    RESUMEN El estudio estableció como objetivo principal; Determinar la relación entre los instrumentos de gestión educativa y el desempeño docente de la Institución Educativa Sagrado Corazón de Jesús – Jaén, 2021, se desarrolló un estudio de tipo aplicado, con un diseño no experimental y de nivel descriptivo correlacional, la muestra estudiada fue de 60 docentes que laboran en la Institución Educativa Sagrado Corazón de Jesús de Jaén, para obtener datos precisos se hizo uso de la técnica de la encuesta y del instrumento cuestionario, como principal resultado; se logró demostrar que el reglamento interno tiene una correlación directa (+), muy alta y significativa con el desempeño docente, al obtenerse una correlación de Pearson mayor a 0.6 y significancia bilateral en el nivel 0,01. Se concluye que: Existe una relación directa y significativa entre los instrumentos de gestión educativa y el desempeño docente de la Institución Educativa Sagrado Corazón de Jesús – Jaén, 2021. Ya que estadísticamente, el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson es mayor a 0.6. y la significancia bilateral es de 0,01 menor que 0.05

    In Colombia, a significant number of children in rural areas have access to knowledge through the “New School” educational model. A model that was born in the country as a pedagogical strategy in order to improve the efficiency and quality of schools located in low-income areas, which was later elevated to educational public policy.  It served as a source of consultation for the creation of the general education law (law 115 of 1994) and the guidelines for the construction of education policies and processes in other countries worldwide. In the words of her coverage, Dr. Vicky Colbert, the foundation still has requests to know the methodology with the possibility of taking it to other countries. But, this educational model also owes its principles to the journey that took place in the world of the so-called “new school”. It was developed in different countries and with different authors, who opted for the renewal of the way in which education was advanced from a traditional. In this way, the teacher was the center of the process and the new proposals gave greater interest and prominence to the students, who would gain a sense of self-learning in a universe of active learning and the relationship with the environment and other elements available to facilitate the principles cognitive and metacognitive that occur in humans.En Colombia, un número significativo de niños de las zonas rurales acceden al conocimiento a través del modelo educativo Escuela Nueva modelo que nació en el país como una estrategia pedagógica con el fin de mejorar la eficiencia y calidad de las escuelas situadas en zonas de escasos recursos, que luego fue elevada a política pública educativa, sirvió como fuente de consulta para la creación de la ley general de educación (ley 115 de 1994) y las pautas para la construcción de políticas y procesos de educación en otros países a nivel mundial, incluso en palabras de su coatura la doctora Vicky Colbert aún continúan recibiendo solicitudes para conocer la metodología con la posibilidad de llevarla a otros países; pero este modelo educativo debe sus principios también al recorrido que se dio en el mundo de la llamada escuela nueva que se desarrolló en diferentes países y con diferentes autores que apostaron por la renovación de la forma como se venía adelantando la educación desde un sentido tradicional en la que el docente era el centro del proceso y las nuevas propuestas daban mayor interés y protagonismo a los estudiantes, quienes cobrarían un sentido de auto aprendices en un universo de aprendizaje activo y de la relación con el medio y otros elementos dispuestos para facilitar los principios cognitivos y meta cognitivos que se dan en el ser humano.      &nbsp

Primeiro, discutiremos o seu papel de liderança no Grupo de Trabalho André Rebouças - GTAR, organizado entre a década de 1970 e 1980. Em seguida, debateremos a influência dessa antropóloga e do GTAR na fundamentação de pedagogias no coletivo negro Marlene Cunha do Museu Nacional, criado no ano de 2017.     Differential expression of circulating miRNAs as a novel tool to assess BAG3-associated familial dilated cardiomyopathy.

    A new familial dilated cardiomyopathy (FDCM) was found related to mutations in BAG3 gene. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) represent new targets of FDCM, although no studies have assessed clinical association between Bcl2-associated athanogene 3 (BAG3)-related DCM and miRNAs. Here, we studied whether a clinical association between BAG3-related FDCM and circulating miRNAs may have diagnostic and prognostic value in a small cohort of familial related individuals carrying a BAG3 mutation (BAG3+) and/or diagnosed of dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) (DCM+). The analysis of 1759 circulating miRNAs showed significant differences between BAG3+ and BAG3- individuals for miRNAs mir-3191-3p, 6769b-3p, 1249-ep, 154-5p, 6855-5p, and 182-5p, while comparisons between BAG3+/DCM+ versus BAG3+/DCM- were restricted to miRNAs mir-154-5p, 6885-5p, and 182-5p, showing significant correlation with systolic and diastolic blood pressure, A wave, left atrium length, and left atrium area. Additionally, when stratified by gender and age, miRNAs were statistically correlated with critical parameters, including left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF) and ventricular diameter, in women and young men. Likewise, 56% of BAG3+/DCM+, significantly co-expressed mir-154-5p and mir-182-5p, and a slight 4% did not express such combination, suggesting that co-expression of mir-154-5p and mir-182-5p may potentially show diagnostic value.     Ectopic PDX-1 Expression Directly Reprograms Human Keratinocytes along Pancreatic Insulin-Producing Cells Fate

    BACKGROUND: Cellular differentiation and lineage commitment have previously been considered irreversible processes. However, recent studies have indicated that differentiated adult cells can be reprogrammed to pluripotency and, in some cases, directly into alternate committed lineages. However, although pluripotent cells can be induced in numerous somatic cell sources, it was thought that inducing alternate committed lineages is primarily only possible in cells of developmentally related tissues. Here, we challenge this view and analyze whether direct adult cell reprogramming to alternate committed lineages can cross the boundaries of distinct developmental germ layers. METHODOLOGY/PRINCIPAL FINDINGS: We ectopically expressed non-integrating pancreatic differentiation factors in ectoderm-derived human keratinocytes to determine whether these factors could directly induce endoderm-derived pancreatic lineage and β-cell-like function. We found that PDX-1 and to a lesser extent other pancreatic transcription factors, could rapidly and specifically activate pancreatic lineage and β-cell-like functional characteristics in ectoderm-derived human keratinocytes. Human keratinocytes transdifferentiated along the β cell lineage produced processed and secreted insulin in response to elevated glucose concentrations. Using irreversible lineage tracing for KRT-5 promoter activity, we present supporting evidence that insulin-positive cells induced by ectopic PDX-1 expression are generated in ectoderm derived keratinocytes. CONCLUSIONS/SIGNIFICANCE: These findings constitute the first demonstration of human ectoderm cells to endoderm derived pancreatic cells transdifferentiation. The study represents a proof of concept which suggests that transcription factors induced reprogramming is wider and more general developmental process than initially considered. These results expanded the arsenal of adult cells that can be used as a cell source for generating functional endocrine pancreatic cells. Directly reprogramming somatic cells into alternate desired tissues has important implications in developing patient-specific, regenerative medicine approaches

Propõe-se uma nova metodologia de medição, aplicável em condições de campo, para determinação da dependência da frequência da resistividade e da permissividade do solo na faixa de 100 Hz até 4 MHz, espectro de interesse na análise de transitórios associados às descargas atmosféricas. Essa metodologia é validada e demonstra-se experimentalmente a relevância do efeito da dependência da frequência no comportamento impulsivo de aterramentos elétricos. A partir daaplicação sistemática da metodologia de medição a mais de 60 solos em condições naturais, caracteriza-se de forma geral a dependência da frequência dos parâmetros elétricos do solo. Mostra-se que a resistividade diminui com o aumento da frequência e que tal diminuição é mais pronunciada para solos de maior resistividade em baixa frequência. Também, mostra-se que a permissividade diminui com o aumento da frequência e possui, na maior parte do espectro, valores mais elevados do que aqueles usualmente adotados na literatura. Com base nos resultados experimentais e nas tendências observadas, são desenvolvidas fórmulas para estimativa aproximada da dependência da frequência dos parâmetros do solo, em função da resistividade em baixa frequência. Utilizando-se essas fórmulas, analisa-se o efeito dadependência da frequência dos parâmetros do solo no comportamento transitório de aterramentos elétricos por meio de simulações computacionais. Mostra-se que o fenômeno da dependência da frequência dos parâmetros do solo é responsável pela redução dos níveis de elevação de potencial no aterramento, da impedância impulsiva e do coeficiente de impulso e, também, que tais reduções são mais significativas para solos de maior resistividade e para correntes de descargas subsequentes. Ainda, propõe-se um modelo físico original para caracterização da dependência da frequência dos parâmetros do solo, baseado nas relações de Kramers-Kronig e nas Equações de Maxwell.This PhD dissertation is dedicated to the study of the frequency dependence of soil electrical parameters and to the analysis of the impact of such phenomenon on the grounding response to transients, namely those associated with lightning. A new methodology to determine the frequency dependence of soil parameters based on measurements in field conditions is proposed. The methodology is able to determine the frequency dependence of soil parameters in 100 Hz to 4 MHz range, which corresponds to the typical range of lightning current frequency components. The results provided by the developed methodology are validated and the relevance of the frequency dependence of soil parameters on the impulse grounding behavior is experimentally proved. The methodology is systematically applied to more than 60 soils in natural conditions in order to generally characterize the frequency dependence of soil parameters. It is shown that the soil resistivity decreases with increasing frequency and that such decrease is more significant for soils of higher low-frequency resistivity. It is shown that the permittivity decreases with increasing frequency and that it presents, in most part of spectrum, values that are much higher than those usually assumed in literature. Based on the experimental results, formulas to estimate the frequency dependence of soil parameters are developed. Using these formulas, the impact of the frequency dependence of soil on the transient response of grounding is assessed by means of computational simulations. It is shown that the frequency dependence of soil is responsible for decreasing the grounding potential rise of electrodes and, thus, their impulse impedance and their impulse coefficient. This effect is more pronounced with increasing low-frequency soil resistivity and for typical currents of subsequent strokes. Furthermore, an original physical model to characterize the frequency dependence of soil parameters, based on Kramers-Kronig relationships and Maxwell equations, is proposed
