Ginástica laboral como promotora de qualidade de vida

É crescente entre as empresas a preocupação com sua imagem social e qualidade de vida do trabalhador. Da mesma forma é significante o crescimento dos programas de ginástica laboral nas empresas visando à melhora da saúde e da qualidade de vida do trabalhador, além do aumento da produtividade e redução de lesões e consequentemente o absenteísmo. Não são muitos os artigos sobre ginástica laboral e nestes poucos tem como tema principal os benefícios da ginástica laboral em diferentes facetas. Os profissionais de educação física, em grande parte, possuem um perfil diferenciado do ambiente corporativo fato que pode levá-lo a cometer equívocos na implantação e gerenciamento dos programas. Sendo assim, se torna importante e reflexão sobre o programa em conjunto com a empresa. Neste trabalho pretendemos conceituar os Fatores Críticos de Sucesso e refletir acerca da avaliação dos projetos de ginástica laboral em sua implantação e desenvolvimento, pois estas avaliações processuais são cada vez mais frequentes no âmbito empresarial com o objetivo de economizar tempo, dinheiro e atingir os objetivos em prazos cada vez mais curtos

Manual de acolhimento à gestante e puérpera no ambiente universitário

Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (graduação)—Universidade de Brasília, Faculdade de Comunicação, Departamento de Comunicação Organizacional, habilitação em Comunicação Organizacional, 2018.A gestação nem sempre é bem recebida. Constantemente, preconceito e situações inconvenientes são vivenciados por mulheres grávidas. O ambiente universitário não é exceção para tais casos, para estudantes e trabalhadoras. A partir dessas ocorrências, surgiu a motivação de criar o Manual de Acolhimento à Gestante e Puérpera no Ambiente Universitário. O produto traz os direitos garantidos às mulheres, experiências vividas no período da gestação, dicas de como acolher e ações oferecidas na Universidade de Brasília para mães e pais. A partir do manual pretende-se criar um espaço para debates, empoderar e apoiar mulheres grávidas e puérperas, além de incentivar a prática do acolhimento. Este memorial serve como base para a criação do produto e traz todo o procedimento feito para a realização do mesmo, desde análise de conceitos, revisão bibliográfica e entrevistas com mulheres que viveram ou estão vivendo a gravidez na UnB, até o planejamento prático do manual, explorando as cores, tipografias e imagens utilizadas. Como resultado, concluiu-se que o debate sobre a gestação no ambiente universitário ainda é quase inexistente e que o manual surge como uma ação essencial para transformar essa realidade.Pregnancy is not always well received. Constantly, prejudice and inconvenient situations are experienced by pregnant women. The university environment is no exception for such cases, for both students and workers. Based on these occurrences, came the motivation to create the Manual of Embracement of Pregnant and Puerperal Women in the University Environment. The product brings the rights guaranteed to women, experiences lived in the gestation period, tips on how to embrace and actions offered in the University of Brasília for mothers and fathers. From the manual it is intended to create an space for debates, to empower and support women in pregnancy and puerperium, and also stimulate that practice of embracement. This memorial serves as the basis for the creation of the product and brings the whole procedure done to do it, from the analysis of concepts, bibliographic review and interviews with women who experienced or are currently experiencing pregnancy in UnB, to the practical planning of the manual, exploring colors, typography e images used. As a result, it was concluded that the debate about gestation in the university environment is still almost non-existent and that the manual comes as an essential action to transform this reality

Educational procedures guided by emancipatory principles for education on soils in higher education: A proposal

ABSTRACT The traditional paradigm of education, although outdated, still supports Soil Educational procedures in several Brazilian universities. However, the strategic documents of these institutions (Institutional Development Plan-IDP, Institutional Political Project-IPP and Pedagogical Projects of Courses-PPC's) support a critical vision of education, which converges with the emancipatory paradigm and with the purpose of Soil Education (SE), which is the formation and transformation of subjects for conscious actions in reality. To overcome this problem, we propose educational procedures guided by emancipatory principles for two disciplines related to the subject of soils in Higher Education (HE) in a traditional paradigm structure, with the objective of meeting the conception of education supported in the strategic documents of a Brazilian public university and achieving the purpose of SE. A bibliographical research and documental analysis of the strategic documents were carried out to form a theoretical and methodological base. In addition, emancipatory principles were considered in the elements that made up the educational procedures in SE. The proposal was analyzed and discussed based on the behavior of these principles in the structure of the disciplines. To verify how the proposal articulates with the conception of education defended by the university, the analysis started from the didactic-pedagogical aspects expressed in the IDP, IPP, PPC's and Teaching Plans of the disciplines involved in the research. We emphasize that it was possible to propose and apply educational procedures on soils with emancipatory principles within a traditional paradigm structure. Some principles were considered in essence, while others could not be considered or were only partially considered, showing that the traditional paradigm limits principles that go against its foundations. The proposal responded more to the concept of critical education defended in the strategic documents than the Soil Educational procedures with traditional principles elaborated and used by professors, since the proposal considered the student’s protagonism, the constitution of their autonomy, knowledge as relational, research as an educational principle, interculturality and procedural and continuous evaluation. On the other hand, procedures with traditional principles considered students as passive subjects, knowledge was seen as fragmented and their approach was made in an authoritarian way, disregarding students’ knowledge and the evaluation was quantitative. Furthermore, the convergence of educational intentionality between Education in Soils and education with emancipatory principles allows us to state that the emancipatory paradigm was an alternative to achieve the educational and formative purpose in educational processes on soils

Aldicarb leaching in macrolysimeters of two Latosols

O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a lixiviação do inseticida aldicarbe em macrolisímetros contendo material indeformado dos solos Latossolo Vermelho distroférrico (LVdf) e Latossolo Vermelho-Amarelo distrófico (LVAd), em condições de campo. Uma formulação granulada de aldicarbe foi aplicada na dose recomendada, a 5 cm de profundidade, em lisímetros de 1,0 m de diâmetro e 0,45 e 0,90 m de profundidade, no início do período chuvoso. Nos cinco meses seguintes, o volume de água percolada nos lisímetros foi medido e amostras de água foram analisadas por cromatografia gás-líquido para a determinação da concentração de resíduos do composto. Os resíduos de aldicarbe e de seus produtos de oxidação ativos, sulfóxido e sulfona de aldicarbe, foram conjuntamente determinados na forma de sulfona de aldicarbe. Houve alta mobilidade dos resíduos de aldicarbe nos solos, porém, a intensa degradação desses resíduos resultou em sua lixiviação em quantidades relativamente baixas, a profundidades abaixo de 0,45 m (4,9% e 5,9% no LVdf e LVAd, respectivamente); na água percolada nos lisímetros de 0,90 m foram detectados resíduos apenas no LVdf. O risco de contaminação do lençol freático nos solos estudados, caracterizados como muito profundos, é mínimo.The objective of this work was to evaluate the leaching of aldicarb in macrolysimeters containing undisturbed soil material of a distroferric Red Latosol and of a distrofic Red Yellow Latosol, under field conditions. A granular formulation of the aldicarb pesticide was applied at the recommended rate, at 5 cm depth, in soil columns of 1.0 m diameter by 0.45 and 0.90 m long, at the beginning of the rainy season. The volume of percolated water in each lysimeter was measured during the subsequent five months, and water samples were analysed by gas-liquid chromatography for the determination of the pesticide residues concentration. Residues of aldicarb and its toxic transformation products, aldicarb sulfoxide and aldicarb sulfone, were jointly determined as aldicarbe sulfone. There was high mobility of aldicarb residues in soils, although their fairly rapid degradation in the soil resulted in the leaching of relatively low amounts below the depth of 0.45 m (4.9% for the distroferric Red Latosol and 5.9% for the distrofic Red Yellow Latosol). In 0.90 m lysimeters, aldicarb residues were detected only in the percolated water of the distroferric Red Latosol. Groundwater contamination risk in these soils, pointed out as too deep, is remote
