language used in the English version and the Latin American Spanish dubbed version. For this, two techniques would be: the content analysis technique, to find the way in which humor is built through stereotypes; and, the contrastive textual analysis technique, to analyze the techniques used in the translation process of the jokes and the new representation given to the ethnic and racial groups in the Latin American Spanish dubbed audiovisual product.Trabajo de investigació
