AN ENSEMBLE APPROACH FOR SENTIMENT CLASSIFICATION: VOTING FOR CLASSES AND AGAINST THEM

    Get PDF
Sentiment denotes a person's opinion or feeling towards a subject that they are discussing about in that conversation. This has been one of the most researched and industrially promising fields in natural language processing. There are several methods employed for performing sentiment analytics. Since this classification problem involves natural language processing, every solution has its own advantages and disadvantages. Hence mostly, a combination of these methods provides better results. Various such ensemble approaches exist. The objective of this work is to design a better ensemble approach that uses a complex voting method, where classifiers are given rights not only to vote in favour of classes but also against them. This in turn will give chances to the algorithms that are weaker in classifying a sentence toward a particular class but better at rejecting it. The performance of the ensemble is compared to the individual classifiers used in the ensemble and also the other simple voting ensemble methods to verify whether the performance is better compared to them. The designed ensemble is currently implemented for sentiment analytics. This can also be used for other classification problems, where generalization is required for better results

This paper recommends a Mobile e-Learning (MeL) application termed MeL app. The advanced MeL app methods have been tested using Mann-Whitney U Test in the lecture hall using real-time learners. The proposed MeL app planned to create the learning practice easier, focusing on e-learners requirements by encouraging e-learners and instructor relationships to maintain communicative development-based e-learning for Technical Higher Education (THE). Software engineering learners assess this proposed framework in THE. Future work in this investigation incorporates new highlights, testing the device in extreme situations, evaluating the instructive perspectives utilizing more significant and increasingly various understudy and beginner inhabitants, and at last, extending the application space

Prenatal treprostinil improves pulmonary arteriolar hypermuscularization in the rabbit model of congenital diaphragmatic hernia

    Get PDF
Congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) is a congenital malformation characterized by pulmonary hypoplasia, pulmonary hypertension, and cardiac dysfunction. Pulmonary hypertension represents the major cause of neonatal mortality and morbidity. Prenatal diagnosis allows assessment of severity and selection of foetal surgery candidates. We have shown that treprostinil, a prostacyclin analogue with an anti-remodelling effect, attenuates the relative hypermuscularization of the pulmonary vasculature in rats with nitrofen-induced CDH. Here we confirm these observations in a large animal model of surgically-created CDH. In the rabbit model, subcutaneous maternal administration of treprostinil at 150 ng/kg/min consistently reached target foetal concentrations without demonstrable detrimental foetal or maternal adverse effects. In pups with CDH, prenatal treprostinil reduced pulmonary arteriolar proportional medial wall thickness and downregulated inflammation and myogenesis pathways. No effect on alveolar morphometry or lung mechanics was observed. These findings provide further support towards clinical translation of prenatal treprostinil for CDH.</p

The Impact of E-Recruitment and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools on HR Effectiveness: The Case of High Schools

    Get PDF
The HRM encompasses a broad variety of topics, including preparation, recruiting, workforce relations and organisational growth. The people in any organisation are a wealth of information and experience. Acquisition of certain workers by recruiting thus plays a major role today. The implementation method for e-recruitment practices is the reason behind the success of organisational performance. The recruiting method used to be longer and entailed a great deal of paperwork for recruiters, but it began evolving steadily as online recruitment became more widespread. In recent years, a study has been carried out on integrating these two essential facets of HRM and technology due to technical developments. Studies are typically carried out about how technologies will render the hiring phase easier and optimised. The research implemented a mixed approach methodology throughout conducting interviews and questionnaires over a defined number of respondents in High Schools. The survey had been distributed using google forms, and the interviews had been conducted through zoom meeting due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The results proved a direct relationship between the implementation of e-recruitment in School and employee performance

The Impact of Human Resources Practices on SME’s Sustainability

    Get PDF
The study under discussion has highlighted its importance in promoting human resources management from recruitment to assessment. Institutions seek to optimize their personnel productivity by appropriate assessments and ongoing support and growth in handling systems and divisions. This study aims to identify organizations roles, especially those of higher academic institutions, for human resources departments. The study will implement the quantitative methodology throughout distributing a questionnaire over 300 respondents and maintaining an 80% response rate. The findings show that the correlation between selfefficiency and OCB is a good one since SMEs can practice self-efficacy in work tends to have a higher retained workforce rate, which results in better performance. Nevertheless, the results show that there is a significant connection between self-efficacy and OCB. The results further show a positive relationship between work-climate education and distributive justice and OCB as SMEs with excellent working environments appear to have greater OCB success than SMEs with a poor environment in terms of sharing knowledge and contact. Also, distributive and training Justice are taken into account as two key variables for OCB measurement; the higher the distributive justice and organizational training, the higher the OCB rat

This paper addresses the results of the various publicity strategies undertaken by selected private management organizations in Vietnam. The study has also investigated the activities of students from BBA and MBA who have been hired by their management college both at home and abroad. The development model for this study comprises with 7ps of a marketing blend designed for schools. 342 students from 9 colleges received self-administered questionnaires. For the analysis of the findings obtained, descriptive figures were used. The study of available information found that the best consideration for BBA and MBA was suggested by mates. Word of mouth, i.e. guidance from friends and relatives, colleges and newspaper ads, has also proved popular. The BBA demand for registration was too heavy, although at the MBA level profiles and teaching methods were high on the agenda, as were the opportunities for future employment and better work. Students, non-school event schemes and library facilities were the subject of the results. The study findings show that a universitys reputation lies deeply in its ability to meet stakeholder expectations; in the present extremely competitive environment, brand credibility management can be considered an important issue for most universities. The research results may be helpful in favor of instructional programs for administrators that create the strategies to encourage success in a university. We conclude that the results of this study clarify the psychology of the students and create adequate outreach campaigns for all colleges, advertising organizations and government departments. It will also help supervise those activities to better respond to the needs of students and service providers and make it more attractive for all potential students in private colleges

All companies aspire to compete against their rivals, retain a strategic edge in the industry, gain the largest market share and be inspired to bring out their utmost to achieve their desired goals at work. Few businesses think they will gain growth and wealth by important assets for their workers. Unfortunately, most companies appear to exploit the dismissal of their workers and talented applicants. Recognizing the critical position of workers appears to have a major effect on operational performance as most companies aim to maintain staff by empowering and enhancing the working standards of their employees. Therefore, it is necessary to enforce certain techniques to retain high quality and ensure performance and efficiency. The research examined the influence of organizational participation and encouragement in banks' work results. A study of 100 participants was tested, and findings were evaluated using the chi-square analysis. The findings revealed a substantial level below 5% which indicates that the study variables are closely linked. The quantitative approach and qualitative framework have been used to analyze their perception of the effects of job retention on the success of workers. Approach a single case study for various branches by implementing a similar case study and addressing a larger number of samples. This allows the researcher to remove the survey challenge and hold evidence from a larger community with a deeper comprehension of the idea of encouragement and how it influences workers' output

Polyamide capsules via soft templating with oil drops—1. Morphological studies of the capsule wall

    Get PDF
Poly(terephthalamide) microcapsules can be reproducibly and easily prepared by interfacial polycondensation around emulsion droplets in water. Oil drops of cyclohexane/chloroform mixture stabilized with poly(vinyl alcohol) containing terephthaloylchloride serve as soft template. The interfacial polycondensation starts immediately after addition of an amine mixture (hexamethylenediamine/diethylenetriamine). Light and scanning electron microscopy prove the formation of capsules with size distribution in the range from a few up to 100 µm depending on particular composition of the reaction mixture. The morphology of the capsule wall is characterized by precipitated particles. If instead of pure organic solvents a reactive oil phase is used as template, the capsules can serve in subsequent reactions as templates for the synthesis of composite particles. In this way, styrene can be radically polymerized inside the capsule leading to composite capsules. The capsule morphology is determined by the partition of all components between all phases
