    Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui keunggulan bersaing. Keunggulan bersaing adalah aktivitas memproduksi, memasarkan, dan menyerahkan produk. Orientasi pasar diharapkan mempunyai komitmen untuk terus berkreasi dalam menciptakan nilai unggul bagi konsumen, sehingga orientasi pasar berperan penting bagi UMKM usaha kuliner sebagai suatu proses dan aktivitas yang berhubungan dengan penciptaan dan pemuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei. Populasi penelitian adalah UMKM kuliner yang ada di pusat jajanan Kota Solo. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik sampling dengan metode purposive sampling, yaitu UMKM yang ada di Galabo, Jagalan dan Manahan. Sampel ditentukan sebanyak 67 responden. Pengujian validitas menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), dan Cronbach’s Alpha untuk pengujian reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Orientasi pasar efektif untuk mendapatkan dan mempertahankan keunggulan bersaing dimulai dari perencanaan dan koordinasi dengan semua bagian untuk memuaskan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen, sehingga orientasi pasar akan meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran bagi UMKM

    Tengkleng merupakan salah satu makanan khas dari Solo yang banyak diminati oleh wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Kota Solo. Selain cita rasa dari tengkleng, pemilik usaha warung makan tengkleng perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Selain budaya yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, faktor sosial dan pribadi juga dapat mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor budaya, sosial, dan pribadi terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen tengkleng di wilayah Kadipiro Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen tengkleng, sampel sebanyak 100 responden dari konsumen 2 warung makan tengkleng di Kadipiro Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, data diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor budaya, sosial dan pribadi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, sedangkan faktor budaya berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen tengkleng di Kadipiro Surakarta

    Ethics plays an important role in a business. The existence of ethics is expected to be a barometer measuring moral values, especially policies resulting in business. The policy is expected not to harm the public who serve as the spearheading of a business. This paper aims to examine the reasons why business ethics must be done by a business enterprise. Descriptively this paper explains that it is necessary for a business enterprise to apply business ethics as a tool or weapon to compete with its competitors.     The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics on student's entrepreneurship intentions 2) the effect of entrepreneurship motivation on student's entrepreneurship intention, and 3) the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics on student's entrepreneurship intenton with on the entrepreneurship motivation as a moderating variable. This study is a survey. The study population were students of the Faculty of Economics Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta in years 2012 and 2013. The research sample 59 used purposive sampling then used proportional cluster random sampling technique. The technique of collecting data used interviews, questionnaires and observations. Data were analyzed using the research instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F, coefficient determination and test the absolute difference. The results showed that entrepreneurial characteristics has significant effect on student's entrepreneurship intention. Entrepreneurship motivation has significant effect in studentsinfluence the entrepreneurship intention. Entrepreneurship motivation does not moderate effect of on entrepreneurial characteristics on student's entrepreneurshipintention

    Intention to Participate in Presidential Elections in Indonesia: The Effects of Religiosity and Peer Reference

    This study aims to determine the voting intention in the presidential election in Indonesia. The two variables studied are religiosity and group reference. Data were collected using a questionnaire asking about voting intention, religiosity, and group reference. After being tested for validity and reliability, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Partial test results found that only religiosity had a positive and significant effect on voting intention while group reference had a non-significant positive impact. Simultaneously, these two variables influenced voting intention although the contribution is small, and hence, it is necessary to examine other variables that influence voting intention

    PKM MEMBANGUN USAHA YANG BERKELANJUTAN UKM RAMBAK DI KECAMATAN BAKI – SUKOHARJO

    In Sukoharjo and Klaten areas there are many business, including UKM KTN and UKM Sobi who have been running the business for a long time. UKM KTN produces rambak which is ready for consumption, while UKM Sobi produces raw rambak. The sales turnover of UKM KTN rambak per day is able to fry 1 quintal per day of raw rambak with a net income of 1.5 million. UKM KTN is chaired by Mr. Kartono and assisted by 12 employees. The SME production location is in Tempel, Siwal, Baki, Sukoharjo. The potential for rambak production supports the development of independent villages. But there are problems in developing competitive rambak entrepreneurship, including: simple management, the production process has not used good food processing and simple marketing. Through the implementation of the Community Partnership Program (PKM), several activities were carried out, namely management training, the application of appropriate production technology, adequate packaging, and improving marketing activities. It is hoped that this PKM activity can improve the competitiveness of rambak products, so that the goal of building economic independence through rambak entrepreneurship in the Baki Sukoharjo can be realized.Keywords: rambak, production, entrepreneurship, UK

    PENGARUH ORIENTASI PASAR, INOVASI PRODUK DAN INKLUSI KEUANGAN TERHADAP KINERJA UKM

    This study aims to analyze the effect of market orientation, product innovation and financial inclusion on the performance of SMEs. This research is a survey research. The population of this research is striated weaving UKM in Mlese Village, Cawas, Klaten. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used the accidental sampling method, namely the striated weaving UKM in Mlese Village, Cawas, Klaten. The sample is 114 respondents. The validity test uses the Pearson correlation product moment, and Cronbach's Alpha for reliability testing. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results show that market orientation has a significant effect on the performance of SMEs, product innovation has a significant effect on the performance of SMEs, and financial inclusion has a significant effect on the performance of SMEs.     Relationship Management of Cafe Customers around Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta - Indonesia

    Objective - This aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dimensions on customer satisfaction and loyalty for cafés around Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta. Methodology/Technique - Convenience sampling method was used to collect the primary data. 140 respondents participated in this research and the data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling with AMOS software. Validity testing is conducted using CFA with a factor loading of > 0.05, whilst the reliability testing is conducted using a Cronbach alpha of > 0.07. Findings - The results of the hypothesis testing show that the influence of CRM on customer satisfaction is positive and significant with a CR value of 2.133 and a p-value of 0.033. In addition, CRM is also found to have an effect on customer loyalty with a CR value of 2.160 and a p-value of 0.031. The findings also demonstrate that the effect of customer satisfaction on loyalty is positive and significant with a CR value of 2.248 and a p-value of 0.025. The final conclusion in this study shows that CRM affects customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, with a value of 0.295. Novelty - this research departs from previous research and in its application to the restaurant industry, which has not been done before. Type of Paper: Empirical.     ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA TEH MAWAR PADA UKM DI DESA CLUTANG - BOYOLALI

    Putri Mawar group is one of the UKM that has produced rose tea in Clutang-Boyolali. The group has succeeded in optimizing the yard by planting roses and being able to innovate making rose tea. However, in business activities there are still problems in governance and financial management, because these businesses are managed in a family manner starting from the production process, governance and marketing are done traditionally. Therefore, a business feasibility analysis is needed to identify the feasibility of rose tea production business activities and analyze the level of profit based on Return on Investment. Based on the results of the business feasibility analysis, it is known that the R/C ratio is 1.735 and B/C ratio is 0.7353. This shows that the rose tea production business is feasible because there are benefits, so to increase profits it is necessary to improve the production and management processes in entrepreneurship.Keywords: rose tea, business feasibility analysis, Boyolal
