    PERAN DAN KOMPOSISI PIMPINAN DALAM ORGANISASI

    Berdasar pada rendahnya perhatian pimpinan organisasi dan perannya, serta dituntutnya sebuah loyalitas anggota suatu organisasi baik profit oriented maupun non profit oriented, maka diperlukan suatu peran dan komposisi yang baik dan sesuai yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh pimpinan. Tujuan penulisan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengemukakan peran dan komposisi pimpinan dalam organisasi demi tercapainya tujuan bersama. Hal ini dilakukan dengan sebab kurangnya perhatian baik berupa peran maupun kontribusi yang dilaksanakan pimpinan dalam suatu organisasi baik profit oriented maupun non profit oriented. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode kepustakaan sebagai bagian utamanya. Penelitian ini mengemukakan sebuah hasil bahwasannya peran dan komposisi pimpinan dalam organisasi ada tiga hal, yaitu: Pemberian remunerasi (kompensasi), keterbukaan kejujuran sisi laporan keuangan dan hubungan baik antar sesama manusia baik yang terlibat didalamnya maupun yang tidak terlibat dalam organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini mengfokuskan pada suatu hal yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh pimpinan suatu organisasi, diikuti dengan cara-cara aplikatif dalam menjalankan peran tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pertama dalam bidang peran dan komposisi pimpinan organisasi yang dilaksanakan melalui studi literature bebasis ekonomi islam.   Kata Kunci: Pimpinan, Organisasi, Tujuan (target

    Dalam sistem ekonomi Islam, sedekah merupakan salah satu instrumen dalam pendistribusian kekayaan sebagai bentuk rasa syukur atas nikmat yang telah Allah berikan kepada umatnya. Umat Islam adalah khalifah di muka bumi yang diberi wewenang untuk mengatur segala sesuatu yang ada di dalamnya. Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki sumber daya alam yang melimpah. Alam dikelola dan dimanfaatkan untuk kepentingan dan kesejahteraan bersama. Dalam kaitannya dengan program Eco Mosque, pembangunan tempat ibadah yang memiliki kepedulian terhadap hubungan timbal balik antara lingkungan untuk kehidupan yang berkelanjutan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode eksploratif dan analisis isi menggunakan analisis deskriptif sebagai sifat penelitian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui diperbolehkan atau tidaknya penggunaan dana zakat dalam pembangunan program Eco Mosque dalam perspektif maqashid syariah. Dalam hal ini disimpulkan bahwa dana zakat dalam perspektif Maqashid Syariah dapat digunakan untuk pembangunan Eco Mosque, karena ditujukan untuk kemaslahatan dan kemaslahatan umat.In the Islamic economic system, alms is one of the instruments in the distribution of wealth as a form of gratitude for the blessings that God has given to his people. Muslims are caliphs on earth who are given the authority to regulate everything in it. Indonesia is a country that has abundant natural resources. Nature is managed and utilized for the common good and welfare. In relation to the Eco Mosque program, the construction of places of worship that is concerned with the reciprocal relationship between the environment for a sustainable life. This type of research is qualitative research with exploratory methods and content analysis using descriptive analysis as the nature of the research. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not the use of zakat funds is allowed in the construction of the Eco Mosque program in the perspective of maqashid sharia. In this case, it is concluded that zakat funds in the perspective of Maqashid Syariah can be used for the construction of the Eco Mosque, because it is intended for the benefit and benefit of the people

    Customer Satisfaction in Non-Profit Oriented Institutions: Studies at Islamic Higher Education

    Lembaga non profit atau organisasi nirlaba merupakan Lembaga yang tidak bertujuan mencari keuntungan secara financial, melainkan untuk menyejahterakan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan konsumen (customer satisfaction) terhadap pelayanan serta fasilitas yang diberikan oleh Lembaga non profit di salah satu Pendidikan Tinggi Islam, yaitu Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) karena data penelitian diperoleh dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Selanjutnya hasil kuesioner responden disajikan dalam bentuk grafik dan tabel persentase penilaian responden terhadap tingkat kepuasan konsumen yang diimplementasikan dalam misi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat banyak hal yang perlu dilakukan evaluasi sebagai dasar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Perguruan Tinggi Islam sebagai upaya memenuhi kewajiban dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen.Non-profit institutions or non-profit organizations are institutions that do not aim to seek financial gain but to improve the welfare of the community. This study aims to measure the level of customer satisfaction with the services and facilities provided by non-profit institutions in one of the Islamic Higher Education, namely KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah University, Jombang. This study uses the type of field research (field research) because the research data is obtained by the method of distributing questionnaires to respondents. Furthermore, the results of the respondent's questionnaire are presented in the form of graphs and tables of the percentage of respondents' assessments of the level of customer satisfaction which are implemented in the mission of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The results of the study indicate that there are still many things that need to be evaluated as a basis for improving the quality of service in The Islamic Higher Education in an effort to fulfill obligations in increasing customer satisfaction

Strategy in Marketing BMT At-Tajdid Temayang Bojonegoro Temayang planned to build community confidence that BMT At-Tajdid Temayang Bojonegoro is a business hall in which there are activities to develop Productive efforts and investments in improving the quality of economic activity and also building community confidence that at the BMT At-Tajdid Temayang Bojonegoro can manage the savings with the trust, but with the marketing strategy Whether BMT as a financial institution can compete with conventional financial institutions although the products, prices, places, and promotions have not been adequate so that the main problem will be observed by researchers.             The results showed that the variable marketing strategy (product, price, place, promotion) simultaneously had an effect on funding and lending. It can be proved that the value F count > F table or 99.847 > 4.20. While based on a partial test of a variable marketing strategy the product has a significant effect on funding and lending, it can be proved that the product marketing strategy value T count more > T table or 3.709 > 2.059, price 0.045 > 0.50, place 0.240 > 0.50, Promotion 2.205 > 2.059. The results of this test resulted in a coesophageal determination (R ²) of 0.963 That means 96.3% of the marketing strategy variable in the influence of variable funding and lending while the remaining 3.7% in the influence of other variables that are not conscientious in research This

    Waqf is included in the category of muamalah teachings where the recommendation to implement it is sunnah. However, waqf has enormous potential in helping to realize the welfare of the people. The purpose of waqf which is to realize the welfare of the people in this case can be realized if the waqf is managed in a productive way. This study aims to determine how waqf management is and to find out how the impact of waqf management on Micro Waqf Bank Bahrul Ulum Barokah Sejahtera Tambakberas Jombang. This research uses qualitative research with using descriptive method. Sources of data in the study obtained through primary and secondary data. The process of collecting data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Then the data analysis was carried out through several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and then drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that the waqf management in the Micro Waqf Bank Bahrul Ulum Barokah Sejahtera Tambakberas Jombang was managed and distributed productively in the form of business loans with a group system to the community around the pesantren.     Abstract   Zakat shares is a new program launched by BAZNAS, in collaboration with the Indonesia Stock Exchange and also PT Henan Putihrai Sekuritas. Baznas aims to facilitate investors who want to use their shares. Baznas as Indonesia's national amil zakat body sees great potential for stocks. Because people today do a lot of stock investment activities. But because zakat shares in Indonesia is still limited to customers who are only under the auspices of PT Henan Putihrai securities to carry out zakat shares. So many investors do not know about this share zakat. The purpose of this study is to inform people who do stock investment activities to zakati their shares. This study is a qualitative research library with an explanatory character. By focusing on the opinion of shafi schools.     KSPPS BMT PETA adalah Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Pembiayaan Syariah yang didirikan oleh Pondok Pesantren Pesulukan Thoriqah Agung, yang dalam praktiknya tidak lepas dari nilai-nilai ajaran thoriqah. Namun demikian KSPPS BMT PETA mengalami perkembangan yang cukup pesat. Maka dari itu Peneliti tertarik untuk menganalisis praktik Islamic Spiritual Capital di KSPPS BMT PETA. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksploratif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif Deskriptif. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Selanjutnya dianalisis yaitu mengaitkan temuan dengan teori yang ada menggunakan pendekatan teori fenomenologi.     ABSTRACT In the view of Islam, to achieve the level of satisfaction one must prioritize several things, namely that the goods consumed are halal, both in essence and how to obtain them, are not israf (exaggeration) and tabzir (meaningless). The factors that affect customer satisfaction are service quality and price. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction. The object of this research is UNWAHA students who use Gojek services. This study uses data collection techniques, observation, and documentation. The method used in this research is quantitative method with multiple linear regression techniques. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and regression equation test with service quality (X1), price (X2), and customer satisfaction (Y). The results of the study show that together the variables of service quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of online Gojek transportation for UNWAHA students. Evidenced by the results of the t value 2.983> t table 1.661 and the effect of price on customer satisfaction is the value of t count 7.363> t table 1.661.   Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Customer Satisfaction, and Islamic Economy   ABSTRAK Dalam pandangan islam, untuk mencapai tingkat kepuasan harus mementingkan beberapa hal, yaitu adalah barang yang dikonsumsi adalah halal, baik secara dzatnya maupun cara memperolehnya, tidak bersifat israf (berlebih-lebihan) dan tabzir (sia-sia). Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan adalah kualitas pelayanan dan harga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa UNWAHA yang menggunakan layanan Gojek. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode kuantitatif dengan teknik regresi linier berganda. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji persamaan regresi dengan kualitas pelayanan (X1), harga (X2), dan Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel kualitas pelayanan dan harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan transportasi online gojek pada mahasiswa UNWAHA. Dibuktikan dari hasil nilai t hitung 2,983 > t tabel 1,661 dan untuk pengaruh harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah nilai t hitung 7,363 > t tabel 1,661.   Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, Kepuasan Pelanggan, dan Ekonomi Isla
