    Artikel ini berisi tentang strategi komunikasi dalam kampanye Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dalam tema Gerakan Ayo Kuliah (GAK) yang dilaksanakan oleh Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM)  Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif metode studi kasus.Penelitian ini fokus pada strategi komunikasi kampanye Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Nagan Raya dalam Tema Gerakan Ayo Kuliah. Temuan penelitian ini juga mengarah pada penerapan strategi pengiriman pesan yang mempertimbangkan kekuatan tampilan pesan. Secara teori, semua media menyampaikan informasi yang sama, tetapi karena perbedaannya, pesan tersebut disajikan dalam berbagai cara. Data akurat dikumpulkan untuk membuat rencana komunikasi. Memilih semua bentuk media yang paling mudah diakses masyarakat adalah bagaimana strategi media dipraktikkan. Strategi khalayak ditentukan khusus siswa SMA/SMK/MA sederajat dan keluarga tidak mampu yang mendapatkan bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kabupaten Nagan Raya untuk dapat melanjutkan ke pendidikan yang lebih tinggi, lokasi di laksanakn kegiatan khusus SMA/SMK/MA Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Efek akhir dihubungkan dengan efek komunikasi, hasil yang diperoleh Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH)  menunjukkan bahwa Gerakan Ayo Kuliah (GAK) dilaksanakan secara maksimal. Beberapa perubahan dapat terwujud terdapat 200 lebih anak Keluarga Paling Miskin (KPM) Program Keluarga Harapan  (PKH) dan anak keluarga tidak mampu bergabung dalam kegiatan kampanye Gerakan Ayo Kuliah (GAK) Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kabupaten Nagan Raya.Kata Kunci: strategi komunikasi, Kampanye Gerakan ayo Kuliah (GAK), Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH)

    Modeling and optimization of process parameters in face milling of Ti6Al4V alloy using Taguchi and grey relational analysis

    Titanium alloys are extensively used in aerospace, missiles, rockets, naval ships, automotive, medical devices, and even the consumer electronics industry where a high strength to density ratio, lightweight, high corrosion resistance, and resistance to high temperatures are important. The machining of these alloys has always been challenging for manufacturers. This article investigates the combined effect of radial depth, cutting speed and feed rate on cutting forces, tool life, and surface roughness during face milling of Ti6Al4V alloy. This study focuses on the significance of radial depth of cut on cutting force, tool life and surface roughness compared to that of cutting speed and feed rate during face milling of Ti6Al4V alloy. In this paper, mono and multi-objective optimization of the response characteristics have been conducted to find out the optimal input parameters, namely, cutting speed, feed rate, and radial depth of cut. Taguchi method and analysis of variance (ANOVA) analysis have been used for mono-objective optimization, while Taguchi-based grey relational analysis has been used for multi-objective optimization. The regression analysis has been performed for developing mathematical models to predict the surface roughness, tool life, and cutting forces. According to ANOVA analysis, the most significant parameters for tool life and cutting force (FY) are cutting speed, and radial depth of cut, respectively, while feed rate is observed to be the most significant parameter for surface roughness and force (FX). The optimal combination of input parameters for tool life and FY are 50m/min cutting speed, 0.02mm/rev feed rate, and 7.5mm radial depth of cut. However, the optimal parameters for surface roughness are 65m/min cutting speed, 0.02mm/rev feed rate, and 7.5mm radial depth of cut. For FX, the optimal condition is observed as cutting speed 57.5m/min, 0.02mm/rev feed rate, and 7.5mm radial depth of cut. A validation experiment, conducted at the optimal parameters of surface roughness, shows an improvement of 31.29% compared to the surface roughness at initial condition. Taguchi-based grey relational analysis for multi-objective optimization shows an improvement of 55.81%, 6.12%, and 23.98% in tool life, surface roughness, and FY, respectively. ANOVA analysis based on grey relational grade shows that the radial depth of cut is the most significant parameter for multi-objective optimization during the face milling of Ti6Al4V

    Experimental study of the morphine de-addiction properties of Delphinium denudatum Wall.

    BACKGROUND: Our aim was to explore the de-addiction properties of Delphinium denudatum Wall. in morphine dependent rats. METHODS: Charles Foster male albino rats were made morphine dependent by injecting morphine sulphate in increasing doses twice a day for 7 days. The spontaneous withdrawal signs observed 12 h after the last dose were quantified by the 'counted' and 'checked' signs. The drug (alcoholic extract of Delphinium denudatum) was administered p.o. in different regimen: a) single dose (700 mg/kg) 10 h before the first dose of morphine, b) single dose (700 mg/kg) 10 h after the last dose of morphine, c) multiple doses (350 mg/kg) along with morphine twice a day for 7 days. RESULT: Administration of Delphinium denudatum extract caused significant reduction in the frequency of counted signs as well as the presence of checked signs of morphine withdrawal. The maximum reduction was observed in regimen 'b' followed by regimen 'c' and 'a'. CONCLUSION: Delphinium denudatum Wall. significantly reduces the aggregate scores for all parameters in morphine withdrawal syndrome by central action and thus may prove to be an alternative remedy in morphine de-addiction

    Early outcomes from a randomized, controlled trial of supervised exercise, angioplasty, and combined therapy in intermittent claudication

    BACKGROUND: To compare angioplasty (PTA), supervised exercise (SEP) and PTA + SEP in the treatment of intermittent claudication (IC) due to femoropopliteal disease. METHODS: Over a 6-year period, 178 patients (108 men; median age, 70 years) with femoropopliteal lesions suitable for angioplasty were randomized to PTA, SEP, or PTA + SEP. Patients were assessed prior to and at 1 and 3 months post treatment. ISCVS outcome criteria (ankle pressures, treadmill walking distances) and quality of life (QoL) questionnaires (SF-36 and VascuQoL) were analyzed. RESULTS: All groups were well matched at baseline. Twenty-one patients withdrew. Results are as follows: Intragroup analysis: All groups demonstrated significant clinical and QoL improvements (Friedman test, p 0.05). CONCLUSION: SEP should be the primary treatment for the patients with claudication and PTA should be supplemented by an SEP

    Pan-Cancer Analysis of lncRNA Regulation Supports Their Targeting of Cancer Genes in Each Tumor Context

    Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are commonly dys-regulated in tumors, but only a handful are known toplay pathophysiological roles in cancer. We inferredlncRNAs that dysregulate cancer pathways, onco-genes, and tumor suppressors (cancer genes) bymodeling their effects on the activity of transcriptionfactors, RNA-binding proteins, and microRNAs in5,185 TCGA tumors and 1,019 ENCODE assays.Our predictions included hundreds of candidateonco- and tumor-suppressor lncRNAs (cancerlncRNAs) whose somatic alterations account for thedysregulation of dozens of cancer genes and path-ways in each of 14 tumor contexts. To demonstrateproof of concept, we showed that perturbations tar-geting OIP5-AS1 (an inferred tumor suppressor) andTUG1 and WT1-AS (inferred onco-lncRNAs) dysre-gulated cancer genes and altered proliferation ofbreast and gynecologic cancer cells. Our analysis in-dicates that, although most lncRNAs are dysregu-lated in a tumor-specific manner, some, includingOIP5-AS1, TUG1, NEAT1, MEG3, and TSIX, synergis-tically dysregulate cancer pathways in multiple tumorcontexts

    Fracture fixation in the operative management of hip fractures (FAITH): an international, multicentre, randomised controlled trial

    © 2017 Elsevier Ltd Background Reoperation rates are high after surgery for hip fractures. We investigated the effect of a sliding hip screw versus cancellous screws on the risk of reoperation and other key outcomes. Methods For this international, multicentre, allocation concealed randomised controlled trial, we enrolled patients aged 50 years or older with a low-energy hip fracture requiring fracture fixation from 81 clinical centres in eight countries. Patients were assigned by minimisation with a centralised computer system to receive a single large-diameter screw with a side-plate (sliding hip screw) or the present standard of care, multiple small-diameter cancellous screws. Surgeons and patients were not blinded but the data analyst, while doing the analyses, remained blinded to treatment groups. The primary outcome was hip reoperation within 24 months after initial surgery to promote fracture healing, relieve pain, treat infection, or improve function. Analyses followed the intention-to-treat principle. This study was registered with ClinicalTrials.gov, number NCT00761813. Findings Between March 3, 2008, and March 31, 2014, we randomly assigned 1108 patients to receive a sliding hip screw (n=557) or cancellous screws (n=551). Reoperations within 24 months did not differ by type of surgical fixation in those included in the primary analysis: 107 (20%) of 542 patients in the sliding hip screw group versus 117 (22%) of 537 patients in the cancellous screws group (hazard ratio [HR] 0·83, 95% CI 0·63–1·09; p=0·18). Avascular necrosis was more common in the sliding hip screw group than in the cancellous screws group (50 patients [9%] vs 28 patients [5%]; HR 1·91, 1·06–3·44; p=0·0319). However, no significant difference was found between the number of medically related adverse events between groups (p=0·82; appendix); these events included pulmonary embolism (two patients [\u3c1%] vs four [1%] patients; p=0·41) and sepsis (seven [1%] vs six [1%]; p=0·79). Interpretation In terms of reoperation rates the sliding hip screw shows no advantage, but some groups of patients (smokers and those with displaced or base of neck fractures) might do better with a sliding hip screw than with cancellous screws.     Pan-cancer Alterations of the MYC Oncogene and Its Proximal Network across the Cancer Genome Atlas

    Although theMYConcogene has been implicated incancer, a systematic assessment of alterations ofMYC, related transcription factors, and co-regulatoryproteins, forming the proximal MYC network (PMN),across human cancers is lacking. Using computa-tional approaches, we define genomic and proteo-mic features associated with MYC and the PMNacross the 33 cancers of The Cancer Genome Atlas.Pan-cancer, 28% of all samples had at least one ofthe MYC paralogs amplified. In contrast, the MYCantagonists MGA and MNT were the most frequentlymutated or deleted members, proposing a roleas tumor suppressors.MYCalterations were mutu-ally exclusive withPIK3CA,PTEN,APC,orBRAFalterations, suggesting that MYC is a distinct onco-genic driver. Expression analysis revealed MYC-associated pathways in tumor subtypes, such asimmune response and growth factor signaling; chro-matin, translation, and DNA replication/repair wereconserved pan-cancer.     Spatial Organization and Molecular Correlation of Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocytes Using Deep Learning on Pathology Images

    Beyond sample curation and basic pathologic characterization, the digitized H&E-stained images of TCGA samples remain underutilized. To highlight this resource, we present mappings of tumorinfiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) based on H&E images from 13 TCGA tumor types. These TIL maps are derived through computational staining using a convolutional neural network trained to classify patches of images. Affinity propagation revealed local spatial structure in TIL patterns and correlation with overall survival. TIL map structural patterns were grouped using standard histopathological parameters. These patterns are enriched in particular T cell subpopulations derived from molecular measures. TIL densities and spatial structure were differentially enriched among tumor types, immune subtypes, and tumor molecular subtypes, implying that spatial infiltrate state could reflect particular tumor cell aberration states. Obtaining spatial lymphocytic patterns linked to the rich genomic characterization of TCGA samples demonstrates one use for the TCGA image archives with insights into the tumor-immune microenvironment
