    Due to the Motto of STKIP Siliwangi Bandung “ The Leader of Learning Innovation”, this research deals with The Analysis of Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) used in Learning Practice of Translating and Interpreting. This research explores the implementation of Students\u27 Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) and find out the advantages and disadvantages of Students\u27 Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) used in learning Practice of Translating and Interpreting. The objective of the research was to motivate students and encourage them to be active in learning, to accelerate student achievement, to improve behavior in learning, and to find out the students\u27 ability with Student Teams-Achievement Divisions (STAD) method. Data collection technique focused on participant observation, interviews, and documentation. Student Team-Achievement Division (STAD) is one type of cooperative learning model using small groups with a number of members of each group of 4-5 students in heterogenic way. It begins by delivering the objectives of learning, delivering of material, group activities, quizzes and group rewards. Students\u27 Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) method also is an effective method of cooperative learning. As with other learning methods, STAD method also has advantages and disadvantages. In the learning process there are good interaction among students, good attitude, increased interpersonal skills. It\u27s effective in increasing student participation and can train students to be more focus, more concentrate in answering questions from the teacher. It can make students eager to learn. But if the chief of the group can not resolve conflicts that arise constructively, it will be less effective in a group work. And if the number of groups is not considered, that is less than four, it would tend to withdraw and less active during the discussion.     An Analysis of Thematic Progression in High School Students' Exposition Texts

    This study aims to investigate how high school students organize their ideas in their Exposition texts, and to what extent their Exposition texts are consistent with argumentative language features in terms of Thematic Progression, based on the framework of Systemic Functional Linguistics (e.g. Danes, 1974; Eggins, 2004). The data were nine high school students' Exposition texts from low, middle, and high level of achievement. The result shows that the students organize their ideas in three ways of Thematic Progression, including the Zig-zag Pattern or Simple Linear Theme Progression (SLP), the Re-iteration Pattern or Constant Theme Progression (CTP), and the Multiple Theme Pattern or Derived Theme Progression (DTP). In terms of Thematic Progression consistency, some texts from middle and high achievers are consistent with the argumentative language features, since they employed SLP than CTP and used DTP.     This study aimed to analyze the effect of product quality, promotion, and price in the purchasing decision on car audio variations at consumer Subur Audioworkshop Purwokerto either partially or simultaneouslly. Methods used in sampling is sampling purposive sampling based on consideration for adjusting the criteria in order to improve the accuracy of the study sample. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression with the significant level (α) of 0,05. Results of this study showed that the quality of products significantly influence consumers' purchasing decisions, with significant value of 0,000 is less than 0,05. Variable promotion significantly influence consumers' purchasing decisions, with significant value of 0,001 is less than 0,05. Variable quality product significantly affect the purchasing decisions, with significant value of 0,000 is less than 0,05. Variable quality products, promotions and prices simultaneously influence the purchasing decisions of consumers, with a significant value of 0,000 is less than 0,05.     Proposed Improvements In the Production Planning Product Engine Type CJ for cars Pick Up at PT. XYZ Method with Time – Series. Sales forecasting allows a company to have an optimal inventory levels to make informed purchasing decisions accordingly and maintain the efficiency of operational activities. Forecasting be a valuable tool for companies to design more effective and efficient, including for PT. XYZ is an automotive company with special competence in the pickup truck segment. The purpose of this study was to determine the best method of time series forecasting to predict sales of automobile engines pick up type CJ, and also obtain sales forecasting engine results for the next period, included as of January 2014 until September 2015.This research is a descriptive study using time series forecasting methods and techniques of data analysis using Microsoft Excel and WinQsb. The level of error resulting from forecasting methods known to the calculation error which consisted of mean absolute deviation (MAD), the mean squared error (MSE), mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) and U theil to control forecast results. Based on the results of data analysis, time series forecasting methods known best to forecast engine sales at PT. XYZ is a linear method with 3 CMA.     AHASS Brahma Motor an authorized Honda motorcycle repair shop who daily serve bike repair and maintenance. With a number of rivalry then AHASS Brahma Motor must improve its services so that it can compete with other workshop. TELE SURVEY CSL (customer satisfaction measurement) held by Astra International Tbk Semarang regional offices in order to measure the implementation of Brahma Motor AHASS services to customers through a system of telephone survey respondents with a sampling of 30 people. The result is there are some attributes of service quality needs to be improved so that customers feel satisfied. The better the quality of service, the higher the level of customer satisfaction, with a good performance it will create a good confidence in the customer. If the performance of a given exceed customer expectations then the customer will not hesitate to stay loyal to the company. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer loyalty tehadap trust through customer satisfaction. The population in this study are all customers AHASS Brahma Motor in 2013 The number of samples in this study was determined using the 100 respondents to be sampled. Sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling. Measurement scale using a Likert scale. In the analysis of the data using simple linear regression and multiple regression test with SPSS 20.0 program The results showed variable service quality affects customer satisfaction at 40.1 percent. Trust variable affects customer satisfaction at 54.5 percent. Satisfaction variables influence on customer loyalty at 42.7 percent. Variables affect service quality on customer loyalty at 24.2 percent. Trust variable effect on customer loyalty at 35.9 percent. Variable quality of service and trust affects customer satisfaction by 84 percent. Variable quality of service and trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction for 67.7 percent. Based on the research results, the AHASS Brahma Motor is expected to increase the waiting room facilities, improving the cleanliness and comfort of the toilet, increasing the speed and accuracy of processing time completion of servicing the motor, provide information about obstacles and ease the damage, prioritize the needs and interests of customers, reminding service time returned to the customer, and increase empathy for the customer
