    Analisa Overall Equipment Effectiveness Untuk Memperbaiki Sistem Perawatan Mesin Dop Berbasis Total Productive Maintenance (Studi Kasus: PT Xyz – Malang)

    Penelitian dilakukan di bengkel link belt PT XYZ. Pada proses pembuatan link belt, proses machining pada mesin DOP memiliki waktu kerusakan tinggi dan menghasilkan defect. Upaya pengurangan waktu kerusakan dan defect dapat dilakukan melalui manajemen perawatan menggunakan konsep TPM. Metode yang digunakan adalah Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Six Big Losses, Fault Tree Analysis, dan TPM. Tahap pertama yang dilakukan adalah mengidentifikasi Six Big Losses dan mengukur nilai OEE mesin DOP. Tahap selanjutnya membuat diagram FTA untuk mengetahui akar penyebab kerusakan serta probabilitas kegagalannya. Tahap terakhir adalah memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan berbasis TPM. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai OEE mesin DOP adalah 70.37%. Penyebab rendahnya nilai OEE adalah tingginya waktu setup matris yaitu sebesar 190-200 menit dan adanya defect yang dihasilkan selama proses permesinan yang menyebabkan matris aus. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang diusulkan adalah membuat toolbox yang dilengkapi toolpallet serta memberikan jadwal perawatan mesin DOP, mengganti dan mengasah matris potong yang tumpul setiap 13 hari

    Diabetes is the oldest disease in the world, the death rate cause by diabetes mellitus is increasing. This study aims to know bioactive substances of avocado leaf and effective concentrate in decreasing the level of mice blood glucose. The study apply experimetal method to analyze bioactive substance in avocado leaf extract qualitatively. Whereas the preclinical testing use random group design. This study used 15 male mice as test animal which are induced with etilen diamin tetra asetat (EDTA). The mice are divided into 5 groups (n=5) randomly with different treatment. Treatment I, II, III are given avocado leaf extarct each with concentrate of 10%, 20% and 40%, treatment IV is given suspension of glibenklamid as a positive control (+) and treatment V is given 1% suspension of sodium carboxymethil cellulose (Na-CMC) as a negative control (-). Data obtained is analysed by using statistical analysis of varians (ANOVA) wich is continued with Duncan test. The research result shows that advocado leaf extract positively contains compounds of alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, tanin and steroid. Praclinic test shows that advocado leaf extract proven can lower the level of mice glucose and relatively the most effective concentrate is 10%

    Pengaruh Ion Logam Cu(II) terhadap Persen Ekstraksi Ion Pb(II) Menggunakan Teknik Emulsi Membran Cair

    This study aimed to determine effect of Cu(II) ion toward percent extraction of Pb(II) ion using emulsion liquid membrane technique. Variation concentrations of Cu(II) added were 0, 50, 100, 150, 200 and 250 ppm with the initial concentration of Pb(II) was 245 ppm. This extraction used benzoyl acetone as a chelating agent. The extraction results were measured by Spectrodirect. The results showed that percent extraction of Pb(II) ion prior addition of Cu(II) ion was 99.09%, but after addition of Cu(II) to a concentration up to 250 ppm, the percent extraction of Pb(II) ions turned to decrease by 97.92%

    Development of lanthanum strontium cobalt ferrite composite cathodes for intermediate- to low-temperature solid oxide fuel cells

    Solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) offer high energy conversion, low noise, low pollutant emission, and low processing cost. Despite many advantages, SOFCs face a major challenge in competing with other types of fuel cells because of their high operating temperature. The necessity to reduce the operational temperature of SOFCs has led to the development of research into the materials and fabrication technology of fuel cells. The use of composite cathodes significantly reduces the cathode polarization resistance and expands the triple phase boundary area available for oxygen reduction. Powder preparation and composite cathode fabrication also affect the overall performance of composite cathodes and fuel cells. Among many types of cathode materials, lanthanum-based materials such as lanthanum strontium cobalt ferrite (La1-xSrxCo1-yFeyO3-δ) have recently been discovered to offer great compatibility with ceria-based electrolytes in performing as composite cathode materials for intermediate- to low-temperature SOFCs (IT-LTSOFCs).     Dalam masa pandemi ini beberapa wilayah Indonesia masih ditemui kurangnya informasi mengenai pandemi Covid-19, seperti halnya mengenal gejala yang dapat diakibatkan oleh virus, dimana gelaja yang ditimbulkan memiliki kemiripan dengan beberapa penyakit flu yang biasa ditemui. Sehingga beberapa masyarakat tidak menyadari bahwa dirinya terpapar virus atau tidak,namun masih aktif melakukan beberapa aktifitas diluar rumah.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan mengimplementasikan metode certainty factor untuk mendeteksi dini gejala awal covid 19 agar masyarakat dapat membedakan gejala flu dengan gejala covid 19. Hasil rancangan terdiri dari rancangan output meliputi output hasil deteksi gejala awal covid 19, rancangan input meliputi  halaman utama admin, halaman utama masyarakat, daftar admin, daftar gejala, basis pengetahuan, hasil deteksi dini gejala covid 19, penelitian ini melakukan pengujian Teknologi Acceptance Model dimana aplikasi setelah dibangun diuji secara kebermanfaatan dan fungsionalitas.
