    Symptoms of increasing poverty are in line with the multidimensional crisis that occurred in Indonesia. One of the efforts to reduce the poverty rate that can continue to increase is by empowering the community. Community empowerment is one alternative in alleviating poverty. The purpose of this research is that the private sector or company has an obligation to contribute to the environment through the Corporate Social Responsibility Program. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data with data analysis techniques proposed by Miles and Hubberman, namely by data reduction, data analysis and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility Program in Increasing Community Empowerment at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Lampung Metro Branch Office shows that it has had basic steps and clear policy objectives as outlined in the decision of the board of directors No: 153. X/2018 concerning the Management of the Social and Environmental Insurance Fund of PT BPD Lampung, has the main policy source in the form of funds originating from net profit in 2019 with a percentage of 3.1% and 59.5% of funds for community empowerment programs. Communication between organizations has been carried out clearly and consistently. Characteristics The Implementing Body has a clear structure, attitude and tendency for implementers who are very responsive and understand program implementation as well as a very supportive economic and social environment

The main obstacle experienced by SMEs is capital. Responding to these problems, the government has actually issued a policy on People's Business Credit which provides convenience and low interest. Its implementation is regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2022 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of People's Business Credit, but there are still many people who do not understand and have access to this policy, one of which is the Blacksmith IKM actors in Metro City.     BPJS Kesehatan dibentuk dengan tujuan untuk membangun derajat kesehatan masyarakat Indonesia menjadi lebih baik. Hadirnya BPJS Kesehatan di tengah masyarakat Indonesia memberikan harapan kepada seluruh seluruh masyarakat Indonesia untuk mengatasi kesehatan yang mereka hadapi, Apalagi jika melihat visi dan misinya yaitu terwujudnya jaminan kesehatan yang berkualitas tanpa diskriminasi dengan memberikan layanan terbaik kepada peserta dan masyarakat, memperluas kepesertaan program jaminan kesehatan mencakup seluruh penduduk Indonesia. Akan tetapi banyaknya keluhan dari masyarakat menjadi pertanyaan besar apakah visi misi BPJS Kesehata sudah tercapai? Keluhan masyarakat yang banyak terdengar adalah pelayanan rumah sakit yang buruk dan terkesan diskriminasi, adanya ketidaksetaraan layanan misalnya tidak semua obat dapat dicover, sulitnya alur periksa atau berobat, sulit mendapatkan kamar inap, dan beberapa keluhan lainnya.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu pemerintah dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan layanan publik pada RSUD A.Yani Kota Metro dengan harapan model ini dapat dipakai untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Teori yang akan digunakan untuk mendukung Model IKEP (Identifikasi masalah, Konfirmasi, Evaluasi dan Perbaikan) ini adalah teori pelayanan publik dengan menggunakan teori pelayanan publik yakni kepemimpinan,budaya organisasi, kelembagaan, SOP, Pengelolaan pengaduan masyarakat, pengendalian dan evaluasi dan SDM. (1) Luaran yang ingin dicapai adalah tulisan ini dapat terpublis pada jurnal nasional peringkat sinta 4 dengan tujuan agar model IKEP ini dapat dipakai oleh pemerintah dan stakeholder terkait untuk menjadikan program jaminan kesehatan ini menjadi lebih berinovasi untuk layanan dan juga kotribusi untuk ilmu pengetahuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yang bersifat yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan deksriptif, eksplanatif dan preskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data terdiri dari kepustakaan dan dokumentasi observasi serta wawancara. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang peneliti lakukan ditemui dilapangan yang menjadi permasalahan terjadi pada bagian sarana dan prasarana serta layanan layanan BPJS terkait sistem online baik itu di pendaftaran maupun di sistem rujukan. masalah lain juga terjadi pada sistem SDM yang kurang dan kurang profesional dalam memberikan layanan. Oleh sebab itu peneliti menawarkan saran berupa MODEL IKEP pada RSUD A Yani Kota Metro untuk membantu menata layanan lebih baik  lagi

    Public fear of the Covid-19 virus has resulted in social restrictions. This has an impact on determining the productivity and economy of society. For this reason, it is necessary to adapt new habits so that people can be productive again in breaking the chain of spreading the Covid-19 Virus. This service aims to provide knowledge to the public about the Adaptation of New Habits Towards a Productive and Safe Covid-19 Society. Community service activities were carried out on September 4, 2020 with a total of 25 participants from the people Mojo Agung Hamlet, Seputih Jaya Village in the form of socialization and discussion. The assessment was carried out using quantitative methods by distributing the pre-test and post-test. The results of this service concluded that there was an increase in participants' knowledge about the adaptation of new habits during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is shown by the increase in the value of the participants' knowledge after being given some materials and simulations as much as 38%

    This study was to describe (1) the component context: Destination Program Employee Get Member (2) input components: human resources, financial resources / budget and the means (3) components of the process: dissemination and implementation of the process of making a new account and (4) components product: the achievement of the number of products: fee-based income, funding structure and customer base. This study aims to identify and analyze the Evaluation of Program Implementation Employee Get Member in State Owned Enterprises studies PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch Metro 2014. The research method used is descriptive research type with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study by observation, interview and documentation. The results of the evaluation study showed a context of close relevance between background issuance program with the objective to be achieved by stakeholder. However, in terms of quality or the readiness of the participants are still lacking, resources have not been adequate funding provided and the infrastructure provided is quite adequate

    With the implementation of physical distancing by the government during the Covid-19 pandemic, it has had a major impact on the community and business actors in Indonesia. This situation causes a decline in the productivity and economy of the Indonesian people. However, the public and business actors should not be complacent with conditions like this. The government has issued a policy on financial inclusion in Indonesia as outlined in the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 82 of 2016 concerning the National Strategy for Financial Inclusion (SNKI). This regulation is the basis for the relevant agencies in this case the Financial Services Authority (OJK) to improve financial access for the public with the Officeless Financial Services policy in the Context of Financial Inclusion (Laku Pandai) as stipulated in OJK Regulation Number 19/POJK.03/2014 concerning Officeless Financial Services for Financial Inclusion. There are still many people who have not used and know about this program, one of which is the community in Mojopahit Village, Punggur District. The purpose of this activity is to provide a strengthening of understanding to the public and business actors regarding the Policies of Laku Pandai in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period.
