A learning process in the form of electronics employing online learning and merging discovery learning learning models is known as a discovery learning-based content learning system. This study sought to determine the efficacy of a content learning method based on discovery learning for class X SMK students studying periodic systems and atomic structure material. This study employs the ADDIE development model, which is only applicable to the implementation stage and whose efficacy is being evaluated on a limited scale. Higher-order thinking abilities and student learning outcomes are impacted by the findings of measuring the efficacy of the discovery learning-based content learning system, as shown by an increase in the average score from the pretest to the posttest. The results of the t-test showed sig (2-tailed) 0.05, indicating that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes and HOTS of students who use and don't use a content learning system based on discovery learning. This implies that content learning systems based on discovery learning on content related to atomic structure and the periodic system of elements are effectively designed to enhance student learning outcomes and higher-order thinking skills

Docking is a method to predict the strength of the interaction between the receptor and the ligand based on the binding affinity value. The docking carried out in this study is a specific docking with a grid box imitating the bond between AR and inhibitor control drugs. This study aimed to investigate stigmasterol from beluntas leaves potential molecularly as antifertility in men. This type of research is descriptive and exploratory. The research was carried out from November to December 2019. The research was carried out with the help of Indonesia's Bioinformatics and Biomolecular Analysis Organization (INBIO). Method of analysis with 3 steps: (1) Looking for a collection of metabolites and pass online, (2) molecular docking and MD simulation, and (3) drug-likeness and toxicity. Determination of compound potency based on binding affinity value. The more negative the binding affinity, the stronger the interaction between the receptor and the ligand. The results showed that it was predicted that stigmasterol could attach to the same active site (of Methyltrienolone) as the control to affect AR. Stigmasterol has a binding affinity value close to that of the inhibitor control, which is -5.4 kcal/mol, while the inhibitory control has a binding affinity value of -4.6 kcal/mol. The ideal value for control is -7 kcal/mol. The results of the MD Simulation analysis found that the AR-Stigmasterol complex was more stable than the AR-Cyproterone acetate complex due to its lower RMSD and RMSF values. The finding of this study confirmed that stigmasterol from beluntas leaves has the potential as an antifertility for men

Thymol is the active ingredient in plants from Thymus vulgaris (thymus). The calculations and molecular docking have been done computationally for the thymol and o-benzoyl thymol. This computational calculation aims to obtain a stable structure and electronic properties of thymol and o-benzoyl thymol. The computational analysis used DFT for geometry optimization in the gas phase using B3LYP functional and 3-211G(d) as the basis set. The optimized structure of thymol and o-benzoyl thymol is not planar. The functional benzoyl decreases the bond length, increases the bond angle, and turns the dihedral. The electronic properties, such as atomic charge and density of HOMO-LUMO, show the difference between the two molecules. The optimized structure of thymol and o-benzoyl thymol is used for molecular docking with the TYK2 enzyme (tyrosine kinase). In this research, thymol and o-benzoyl thymol can inhibit TYK2 enzyme with the bond affinity is about -5.909 kcal/mol and -7.456 kcal/mol, respectively, for thymol o-benzoyl thymol. The primary molecular interaction is hydrophobic
