Drawing Mama, a Practical Drawing Tutorial Book for Parents
Parents need to be closer to their children, especially when they are in early years. The process of the approach can be done in some creative way, one example is drawing together with children. But apparently many parents claim that they cannot draw. Indeed, parents do not need to be able to draw perfectly, but it will be more valuable if parents can draw properly, because it can make the interaction process between parents and children become more meaningful and memorable for both. For this reason, efforts have been made to provide basic insights and practical drawing techniques for parents. Actually, there are already many materials how to draw for children and adolescents, therefore this practical drawing tech-niques are packaged in the form of a book are intended specifically for parents, especially in Indonesia. The drawing method used in this book is observation and imitation of images. The results of this study are three books learning practical drawing for parents that can be used to support interaction with children at home.

Thin shell wormhole due to dyadosphere of a charged black hole
To explain Gamma Ray Bursts, Ruffini argued that the event horizon of a
charged black hole is surrounded by a special region called, the Dyadosphere
where electric field exceeds the critical value for pair
production. In the present work, we construct a thin shell wormhole by
performing a thought surgery between two dadospheres. Several physical

High-Dimensional Stochastic Design Optimization by Adaptive-Sparse Polynomial Dimensional Decomposition
This paper presents a novel adaptive-sparse polynomial dimensional
decomposition (PDD) method for stochastic design optimization of complex
systems. The method entails an adaptive-sparse PDD approximation of a
high-dimensional stochastic response for statistical moment and reliability
analyses; a novel integration of the adaptive-sparse PDD approximation and
score functions for estimating the first-order design sensitivities of the
statistical moments and failure probability; and standard gradient-based
optimization algorithms. New analytical formulae are presented for the design
sensitivities that are simultaneously determined along with the moments or the
failure probability. Numerical results stemming from mathematical functions
indicate that the new method provides more computationally efficient design
solutions than the existing methods. Finally, stochastic shape optimization of
a jet engine bracket with 79 variables was performed, demonstrating the power

The shape of equality: discourses around the Section 28 repeal in Scotland
This article focuses on conceptualizations of equality in the discourses deployed in the campaign to repeal Section 28 in Scotland. I use the parliamentary debates and two newspapers: the Daily Record, which supported the campaign to Keep the Clause, and The Guardian, which supported repeal, to exemplify the different discursive articulations around equality and citizenship. I suggest that the Scottish example provides further evidence of the ways in which liberalism naturalizes heterosexuality as the standard for citizenship and thus bequeaths a hierarchy of 'equality' and citizenship in the realm of sexuality, wherein lesbian and gay citizenship is either rendered invalid or characterized as 'special rights'. However, within the narrow confines of the parliamentary debates, more expansive and differentiated notions of citizenship and equality are evident. Whilst I conclude that the 'shape' of equality achieved through the repeal has been moulded to support institutionalized heterosexuality - with Section 28 replaced by statutory guidelines on sex education which advocate marriage - I also suggest equality is contested, both through the recognition of transformations in heterosexual family forms and the appeal to non-discrimination as a democratic principle. It is possible, therefore, that current destabilizations of the heterosexual social order simultaneously destabilize the precepts of liberal democracy
Screening for HLA-B*1502 Polymorphism in Febrile Seizure Predicted Lead to Epilepsy
Mutation in neuronal sodium channel -1-subunit gene (SCN1A) and neuronal sodium channel -1-subunit gene (SCN1B) has been linked with forms of generalized epilepsy with febrile seizure plus (GEFS+) and epileptic infantile syndrome like severe myoclonic epilepsy of infancy (SMEI) (Mulley et al., 2005; Scheffer et al., 2007). Since this idiopathic epilepsy typically begins with prolonged febrile seizures (FS) in the first year of life, therefore febrile seizure patient with mutation in SCN1A has a high risk to develop epilepsy on their later life (Dube et al., 2009). Carbamazepine (CBZ) has been known as the most common anti-epileptic drug which can cause Steven-Johnson Syndrome (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) in patients with HLA-B*1502 polymorphism. Since the Javanese population have 16,67% of these allele, studying the presence of these allele in patients predicted epilepsy is important.
Furthermore, this study was intended to develop a PCR-based diagnostic protocol to screen HLA-B*1502 polymorphism in epileptic patients to prevent SJS/TEN by carbamazepine. Focusing on epileptic predicted patients, HLA-B*1502 genotyping by sequence specific primer (SSP)-PCR was performed on 31 repeated FS patients with mutation in SCN1A and SCN1A/SCN1B gene.
The result show that the HLA-B*1502 polymorphism was detected in 14 (45,2%) individuals including 8 cases related to mutation SCN1A gene and 6 to SCN1A/SCN1B gene. It illustrates that HLA-B*1502 allele is frequent in these patients. It can thus be suggested that detection of this allele should be done before epilepsy treatment. Later, patients with this allele should avoid CBZ to prevent SJS/TEN during drug administration
Flypaper Effect pada Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) terhadap Belanja Daerah pada Kabupaten/Kota di Indonesia
The most important objective of decentralization by any means is to empower the regions and therefore the development would spread throughout the nation. However, some researches indicate that although decentralization has been implemented in Indonesia for almost a decade, the regions still strongly depend on the central government financially. This research examine the fly paper effect as one of the indicators of the success of decentralization. By examining all regions in Indonesia, the research try to find out (1) whether the General Allocation Fund and Regionally Original Income influence the regionsââŹâ˘ spending; (2) between the General Allocation Fund and the Regionally Original Income, which one has more influence on the regionsââŹâ˘ spending; (3) whether there has been a fly paper effect or not; and (4) whether the fly paper effect happened in the regions which have a high Regionally Original Income or in the other way. The important findings of this research indicate that all regions although have high Regionally Original Income, experienced the flypaper effect. Again, this result support the indication that the decentralization has not been successfully implemented in Indonesia
The Risk Assessment of Occupational Safety Using Job Safety analysis ( JSA) at PT. P&P Lembah Karet Padang
Occupational accident has been a big problem for most of industry in the developing countries. This research aimed to know the condition of occupational risk level at PT. P&P Lembah Karet Padang. This research was conducted in the sections that have large number of occupational accident and repeatedly occured. The primary data were obtained from observations, while secondary data were obtained from the archive of the factory. The analysis method was Job Safety analysis ( JSA) which consisted of hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control recommendation. The result of this research was presented in figures and tables which described that there were still high risk in Timbang Section, Gilingan Section and Press section, shown by red color code. There were still some medium and low risk too, shown by yellow and green color code. Based on the result, it can be concluded that there were still high risk and medium risk in some sections of PT. P&P Lembah Karet Padang, that could not been controlled yet, which caused occupational accident that occurred time aftertime. It is suggested to the factory to apply the recommended risk contol in order to decrease or remove the same occupational accidents that may happens in the future.
