    The worldwide emergence of both new and old diseases resulting from human expansion and also human and materials mobility has and will continue to place stress on both medical and clinical diagnostics. The classical approach to bioagents detection involves the use of differential metabolic assays to determine species type in the case of most bacteria, or the use of cell culture and electron microscopy to diagnose viruses and some bacteria that are intracellular parasites. The long-term goal in bioagent detection is to develop a hand-held instrument featuring disposable cartridges which contain all the necessary reagents, reaction chambers, waste chambers, and micro-fluidics to extract, concentrate, amplify, and analyze nucleic acids. This GIPP project began development of a sensory platform using nucleic-acid based probes. Although research was not completed, initial findings indicated that an advanced sensing device could theoretically be built on a DNA/RNA-based technology platform

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Inovasi yang terjadi pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Kota Jambi, faktor-faktor pendukung dalam penyelenggaraan Inovasi Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Kota Jambi dan Hambatan dalam menjalankan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis kebijakan dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil peneltian yang dilakukan oleh penulis penyelenggaraan Inovasi Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Kota Jambi sudah berjalan dengan baik dan semestinya sesuai dengan Standar Operasi Prosedur, hal itu bisa dilihat dari hasil pelayanan yang diterima oleh Aparatur Sipil Negara atau pengguna layanan Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Kota Jambi. Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Kota Jambi juga mendapat dukungan penuh dari Pemerintah daerah Kota Jambi.     The goal of this study was to validate the previously observed high biological kill performance of PAEROSOL, a semi-dry, micro-aerosol decontamination technology, against common HAI in a non-human subject trial within a hospital setting of Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC) on Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Tacoma, Washington. In addition to validating the disinfecting efficacy of PAEROSOL, the objectives of the trial included a demonstration of PAEROSOL environmental safety, (i.e., impact to hospital interior materials and electronic equipment exposed during testing) and PAEROSOL parameters optimization for future deployment
