    Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada PT. Matahari Putra Prima Tbk. (Hypermart Sun Plaza) Medan

    This study aims to determine the effect of service quality which consists of (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) to customer satisfaction of PT. Matahari Putra Prima (Hypermart Sun Plaza) Medan. The benefits of research is to provide input for the company in order to formulate marketing strategies and to contribute to researchers in the field of marketing science. The sample size is 96 respondents. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the result of research, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 3,359 + 0,131x1 + 0,174x2 + 0,196x3 + 0,236x4 + 0,374x5. Based on the analysis of statistical data, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. In the classical assumption test, the regression model is normally distributed, free of multicolonearity, and no heteroscedasticity occurs. The individual sequence of each of the most influential variables is the emphaty variable with the regression coefficient of 0.374; Then assurance with regression coefficient 0.236; Then followed by responsiveness with regression coefficient 0,196 and reliability with regression coefficient 0,174; While the variable that has the lowest effect is tangible with regression coefficient 0,131. PT. Matahari Putra Prima (Hypermart Sun Plaza) Medan in improving customer satisfaction is expected to not only use and execute strategy of applying service quality only but must cover all components related to marketing and have relationship with customer satisfaction.     Kementerian Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) telah menetapkan tata nilai atau core values baru sebagai simbol transformasi yang akan akan diimplementasikan oleh seluruh perusahaan di bawah Kementerian BUMN. Tata nilai atau core values tersebut adalah AKHLAK. Sebagai salah satu bagian usaha dari BUMN, PT. SIL tentunya akan menerapkan aturan yang ditetapkan oleh Kementrian BUMN. Saat ini salah satu perubahan yang dialami adalah perubahan pada evaluasi kerja karyawan yang telah diatur dalam SKD No. 053/2020. Penelitian dilakukan selama empat bulan. Metode yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah peneltian kualitatif berupa studi kasus. Metode pengambilan data  yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan meninjau dokumen yang bersumber dari Website serta dokumen yang diberikan oleh Biro SDM PT. SIL untuk selanjutnya dilakukan analisa jabatan. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini berupa penyusunan evaluasi jabatan yaitu job grading serta langkah-langkah pendekatan untuk dapat menerapkan sistem baru sesuai dengan aturan yang telah ditetapkan. Metode Hay System yang digunakan untuk menentukan grading dalam evaluasi jabatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan ”Hay Guide Matrix Elements” terhadap Job Description & Job Qualification Requirement yang sedang dievaluasi melalui analisa jabatan.     The capital structure is balancing the number of short-term debt that is permanent, long-term preferred stock and common stock. To find out what may affect the capital structure to consider several factors such as business risk, Company Size, and Sales Growth. The purpose of this study to determine the influence of Business Risk, Company Size, and Growth Sales to Capital Structure. The research was conducted on the Stock Exchange by using a sample of 12 companies acquired by purposive sampling method and the data were analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the analysis, it was found that the risk of business and company size does not significantly influence the capital structure while sales growth and a significant positive effect on the capital structure in the automotive industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2013

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi metode pembelajaran CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition)yang dilengkapi media Macromedia flashpada materi pokok sistem koloid dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa kelas XI semester genap SMA Negeri 3 Sragen tahun ajaran 2011/2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian Randomized Subjects Posttest Only Control Group Designdimana kelas kontrol yang digunakan adalah kelas dengan model pembelajaran yang biasa digunakan oleh guru di SMA N 3 Sragen. Teknik analisis data untuk pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t- pihak kanan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran kooperatif dengan metode CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition)yang dilengkapi media Macromedia flashmemberikan peningkatan yang lebih tinggi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada materi pokok Sistem Koloid dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional, dapat dilihat dari nilai posttestprestasi belajar siswa yang lebih tinggi dari pada pembelajaran dengan model konvensional. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil perhitungan menggunakan uji t-pihak kanan dari nilai posttest prestasi belajar kognitif dan afektif. Dimana hasil uji –pihak kanan untuk prestasi belajar kognitif diperoleh thitung = 4,389 lebih besar dari harga ttabel = 1,997, begitu pula dengan prestasi belajar afektif diperoleh diperoleh thitung = 4,309 lebih besar dari harga ttabel = 1,997.     The purpose of this research to determine: (1) the influence of the metacognition skills of students are learning physics IPA by using discovery method; (2) the influence of the motivation learning of students are learning physics IPA by using discovery method; (3) the influence of the metacognition skills and motivation learning of students are learning physics IPA by using discovery method. The population is all of students in class VIII SMPN8 Bandar Lampung. The sample are students of class VIIIB amount 39 students. The sample class is selected by purposive sampling. Design of this research is one-shot case study. The results are: (1) there are influence of the metacognition skills of students are learning physics IPA by using discovery method and it contributed 15%; (2) there are influence of the motivation learning of students are learning physics IPA by using discovery method and it contributed 27%; (3) there are The influence of the metacognition skills and motivation learning of students are learning physics IPA by using discovery method and it contributed 32%

    The objective of this research was to determine how much influence of organizational culture on work motivation kindergarten teachers in District of Sail Pekanbaru City. The research population was all kindergarten teachers on District of Sail is 32 people. The samples used were a whole number of kindergarten teachers in District of Sail. Data collection techniques used, namely through a questionnaire. Based on the research results of regression equation Y = 20.386 + 0.393X. with the coefficient of determination R2 of 0.419 so that it can be concluded that organizational culture significantly influence employee motivation kindergarten teachers. Based on the results of a simple regression analysis, it can be concluded that "there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on work motivation of kindergarten teachers in the district of Sail Pekanbaru City”
