The first author is supported by the “CSIR” Council of Scientific and Industrial Research.Pythagorean fuzzy sets assist in handling more uncertain and vague data than fuzzy sets and intuitionistic fuzzy sets. The notion of cubic pythagorean fuzzy sets is defined by combining interval valued pythagorean fuzzy sets and pythagorean fuzzy sets In this paper, based on the notion of cubic Pythagorean fuzzy sets we initiate a new theory called cubic pythagorean fuzzy linear spaces. Inspired by the notion of Cubic linear spaces we also present P(resp. R)-union and P(resp. R) intersection of cubic pythagorean fuzzy linear spaces. The concept of internal(resp. external) cubic pythagorean fuzzy linear spaces and its properties are examined.Publisher's Versio

Some Results of Double Sequences in 2-Normed and n-Normed Spaces

    Get PDF
The primary purpose of this paper is to introduce the notion of double sequences in 2-normed space. We provide a simple way to derive a norm from the standard 2-norm by using double sequences when a 2-normed space is given. Equivalence relation between derived norm and the usual norm are established. Using this derived norm, we examine the completeness property of a 2-normed space and we extend the results to n-normed spaces

ABSTRACT In this article we introduce the notion of -statistically pre-Cauchy double sequence of fuzzy numbers and establish a criterion for arbitrary double sequence of fuzzy numbers to be -statistically pre-Cauchy

Abstract In this paper, we introduce − I limit operation for sequences in p-adic linear 2-normed space ( ) is linear with respect to summation and scalar multiplication and we investigate the relation between − I cluster points and ordinary limit points of p-adic linear 2-normed spaces

Maize : potential crop for provitamin A biofortification

    Get PDF
Cereals are the only source of nutrition for one-third of the world’s population especially in developing and underdeveloped nations of Sub-Saharan Africa and South-east Asia. Among the cereals, only the yellow maize exhibits tremendous natural variation for provitamin A carotenoids to exploit through plant breeding and being a carotenogenic plant, it is considered as one of the model cereal crops, showing promise for provitamin A biofortification. This paper deals with the maize carotenid biosynthetic pathway, genetic variability for kernel carotenoids, native genetic system for kernel carotenoids, marker assisted backcross breeding for enhancing provitamin A, recent advances in provitamin A biofortification and quantification of provitamin A carotenoids

Abstract In this paper, we prove some fixed point theorems in compLete G-Metric Space for self mapping satisfying various contractive conditions. We also discuss that these mapping are G continuous on such a fixed point

    On Some Sequence Spaces

[[abstract]]In this article we introduce some sequence spaces with base space X, a real linear n-normed space. We also use an Orlicz function to construct the spaces. We investigate these spaces for some algebraic and topological structures

The main aim of the present paper is to compute the α–dual (or Köthe-Toeplitz dual) for some sets of sequences of fuzzy numbers defined using an Orlicz function. We also compute the α–dual of some sets of difference sequences of fuzzy numbers.Sequence of fuzzy numbers, Orlicz function, α–dual, ÎČ–dual, γ–dual, solid space

Diagnostic role of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in various respiratory diseases at esic medical college hospital Sanath Nagar

Background: Fiber-optic bronchoscopy is a safe and effective diagnostic and therapeutic technique for pulmonary disease diagnosis and treatment. The purpose of this descriptive study was to determine the demographic profiles, indications, bronchoscopic findings, and diagnosis of individuals who had a bronchoscopic examination. Materials and Methods: For a year, 150 patients received bronchoscopies at the ESICMCH hospital in Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad, in the department of pulmonary medicine. All of the subjects underwent a thorough clinical history, physical examination, and standard tests. Sputum examination (for acid fast bacilli (AFB) staining, gramme staining, culture/sensitivity, KOH staining, malignant cells), hematological examination, and coagulation profile were performed on all patients. Fiberoptic bronchoscopy was then performed on all of the patients. Under topical anesthetic (2% lignocaine), flexible bronchoscopy was done with a fiberoptic scope via the transnasal route. Pulse oximetry was used to measure oxygenation throughout the process. After a thorough inspection of the endobronchial tree, appropriate samples such as bronchoscopic aspirate, brushing, and biopsy were taken, depending on the lesion. Depending on the clinical diagnosis and bronchoscopic findings, samples were submitted to cytology and histology. Results: Out of 150 patients, 100 (66.67%) were males and 50 (33.33%) were females
