    HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI PASIEN TENTANG MUTU PELAYANAN DENGAN WORD OF MOUTH PADA PELAYANAN DI RUMAH SAKIT GIGI DAN MULUT BAITURRAHMAH TAHUN 2016

    Persepsi terhadap sebuah rumah sakit dapat mempengaruhi keinginan seseorang untuk menggunakan layanan kesehatan. Mutu pelayanan yang sesuai harapan akan mendorong rekomendasi dari mulut ke mulut (word of mouth) sebagai salah satu bentuk loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi pasien tentang mutu pelayanan dengan word of mouth pada pelayanan di RSGM Baiturrahmah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey analitik secara kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah pasien yang sudah melakukan perawatan sebanyak 106 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji regresi logistik berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari ketujuh variabel persepsi pasien tentang mutu pelayanan, attitudes and behaviour dan servicescape berhubungan dengan word of mouth, namun professionalism and skills, reliability and truthworthness, accessibility and flexibility, service and recovery, dan reputation and credibility tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna. Nilai Cox & Snell Rsquare menunjukkan bahwa 18,4 % variabel word of mouth dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel attitudes and behaviour dan servicescape, sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain. Persepsi pasien tentang mutu pelayanan yang paling dominan adalah attitudes dan behaviour dengan nilai OR 1,585, p=0,012, yang berarti berpeluang 1,585 kali untuk meningkatkan word of mouth pada pelayanan di RSGM Baiturrahmah setelah dikontrol dengan servicescape.     Effect of Service Quality on Hospital Image at Baiturrahmah Dental and Oral Hospital

    Hospitals as one of the services in the marketing world face a very tight competition dynamics, this requires the hospital management to improve itself and make efficiency, so the hospital is required to provide optimum quality for the performance given to the patient because the patient will provide subjective assessment or forming a direct perception of the image of the company or service provider concerned. Therefore, the study aims to determine the effect of service quality on the image of Dental and mouth Hospital Baiturrahmah. This study used analytic design with cross sectional approach. The sample was 96 respondents, which were chosen using consecutive sampling technique that was adjusted with inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results showed that the characteristics of respondents were aged between 21-40 years old (42.7%) with educational background of majority respondents with high school education (62.5%). The work of respondents is housewife (IRT) amount (41,7%). Of five service quality dimensions consisted of tangibility, reliablity, responsiveness assurance, and empathy, only responsiveness which has significant effect on RSGM image t-count value 3,915. Based on the r-square value of service quality is only capable of affecting image of 51%, while 49% more image is influenced by other variables. It can be concluded that there is influence responsiveness to RSGM Baiturrahmah image, but not with tangibility, reliablity, assurance, empaty

    Introduction: Knowledge is the result of human sensingor the result of knowing someone about an object through the senses they have at the time. Sensing to produce knowledge is strongly influenced by the intensity of attention and perception of the object. Stainless Steel Crown (SSC) is a dental alloy (alloy) nicarat which can be used for temporary or permanent fillings in the shape of dental anatomy. The research objective was to find out the level of knowledge of professional education students about SSC in pediatric patients at RSGM Baiturrahmah . Materials and Methods: This is descriptive with a cross-sectional research design, sampling technique with total sampling. The population  was taken from 50 professional education students at RSGM Baiturrahmah who carried out stainless-steel crown treatment with univariate analysis presented in the form of frequency distribution and data processing using the computerized SPSS program version of IBM 24.0 . Results: The results of this study were obtained because they had received material about the treatment of SSC in pediatric patients and before they carried out the treatment, they had responded in advance regarding the stages of SSC treatment in pediatric patients.     Analysis of Socioeconomic, Utilization of Maternal Health Services, and Toddler’s Characteristics as Stunting Risk Factors

    Stunting prevalence in South Kalimantan has been higher than the national figure and is the sixth highest in Indonesia. Not many studies in South Kalimantan have analysed the risk factors for stunting comprehensively that combine sociodemographic factors, utilization of maternal health services, and characteristics of children. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyse sociodemographic factors, utilization of maternal health services, and characteristics of children under 5 as determinants of stunting in South Kalimantan Province. This study used an analytic observational method with a cross-sectional design. Data collection used secondary data from the results of South Kalimantan Baseline Health Research 2018. The total population of toddlers obtained from South Kalimantan Baseline Health Research 2018 data was 1218 toddlers, and all of them were taken as samples. Data analysis used a chi square test for bivariate test and Logistic Regression for multivariate test. There is a relationship between mother’s education level (p = 0.001), father’s education (p = 0.002), toddler age (p < 0.001), low birth weight (p = 0.05), exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.008), and underweight (p = 0.000) with stunting. The data were continued with the Logistics Regression test and the dominant variables related to stunting were underweight (p < 0.001 with OR 18,241), under-five age (p < 0.001, with OR value for ages 24–35 months 9511), and premature birth (p = 0.027 with an OR of 2187). The conclusion of this study is that the most important factor in the incidence of stunting in South Kalimantan is underweight nutritional status
