    Loyalitas Nasabah Dan Kinerja Perbankan Di Indonesia

    The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of customer loyalty on firm performance in the banking industry in Indonesia. This study used sample of banking firms listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data was processed and analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS). We hypothesized that firm\u27s financial performance, market performance, and non-financial performance were positively affected by customer loyalty. The results provided an evidence which was consistent with the hypothesis. It showed that customer loyalty provided incremental information to the firm\u27s performance that consisted of financial performance, market performance, and nonfinancial performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak loyalitas nasabah terhadap kinerja Perusahaan pada industri perbankan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel Perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data diolah dan dianalisis dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini menduga bahwa kinerja keuangan, kinerja pasar, dan kinerja non-keuangan perbankan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh loyalitas nasabah. Hasil penelitian memberikan bukti yang konsisten dengan dugaan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas nasabah memberikan incremental information terhadap kinerja perbankan yang terdiri dari kinerja keuangan, kinerja pasar, dan kinerja non-keuangan

    This research talked about client loyalty in the East Java Bank of Perak Branch,Surabaya. This research was focused on the enhancement of client loyalty based on theservice quality, and relationship marketing. From the testing results on the model in thisresearch, by using random sampling, structural equation model (SEM) analysis, and theassistance of software Amos 20, on 100 respondents, it able to explain the correlationbetween service quality and relationship marketing on the client loyalty in the East JavaBank of Perak Branch, Surabaya. Results of research showed that 1) Service qualitysignificantly affects the Relationship Marketing. 2) Service quality significantly affects theclient loyalty. 3) Relationship Marketing of the East Java Bank of Perak Branch, Surabaya,significantly affects the client loyalty. 4) Service quality significantly affects the clientloyalty, indirectly through the relationship marketing of the East Java Bank of PerakBranch, Surabaya.In this research, it was found the Determination Coefficient (R²) of 0.591, this case showsthat, with the maximal service, and the good relationship marketing between the bank andthe clients will encourage the client loyalty increase of 59.1%

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh tax haven dan debt covenant terhadap keputusan Perusahaan melakukan transfer pricing. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan variabel kepemilikan institusional sebagai variabel yang memoderasi pengaruh tax haven dan debt covenant terhadap keputusan Perusahaan melakukan transfer pricing. Penelitian ini mengguanakan jenis data sekunder dari seluruh Perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) kecuali Perusahaan yang terdapat pada sektor keuangan dan jasa konstruksi. Sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 304 sampel, terdiri dari 152 Perusahaan dengan menggunakan periode dua tahun yaitu 2018 – 2019. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam mengolah data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tax haven tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap transfer pricing, sementara debt covenant berpengaruh signifikan terhadap transfer pricing. kepemilikan institusional tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh tax haven terhadap transfer pricing dan kepemilikan institusional tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh debt covenant terhadap transfer pricing

    The Effect of Income Level, Knowledge, Taxpayer Awareness and Tax Officer Services on Compliance with Paying Land and Building Taxes in Pasar Rebo Subdistrict, East Jakarta

    This study aims to find out the influence of income levels, knowledge, taxpayer awareness and tax officer services on the compliance of paying land and building taxes. The population of this research includes the taxpayers of the land and buildings located in the city of East Jakarta, especially in Pasar Rebo District. Questionnaires obtained after being distributed to respondents amounted to 110. This research uses quantitative approach and uses structural model analysis (SEM). This research also uses hypothesis testing in the form of z test. The results shows that the level of knowledge has no effect on taxpayer compliance while the level of income, awareness and service of tax officers has a positive effect on taxpayer compliance
