Gør køn en forskel? - Hvad fortæller studerende på universitetet om køn og studier på nordisk og kemi?

The article deals with what female and male students at two different university studies explicitly say about gender differences in qualitative group and individual interviews. The female students are very critical and sometimes selfcritical of the social intercourse of women and of female social communities of practice, and describe male students' ways of interacting and masculine values as a counterpart. The interviews with male students contain less critical statements on their own social and professional attitudes and ways of interacting, but some negative statements on female social communities and female students' way of studying. The article discusses how these differences can be understood and in what way they might be a barrier for female students' development of an academic professionalism

Didaktik in Dänemark

Der Autor gibt einen historischen Überblick über die Entwicklung der Didaktik in Dänemark, deren erste Ansätze ins 17. Jahrhundert zurückreichen. Es werden zwei unterschiedliche didaktische Ansätze bis 1960 vorgestellt: Die implizite Didaktik beschäftigte sich mit der Rolle des Lehrers und seiner Ausbildung, während die explizite Didaktik und die drei vorgestellten Theoretiker zur Entwicklung der modernen Didaktikforschung in Dänemark beigetragen haben. Das Ziel, dem Lehrberuf einen professionellen Rang zu verschaffen, entstand in den 50er und 60er Jahren am Königlich-Dänischen Seminar für Pädagogik und äußert sich in dem darauf beruhenden Didaktikmodell. Die sich in den 70er Jahren durchsetzende Kritische Didaktik führte zu einem Perspektivenwechsel und orientierte sich unter anderem an den Bildungsidealen der Frankfurter Schule. THE INVOLVEMENT OF THE WORLD-PSYCHIATRIC-ASSOCIATION IN THE ISSUE OF THE POLITICAL ABUSE OF PSYCHIATRY

This article provides a historical account of the abuse of psychiatry for political purposes and the involvement of the World Psychiatric Association (WPA) in this issue. The article focuses, particularly, on the developments from 1983 to 1989, which in many ways was crucial and determined the future of the WPA. The authors (the first, the President and the second, the Treasurer of the WPA during this period) pay tribute to Dr. Fini Schulsinger, who served as Secretary General. Through his eminent administrative capabilities, his profound understanding of ethical problems and his devotion to the basic principles of the WPA, he has substantially contributed to successfully overcoming a deep crisis with considerable impact on the identity and the moral foundations of the psychiatric profession
