The aim of this study is to assess the level of sports men and women swimming freestyle and butterfly at the European Championships in London in 2016. The study used the results of the European Championship, which took place in London in 2016. The event was played on a large 50-meter pool. Used materials from www.len.eu.The most balanced level of women presented at the 200 meters dolphin. The distance of 100 meters in men is more even temporarily, where women come see a big difference over time

The article analyzes the nature and the content of the term “methodology”, and concludes that so far tere  is no clear approach to the notion definition. Much attention is paid to determine the relationship between methodology and science, and to reveal dialectical aspects of this relationship. The author studies the main factors of methodology influence on improving teaching reality and pedagogical activity, and defines the role of methodology in forming the content of pedagogical education. It is proved that the improvement of the educational process and study of its main components depends on methodological culture of a teacher.</p

Some communities have valued and still value contact with nature and an active lifestyle in its bosom than others. It is worth using the experience of such societies. Norway is definitely a country where such activity has been and is being cultivated in a very effective and common way. The aim of the study was to determine selected aspects of physical activity of students aged 11-13 from Poland and Norway

Neoplastic lesions of the cervical spinal cord, are much less frequently than intracranial tumors.Aim of this study was to present the most important nursing problems, which can meet with the nurse taking care of the quadriplegicpatient with paralysis. Presented case study patient treated surgically for tumors of the cervical spinal cord.Patient care discussed completely immobilized, only passing a care nursing staff. In the process of care should pay particular attention to:the prevention of cardiovascular and respiratory disorders, prevention of decubitus changes, preventing inflammation of the bladder and preventpulmonary embolism. It is very important to include early physical rehabilitation and psychological care of patients and their families.Neoplastic lesions of the cervical spinal cord, are much less frequently than intracranial tumors.Aim of this study was to present the most important nursing problems, which can meet with the nurse taking care of the quadriplegicpatient with paralysis. Physiological basis of human longevity: the concept of a cascade of human aging mechanism

    Get PDF
The research is devoted to the fundamental issue of medicine and biology - the study of factors limiting the life span of a person. As a model, the system of adaptation of the human body to the forces of natural gravity is chosen, the disadaptation to which manifests itself in falls and everyday injuries. The object of the study was the selection of severe fractures of bone tissue due to fall, taken in the age aspect. Statistical and meta-analytical research methods were used. It is shown that the age-related increase in mortality due to household falls, coming to severe bone fractures, is non-linear and increases in geometric progression. As a result of the coincidence of the age characteristics of bone fragility and age-related kidney function, an assumption is made about the role of involution of the renal tissue in the development of osteoporosis in the elderly and the need for a new approach to the prevention of osteoporosis and domestic injuries

AbstractEndurance performance can be investigated by different methods. At the direction of physical education Universities Casimir the Great been investigated by cross-country skiing and swimming Cooper test. To study the gym and the swimming pool has acceded and graduated 59 students. The analysis of the results from the division of the results for men and women with honors students engaged actively chosen sport. The result of work is the finding that students have screened the vast majority of very good and good strength. There were no students to actively cultivating selected sports disciplines distinguished by a higher resistance. Keywords: swimming, pool Test, Test Cooper endurance

Evaluation of physical development of Ukrainian city pupils in dynamics of 35 years monitoring period (1974 – 2009 years)

Purpose: comparative analysis of physical development parameters of Ukrainian city pupils in dynamics of 35 years monitoring period, determination of level and harmony of physical development of modern pupils. Participants: it was examined 2453 city children and teenagers of 6-17 year old (1224 boys and 1229 girls). Comparison was carried out with results of 1974 year. The analysis of physical development was carried out according to the official tables containing regression scales of the body length. Results: it is observed reliable (p<0,01) and highly reliable (p<0,001) body length augmentation in comparison with equals in age in 1970th in all age and gender groups of pupils (except 8 year old children). Since 11 year old, modern children were authentically taller (р<0,001) than equals in age in 1974. Comparison of body weight of boys determined that from 11 up to 13 year old modern pupils reliably exceed equals in age in 1970th. It is determined similar differences in 12-13 year old girls. It is observed reliable augmentation of chest circumference in 12-14 year old girls and also in 11-12 and 15-17 year old boys in comparison with equals in age in 1974 year. There are no gender differences in distribution of children by the level of physical development. Conclusions: it is determined the following consistent patterns and features of physical development of Ukrainian city pupils during 1970th – 2000th years: no more than 57-59% of pupils have average and harmonious physical development; every 6th boy and every 5th girl have overweight; it is observed high-quality and quantitative reliable deterioration in physical development and morphofunctional state in children of both genders during study at school. It is most expressed in boys; from 1st up to the 4th form pupils with disharmonious development becomes in 2,5 times more weighty (about 12%), and up to 9th form – in 7 times (about 20% respectively)

CHARACTERISTICS OF BODY POSTURE IN THE SAGITTAL PLANE AND FITNESS OF FIRST-FORM PUPILS FROM RURAL AREAS

    Get PDF
Purpose: to find correlations between characteristics of body posture in the sagittal plane and fitness and endurance of first-form children from rural areas. Material: an analysis of more than 30 sources of scientific and educational literature. Results: the study involved 209 children, including 102 girls and 107 boys. They were children who lived in the country since they were born. To assess particular characteristics of body posture, the children were studied by means of the measuring equipment using the projection Moiré system. Motor skills were estimated using selected EUROFIT physical fitness tests (sitting forward bend, standing broad jump, handgrip, sit-and-reach, bent arm hang and 10 x 5 m shuttle run). The level of physical endurance was evaluated with the Harvard Step Test modified by Montoye. Conclusions: the conducted research reveals statistically significant correlations between the characteristics of body posture in the sagittal plane and selected EUROFIT physical fitness tests and physical endurance of the children involved in the study

Biomechanical study athletes’ movement techniques in the hurdles (on example of phase of flight)

    Get PDF
Purpose: To design a theoretical biomechanical model of athletes’ movement techniques in the hurdles and then check there movements on real athletes. Material: In the practical part of the study participated 10 smortsmen. Results: Showing the possibility of constructing a theoretical model of hurdling technique. The basis of cons tructing a model using the known approaches in theoretical mechanics. Shows the calculated and actual performance movement of the athlete. Conclusions: The developed model provides a good theoretical understanding of the interactions of individual elements of movement and the ability to simulate different situations and to determine the optimal values of the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of the movement of the athlete. The model allows the individual elements of motion correction directly in the process of training. When analyzing art movement should consider specific features of physical development and anthropometric characteristics of the athlete's body
