PENGARUH FINANCIAL PLANNING TECHNOLOGY DAN LINGKUNGAN SOSIAL TERHADAP PERILAKU KEUANGAN MAHASISWA

This research aims to analyze how the implementation of technology in financial planning and social environemtal aspects affect the financial behavior of students. Using a quantitative method by conducting a survey and distributing questionnaires to 119 students from various universities in Malang City using purposives sampling techniques. The collected data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between the independent variables (financial planning technology and social environment) and the dependent variable (financial behavior). The results of the analysis show that financial planning technology has a significant positive influence on student financial behavior. The more students use technology in financial planning, the better their financial behavior. However, the results indicate that the social environment does notaffects students financial behavior. Referring to the individual perception of how important individuals can support or oppose vertain behaviors

PUSAT KESENIAN LUDRUK DI SURABAYA

Ludruk adalah kesenian drama tradisional dari Jawa Timur yang merupakan drama tradisonal yang mengangkat kehidupan rakyat sehari-hari. Kesenian rakyat yang berasal dari Jombang ini, menjadi maskot budaya khas Surabaya. Dan menjadi sangat populer di Surabaya sejak zaman revolusi. Eksistensi Ludruk tergeser oleh kebudayaan modern, yang semakin berkembang pesat. Dan juga akibat pengaruh fasilitas gedung pagelaran di Surabaya yang tidak representative. Pusat Kesenian Ludruk Di Surabaya adalah suatu tempat ataupun sarana dimana suatu bentuk nilai keindahan dari kesenian Ludruk yang berasal dari ekspresi manusia dapat ditampilkan di tempat ini, Pusat Kesenian Ludruk Surabaya digunakan untuk melakukan pagelaran dan pengembangan pada seniman yang berbakat dan masyarakat yang berminat dengan kesenian Ludruk. Pada proyek objek perancangan Pusat Kesenian Ludruk Surabaya ini memiliki jenis bangunan hiburan sehingga dalam prencanaan pada kawasan kota termasuk dalam peruntukkan fasilitas umum. Ludruk merupakan suatu budaya yang sangat erat hubungannya dengan Surabaya, maka dari itu peletakan proyek objek rancang berada di kawasan Surabaya yang memiliki nilai histories Surabaya. Tampilan pada proyek Pusat Kesenian Ludruk Surabaya menggunakan tampilan bangunan kolonial. Tampilan bangunan disesuaikan dengan filosofi dari kesenian ludruk dan juga lpengaruh letak site yang dekat dengan bangunan yang bergaya kolonial, serta objek rancang sendiri memiliki unsur tradisional karena kembali dengan fungsi semula yang merupakan fasilitas umum yang lebih condong ke arah budaya. MANAJEMEN KOMUNIKASI DENGAN STRATEGI KOPING (MEKANISME UNTUK MENGATASI PERUBAHAN YANG DIHADAPI) WANITA BERCADAR DALAM MENGHADAPI STIGMA SOSIAL : Studi Kasus Pada Komunitas Niqab Squad Bandung

Abstract- The arrest of the terrorist suspects in Indonesia, which was widely reported by the mass media, not only revealed the profile of a terrorist, but also presented the figures of blasting wives who used the veil. So, the veil is often associated with groups that support acts of terrorism and cause negative stigma in society. This needs to be discussed to identify problems in community life related to communication and religion, find out what motivates veiled women to wear the veil and join the Niqab Squad community, know the coping management used by veiled women in dealing with social stigma, and know what they mean in using veil. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach, the type of data used is primary data through observation and in-depth interviews. The results of this study indicate that the motivation of veiled women to join the Niqab Squad community is based on several things such as friends and knowledge. Second, in dealing with social stigma, veiled women do coping management in two ways, namely problem focused coping and emotion focused coping. Third, the meaning of coping management for veiled women is an effort to build a good image in society by forming self-concept as women who are open, friendly and have good relations with the community. PENETAPAN HARGA PADA PASAR OLIGOPOLI

Oligopoly is a market where supply one type of goods controlled by a few companies. Oligopoly is usually done as an effort to hold companies to enter the market, and the purpose of doing oligopolistic firms is as an attempt to enjoy a profit by the sale price is limited, resulting in price competition among businesses that do oligopolistic practices become nonexistent. Pricing (price fixing) in Islam is not allowed because it would cause a rise in prices due to competition and the free market will also lead to a shortage of production when the demand is a lot or ride, which eventually will lead to shortages of goods. However, in order to maintain fairness between producer and consumer, the government has the right to menetakan price. In setting prices, the government should think about the benefit of traders and consumers in order not to feel aggrieved

KARAKTERISTIK TOKOH PROTAGONIS DAN ANTAGONIS DALAM NOVEL ANAK SERI “THE STORY EXPLORER” KARYA ANAK USIA 12 TAHUN TERBITAN TIGA ANANDA

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan karakteristik tokoh protagonist dan antagonis dalam novel anak seri “TheStory Explorer” karya anak usia 12 tahun terbitan Tiga Ananda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif denganmetode deskriptif analisis pada lima novel anak usia 12 tahun berjudul Penyelamatan Negeri Peri karya Fida Zalfa,Petualangan Peri Gelembung karya Fida Zalfa, Rahasia Ramuan Ajaib karya Anugrah Rawiyah Salma, Misteri PrasastiUrip Abadi karya Arina Futihatir Rizqoh, dan Menyelamatkan Negeri Alen karya Nilna Almuna.Hasil penelitian ini yakni (1)karakteristik tokoh protagonist dalam novel karya anak usia 12 tahun, (2) karakteristiktokoh antagonis dalam novel karya anak usia 12 tahun, (3) Kecenderungan tokoh protagonist dan antagonis dalam novelkarya anak usia 12 tahun. Ketiga hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan adanya perbedaan karakteristik tokoh yangdianalisis menggunakan dimensi watak , yang meliputi dimensi fisik, dimensi psikis dan dimensi sosial .Kata Kunci : Karakteristik, Tokoh Protagonis dan Tokoh Antagonis, Dimensi Watak

PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI PADA PENGOLAHAN ARANG AKTIF DARI LIMBAH KULIT SINGKONG SEBAGAI ANTI BAKTERI ALAMI PADA SABUN CAIR PENCUCI TANGAN

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) telah dilaksanakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan masyarakat melaui inovasi tentang pemanfaatan limbah kulit singkong menjadi arang aktif (actived charcoal) menjadi bahan baku sabun cair. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berlangsung selama 6 bulan, dengan sasaran kegiatan pengabdian adalah masyarakat Desa Karang Anyar, Kecamatan Langsa Baro yang merupakan pengusaha keripik singkong berskala home industri. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah penumpukan limbah kulit singkong hasil produksi keripik singkong yang belum dapat dimanfaatkan. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, masyarakat akan diedukasi untuk memanfaatkan ilmu dah teknologi untuk memanfaatkan limbah kulit singkong sebagai arang aktif sebagai bahan baku pembuatan sabun cair anti bakteri. Rangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian meliputi beberapa tahapan, pertama dilakukan survey awal tentang permasalah yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat desa, selanjutnya adalah kegiatan sosialisasi, tahap ketiga melaksanakan pembuatan arang aktif dari limbah kulit singkong, dan selanjutnya pelatihan pembuatan sabun cair, tahap terakhir adalah pendampingan mitra dalam proses produksi dan penjualan. Dari kegiatan ini dihasilkan sebuah produk berupa sabun cair anti bakteri yang dapat dipasarkan sebagai salah satu produk unggulan selain keripik singkong

Determinant analysis of baby blues syndrome

Background: Psychiatric illnesses that are non-psychotic are one of the most common morbidities of pregnancy and the perinatal period. These disorders include depressive disorders (postpartum blues, postpartum depression), anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and personality disorders. This study aimed to the relationship between family support and the tendency of baby blues syndrome in postpartum mothers in the working area of the Benu-Benua Health Center. Methods: The research method used is an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional design which was carried out in June 2020 in the working area of ​​the Benu-Benua Health Center which involved 53 mothers who gave birth and were recorded in the medical records at the Benu-Benua Health Center and families living in the same house with the criteria such as people who live in the working area of ​​the Benu-Benua Health Center and postpartum mothers ≤14 days. Then proceed with bivariate analysis using the Chi-square test to determine the correlation between variables. All tests with p<0.05 were considered significant Results: The age distribution of respondents, dominant in the range of 18-25 years, female sex, high school education level or equivalent, primipara parity, the family relationship is husband and number of people living in the house >5 people, the dominant type of childbirth is normal, social relations dominantly good, the incidence of baby blues syndrome dominantly experienced baby blues syndrome. The results of statistical tests showed that the variables of education level, employment status, family relations, social support were correlated with the incidence of postpartum blues syndrome. Conclusions: There is a correlation between education level, employment status, social support, and family relationships with the incidence of baby blues syndrome in the Benu-Benua Health Center working area.

Effect of Reward, Work Environment, and Motivation towards Performance of the Millennial Generation in the Central Bureau of Statistics of East Kalimantan Province

A success of a work organization is strongly influenced by employee performance. To achieve this success requires a strong foundation from its employees, including the motivation that can be supported from the work environment and awards given by the organization. For the Central Bureau of Statistics in the Province of East Kalimantan, this is a challenge to achieve higher work performance and compete with other districts / cities in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and appreciation of motivation and the effect of motivation on performance on Millennial Generation within the Central Bureau of Statistics of East Kalimantan Province. The population in this study were all employees of the Central Bureau of Statistics of East Kalimantan Province. Whereas the sample are employees of the Central Bureau of Statistics of East Kalimantan Province with age constraints of 25-40 years (129 samples). The data was collected using an electronic questionnaire to the respondents. To answer the problems in research and testing of research hypotheses, it uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis by using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software.
