    Indonesia is rich in diversity. The socio-cultural diversity in Indonesia is relatively abundant. This can be a strength, but at the same time it can also create friction ad conflict in the society. Recently, the government issued a Joint Decree of 3 Ministers (SKB 3 Menteri) in response to the friction. This decree organize dress procedures in the learning process at schools. As a result of this implementation, various responses emerged from the Indonesian people, either agreement or disagreement. Part of the society that may be relevant to this policy are students. This article will study the perspectives of undergraduate students of Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), especially of the School of Architecture, Planning and Policy Development’s (SAPPK) on the Joint Decree. This article uses quantitative and qualitative methods by distributing questionnaires and interviews to SAPPK’s students. From the results of this study,  the researchers are able to see the perspectives and the trends of SAPPK ITB Students towards the SKB 3 Ministerial Policy as a solution to social issues related to diversity. It is hoped that these results can be used as a reference for campus policy makers in overcoming the same problem

    Growth performances and gonadal development of golden rabbitfish, Siganus guttatus fed with two types of floating diets in sea cages

    A feeding trial was designed to evaluate the effects of utilizing floating pellets on the growth performances, feed utilization and gonadal maturation of the golden rabbitfish, Siganus guttatus. The treatments were two kinds of commercial floating pellet containing different crude protein (CP) levels which were 26% (FD1) and 33% (FD2). The tested diets were fed to golden rabbitfish. Golden rabbitfish with initial body weight of 239.7±4.8 g were stocked into six sea cages with size of 2x2x2 m3 with density of 50 fishes/cage. The feeding trial lasted for 120 days with results showed that the growth performances of weight gain and specific growth rate were significantly higher (P<0.05) in fish fed FD2 diet (55.0±3.7% and 0.37±0.02 %/d) compared to those fed with FD1 diet (41.7±1.6 and 0.29±0.01%/d), respectively. Both female and male fishes had developed gonad at the end of feeding trial. The gonadosomatic index (GSI) for spermatid significantly higher (<0.05) in fish fed FD2 (4.8±0.6%) than FD1 group (3.4±0.3%). Similarly, the GSI for oocyte of fish fed FD2 diet (8.9±1.0%) was significantly higher than the group fed FD1 diet (4.2±0.5%). The FD2 diet produced higher protein content in the whole body and fillet. In contrast, lipid content of whole body and fillet of fish fed FD1 diet was higher than FD2 diet. As conclusion, better growth performances and gonadal development was found in fish fed FD2 diet, a floating diet containing approximately 33% CP

    Tuberkulosis (TB) adalah salah satu masalah kesehatan di seluruh dunia, tingginya angka kejadian dan mortalitas masih menjadi masalah setiap tahunnya. Tingginya mortalitas dapat disebabkan oleh kondisi yang tidak terprediksi seperti malnutrisi dan TB ekstra paru. Salah satu pemeriksaan dalam mendiagnosis penyakit tuberkulosis yaitu penghitungan jumlah dan hitung jenis leukosit karena dapat menggambarkan kejadian dan proses penyakit tuberkulosis dalam tubuh. Peningkatan jumlah dan hitung jenis leukosit diduga memiliki keterkaitan dengan kondisi keparahan yaitu status gizi dan manifestasi ekstra paru pasien tuberkulosis anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara jumlah dan hitung jenis leukosit dengan status gizi dan manifestasi ekstra paru pada pasien TB anak. Penelitian ini bersifat observasional analitik dan menggunakan metode desain cross sectional yang diambil menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling dan didapatkan 38 pasien tuberkulosis anak yang berobat di Rumah Sakit dr. Saiful Anwar pada bulan Juli-Desember 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan dan hubungan yang signifikan antara jumlah leukosit dan hitung jenisnya (neutrofil, limfosit, dan monosit) terhadap status gizi dan manifestasi ekstra paru (p value>0.05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak ada hubungan jumlah dan hitung jenis leukosit dengan status gizi dan manifestasi ekstra paru pada pasien TB anak

    Humans are living things that have 60 trillion cells to build the body, each cell of the human body contains 70% more water. Humans need water that is suitable for consumption. Water that is fit for consumption is water that has been processed or without processing that has met the requirements and can be drunk immediately. Various factors can cause water quality to decline, one of which is a water container in the form of gallons of water. From the results of a survey of students, 69.2% of students stated that drinking water on campus was not adequate. Meanwhile, 16.9% stated that it was not suitable and 13.8% of the other students stated that drinking water was suitable for consumption. So that the control system is modified on the existing devices so that they can work more effectively and efficiently. Furthermore, the research data was taken using quantitative data analysis techniques with descriptive statistics and the calculation of the average relative error. In the resulting data, the relative error value of the working time variable is 0.51% and 17.2% of the variable delay. And the relative variable error value is 18.3%. For the level of particle content in water in gallon 1 an average of 54 mg / L with an average temperature of 27.44 ° C and in gallon 2 of 52.6 mg / L with an average temperature of 28 ° C
