    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi, budaya organisasi, kesesuaian tugas, terhadap penggunaan teknologi informasi pada kinerja individual. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden di Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Pati. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian adalah 92 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis linier berganda dengan bantuan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas sistem informasi akuntanasi, budaya organisasi, kesesuaian tugas dan penggunaan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja individual

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung permulaandi PAUD KB Barokah Karanggeneng Kecamatan Kunduran Kabupaten Blora. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi.Sebagai subjek yang melakukan tindakan adalah guru, sedangkan subjek yang dikenai tindakan adalah anak PAUD KB Barokah Karanggeneng Kecamatan Kunduran Blora.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dan wawancara.Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kritis yang digunakan untuk analisis data kualitatif dan teknik analisis komparatif untuk membandingkan hasil tiap siklus.Hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya peningkatan kemampuan hitung permulaan rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh dari sebelumnya pada pra siklus48,36% kemudian pada siklus I 71,05%dan siklus kedua peningkatan kemampuan berhitung dengan bermain balok angkamenjadi 89,69%. Berdasarkan hasil yang dicapai tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui bermain balok angkaterbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung permulaanpada anak diPAUD KB BarokahKaranggeneng Kecamatan Kunduran Kabupaten Blora tahun ajaran 2015/2016

    Voltage and Deflection Amplification via Double Resonance Excitation in a Cantilever Microstructure

    Cantilever electrostatically-actuated resonators show great promise in sensing and actuating applications. However, the electrostatic actuation suffers from high-voltage actuation requirements and high noise low-amplitude signal-outputs which limit its applications. Here, we introduce a mixed-frequency signal for a cantilever-based resonator that triggers its mechanical and electrical resonances simultaneously, to overcome these limitations. A single linear RLC circuit cannot completely capture the response of the resonator under double resonance excitation. Therefore, we develop a coupled mechanical and electrical mathematical linearized model at different operation frequencies and validate this model experimentally. The double-resonance excitation results in a 21 times amplification of the voltage across the resonator and 31 times amplitude amplification over classical excitation schemes. This intensive experimental study showed a great potential of double resonance excitation providing a high amplitude amplification and maintaining the linearity of the system when the parasitic capacitance is maintained low

    Towards Compelling Cases for the Viability of Silicon-Nanophotonic Technology in Future Many-core Systems

    Many crossbenchmarking results reported in the open literature raise optimistic expectations on the use of optical networks-on-chip (ONoCs) for high-performance and low-power on-chip communications in future Manycore Systems. However, these works ultimately fail to make a compelling case for the viability of silicon-nanophotonic technology for two fundamental reasons: (1)Lack of aggressive electrical baselines (ENoCs). (2) Inaccuracy in physical- and architecture-layer analysis of the ONoC. This thesis aims at providing the guidelines and minimum requirements so that nanophotonic emerging technology may become of practical relevance. The key enabler for this study is a cross-layer design methodology of the optical transport medium, ranging from the consideration of the predictability gap between ONoC logic schemes and their physical implementations, up to architecture-level design issues such as the network interface and its co-design requirements with the memory hierarchy. In order to increase the practical relevance of the study, we consider a consolidated electrical NoC counterpart with an optimized architecture from a performance and power viewpoint. The quality metrics of this latter are derived from synthesis and place&route on an industrial 40nm low-power technology library. Building on this methodology, we are able to provide a realistic energy efficiency comparison between ONoC and ENoC both at the level of the system interconnect and of the system as a whole, pointing out the sensitivity of the results to the maturity of the underlying silicon nanophotonic technology, and at the same time paving the way towards compelling cases for the viability of such technology in next generation many-cores systems

    Saif bin Omar\u27s Novel about the Ridda of the Tamim Tribe

    This article re-examines the authenticity of Sayf Bin Omar\u27s account of the ridda among Tamīm, his own tribe. Sayf implies that the main body of Tamīm remained faithful to Madina at the advent of Muhammad\u27s death. However, modern scholars have discredited Sayf\u27s account on the grounds that 1) the Hadīth\u27s critics considered him unreliable; hence rejecting his transmissions altogether. 2) All other Arab historians disagree with him on this matter. The article conducts an extensive examination into the attitude of every single Tamīmī section in the ridda and finds out that Sayf did not minimize the share of his tribe in the ridda as generally believed. This conclusion serves to reach a better understanding of that apostasy movement which was attributed to Sajah – a soothsayer who is said to have belonged to Tamīm

    Imaging Studies of photodamage and self-healing in disperse orange 11 dye-doped PMMA

    We report on optical imaging studies of self-healing after laser-induced photodamage in disperse orange 11 dye doped into poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) polymer. In particular, the high spatial-contrast image of the damage track made by a line focus pump laser allows the recovery rates to be measured as a function of burn dose using the relationship between transverse distance and pump intensity profile. The time evolution of the damaged population results in an intensity-independent time constant of {\tau} = 490\pm23 min, in agreement with independent measurements of the time evolution of amplified spontaneous emission. Also observed is a damage threshold above which the material does not fully recover.Comment: 5 pages, 8 figure

    PEMBERIAN MINUMAN KUNYIT ASAM TERHADAP PENURUNAN SKALA NYERI HAID (DISMENOREA)

    Introduction: Physical weakness, lack of mobility, and stress are among issues that women face with dysmenorrhea. Menstrual pain is frequently accompanied by nausea, dizziness, and weakness. According to WHO data from 2017, it was discovered that the global incidence of dysmenorrhea was more than 50% of women worldwide. Objective:The study aimed to see if administering tamarind turmeric drinkinging reduced dysmenorrhea in Lingkungan V, Sumber Karya Binjai Village in 2021. Method: This was a Pre-Experimental study using the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design method. Purposive sampling was used to gather a sample of 10 participants from a population of 25 teenagers who suffer menstrual discomfort during menstruation. The data was analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyses, as well as the paired t-test The Result: The results showed that from 10 respondents, a decrease in menstrual pain level before giving turmeric drinkinging was obtained, namely severe pain by 5 respondents (50.0%), a mean of 3.80 with a standard deviation of 0.919. Reduction in Menstrual Pain Scale After Administering Turmeric Tamarind, namely No Pain by 7 respondents (70.0%), the mean was 2.10 with a standard deviation of 0.568. The average score for relieving menstruation pain after consuming tamarind turmeric drinking was 5.50. This demonstrated after receiving the turmeric tamarind drinking, the respondents' Menstrual Pain level decreased. The Wilcoxon test yielded a p-value of 0.004<0.05.Conclusion: The results revealed that administering tamarind turmeric drinkings has an effect on lowering the menstrual pain scale (dysmenorrhea) in Ward V, Sumber Karya Binjai Village 2021. It is believed that young ladies would be able to use tamarind turmeric treatment to reduce the severity of period discomfort

    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kelayakan usahatani jagung pipilan Di Kecamatan Peureulak Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Pengambilan sampel ditetepkan 25% dari populasi yang berjumlah 62 0rang dan total sampel berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil analisis finansial usahatani jagung pipilan di Kecamatan Peureulak dari sisi R/C Ratio diperoleh nilai sebesar 3,47 (layak). BEP Rupiah sebesar sementara total biaya riil jagung pipilan di Kecamatan Peureulak adalah 1.151,96 (layak) BEP jumlah produksi sebesar 106,48 sementara produksi riil usahatani jagung pipilan di Kecamatan Peureulak adalah sebesar 3.697,73 Kg (layak) daerah
