    Pengendalian intern adalah kebijakan dan prosedur yang diterapkan untuk memperoleh keyakinan bahwa tujuan suatu usaha akan tercapai. Adapun tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengendalia intern pada UED-SP Dharma Bakti Desa Gabung Makmur Kecamatan Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara langsung dengan pihak UED-SP Dharma Bakti Desa Gabung Makmur Kecamatan Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak. Dokumentasi yaitu pengumpulan data-data yang terdapat di UED-SP Dharma Bakti Desa Gabung Makmur Kecamatan Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak mengenai pemberian kredit. Dan dalam menganalisis data penulis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan maka dapat diketahui bahwa masih banyak nasabah/pemanfaat UED-SP Dharma Bakti Desa Gabung Makmur Kecamatan Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak tidak tepat waktu dalam pengembalian pinjaman pokok maupun bunga. Faktor- faktor lain yang ditemukan adalah: tanggung jawab fungsional secara tegas belum diterapkan, prosedur pencatatan dan dokumen memadai belum berjalan sesuai prosedur. Dari analisis yang telah dikemukakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa sisitem pengendalian intern atas pemberian kredit UED-SP Dharma Bakti Desa Gabung Makmur Kecamatan Kerinci Kanan Kabupaten Siak belum diterapkan secara efektif

    Persuasive and adaptive tutorial dialogues for a medical diagnosis tutoring system

    The objective of this thesis is to address a key problem in the development of an intelligent tutoring system, that is, the implementation of the verbal exchange (a dialogue) that takes place between a student and the system. Here we consider TeachMed, a medical diagnosis tutoring system that teaches the students to diagnose clinical problems. However, approaches that are presented could also fit other tutoring systems. In such a system, a dialogue must be implemented that determines when and how pedagogic aid is provided to the student, that is, what to say to her, in what circumstances, and how to say it. Finite state machines and automated planning systems are so far the two most common approaches for implementing tutoring dialogues in intelligent tutoring systems. In the former approach, finite state machines of dialogues are manually designed and hard coded in intelligent tutoring systems. This is a straightforward but very time consuming approach. Furthermore, any change or extension to the hard coded finite state machines is very difficult as it requires reprogramming the system. On the other hand, automated planning has long been presented as a promising technique for automatic dialogue generating. However, in existing approaches, the requirement for the system to persuade the student is not formally acknowledged. Moreover, current dialogue planning approaches are not able to reason on uncertainties about the student's knowledge. This thesis presents two approaches for generating more effective tutorial dialogues.The first approach describes an argumentation framework for implementing persuasive tutoring dialogues. In this approach the entire interaction between the student and the tutoring system is seen as argumentation.The tutoring system and the student can settle conflicts arising during their argumentation by accepting, challenging, or questioning each other's arguments or withdrawing their own arguments. Pedagogic strategies guide the tutoring system by selecting arguments aimed at convincing the student.The second approach presents a non-deterministic planning technique which models the dialogue generation problem as one of planning with incomplete knowledge and sensing. This approach takes into account incomplete information about a particular fact of the student's knowledge by creating conditional branches in a dialogue plan such that each branch represents an adaptation of the dialogue plan with respect to a particular state of the student's knowledge or belief concerning the desired fact. In order to find out the real state of the student's knowledge and to choose the right branch at execution time, the planner includes some queries in the dialogue plan so that the tutoring system can ask the student to gather missing information. One contribution in this thesis is improving the quality of tutoring dialogues by engaging students in argumentative interactions and/or adapting the dialogues with respect to the student's knowledge. Another one is facilitating the design and implementation of tutoring by turning to automatically generated dialogues as opposed to manually generated ones

    This study aims to examine the influence of Corporate Governance Characteristic consisting of Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee, Institutional ownership, and management ownership on the Effective Tax Rate (ETR). This study is an empirical research with the purpose of sampling techniques in data collection. Secondary data obtained from financial statement bank enterprises listing on the Stock Exchange during the year 2011 to the year 2013. Multiple regression analysis was conducted using SPSS version 17.00 for windows. The result of this study that the variables that affect the effective tax rate is independent commissioner, audit committee, and ownership of manajerial. Pengembangan Pariwisata Kota Surakarta dilaksanakan oleh Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata, dimana salah satu strateginya yaitu Optimalisasi Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia Bidang Pariwisata. Kinerja yang baik sangat penting untuk pengelolaan/pengembangan obyek dan daya tarik wisata serta pengembangan sumberdaya manusia bidang pariwisata agar diperoleh hasil kerja yang optimal. Tujuan dari peneilitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pelaksanaan Strategi Optimalisasi Kinerja Sumberdaya Manusia Bidang Pariwisata di Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Surakarta serta faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan strategi tersebut. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan telaah dokumen sedangkan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik pupossive sampling. Untuk menganalisis data digunakan teknik analisis data interaktif sedangkan untuk menguji validitas data digunakan triangulasi data. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, Strategi Optimalisasi Kinerja Sumberdaya Manusia dilaksanakan dalam bentuk Program peningkatan kuantitas dan kualitas sumber daya manusia pariwisata melalui jalur formal dan nonformal, peningkatan peran dan partisipasi Pokdarwis (Kelompok Sadar Wisata) dalam pembangunan pariwisata, pengembangan standarisasi sistem dan prosedur pelayanan perizinan, peningkatan peran serta sumber daya manusia sektor pariwisata dalam upaya mengoptimalkan event-event seni budaya. Realisasi tersebut dijabarkan dalam kegiatan meliputi pendidikan dan pelatihan, penyuluhan, berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan kepariwisataan baik yang bertaraf nasional maupun internasional, serta penetapan standard ijin usaha jasa pariwisata. Pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut sudah baik dalam hal partisipasi sumber daya manusia bidang pariwisata, namun masih menghadapi beberapa hambatan seperti pengelolaan obyek dan daya tarik wisata belum profesional, pemanfaatan jaringan informasi dan promosi pariwisata belum optimal dan lain-lain, meskipun demikian implementasi strategi tersebut tetap memiliki faktor pendukung misalnya adanya partisipasi dari masyarakat sekitar serta dukungan dari instansi terkait

    This study was conducted to investigate the effects of feed supplementation with rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) powder (RP) on the performance, carcass traits, blood variables, antibody responses, and gut microbiota of quails. 270 one-day-old male Japanese quails were allotted to 6 dietary treatments with 3 replications (15 birds per pen). The diets contained RP at levels of 0 g/kg of feed (CON), 5 g/kg of feed (T05), 10 g/kg of feed (T10), 15 g/kg of feed (T15), 20 g/kg of feed (T20) or 25 g/kg of feed (T25). The trial lasted 42 days. Body weight and feed intake were measured weekly by pen, and the feed conversion ratio (FCR) was calculated. Blood samples were collected for assessing the humoral immune response to Newcastle vaccination at the 29th and 42nd days of age. Analysis of caecal microflora was performed on one quail per replication on the 14th and 42nd days of age. At slaughter, the carcasses and the organs were weighed, and blood constituent analyses were performed. Quails fed with RP had higher weight gain (P0.05) or the caecal microbiota of the quails (P>0.05). RP increased the antibody titre against vaccinations on the 29th day of age (P 0,05) ni na crijevnu mikrofloru prepelica (P > 0,05). Prah ružmarina povećao je titar protutijela na cjepivo 29. dan (P < 0,05) i smanjio omjer LDL-a i HDL-a u plazmi (P < 0,05). Dodatak praha ružmarina do 25 g/kg po obroku poboljšao je svojstva i imunost prepelica a da nije negativno utjecao na njihovu crijevnu mikrofloru

    Electronic Lesson Application Compatible with the Learning Styles of Students With Memetic Pattern

    Designing an educational system is costly and a time consuming task, hence, providing electronic learning modules according to the characteristics of each learner in order to reduce the learning time and increase productivity of education is very important. The purpose of this study is to provide an electronic module according to the learning characteristics of each student, using some of the e-Learning standards, learning theories , memetic algorithm and also assess the learning outcomes of this approach. At the stage of subject preparation to teach each concept, a set of maximum possible learning activities is provided with different materials such as slides, lectures, etc. The compatibility between the activities and characteristics of student who want to learn is produced based on the theory of Folder on learning styles and Bloom's theory for knowledge classification. Student learning styles are  designed  based on a questionnaire using Folder approach and testing of his/her  knowledge is extracted based on Bloom's theory and learning path which is include the proper ordering of learning activities is produced based on memetic algorithm. The populations of this study were 40 girls of third-year computer science class of  high school in Zahedan. They were selected randomly.  They have been subdivided into two groups of 20 randomly. The proposed system is trained with 20 people and 20 people have traditionally learned their lesson. Comparison between the proposed approach and traditional method in term of quality of education were  performed. The results indicate that the proposed method has good quality
