Peran Indonesia Dalam Rantai Nilai Global Produk Elektronik

Globalization has transformed the structure of industry into global integration of so-called global value chains (GVCs). Some literatures suggest that electronic industry is known as a successful industry in establishing global value chain. Electronic industry is one of leading cluster in driving economic growth in Indonesia. This study aimed to analyze the role of Indonesia in electronic global value chain according to its share towards global electronic industry, linkages, and value added distribution. An input output analysis by using the Asian International Input Output Table 2005 was employed to analyze the share of each country in electronic global value chain, inter-sector linkages, value added, also output and income multiplier. The result showed that Indonesia had low participation in electronic global value chain. Indonesia's output share was the lowest among all countries which resulted in low value-added acquisition. Indonesia played the role as the input user from the various sectors. It is suggested that Indonesia electronic manufacture sector should be integrated with the input supplier sectors. Electronic computing equipment sector can be the main priority in enhancing Indonesia electronic manufacture sector since it has the biggest effect to economic growth

Analisa Performansi Mobile Learning dengan Konten Multimedia pada Jaringan Wireless Studi Kasus pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Mercu Buana

Perkembangan ICT yang semakin pesat, melahirkan sebuah model pembelajaran baru yang dikenal sebagai mobile learning (M-Learning) yang aktifitas utamanya adalah mendistribusikan bahan belajar kepada peserta didik agar dapat diakses dimana saja dan kapan saja dengan menggunakan perangkat komunikasi portabel semacam Smart Phone, Tablet PC, PDA, dsb. Namun, M-Learning tidak begitu saja bisa langsung diimplementasikan pada suatu institusi pendidikan, mengingat kemampuan komputasi dan media untuk menyajikan konten dari M-Learning yang dimiliki oleh perangkat telepon genggam terbatas. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini akan diteliti bagaimana mengimplementasikan M-Learning dengan menggunakan MLE dan Moodle yang menggunakan platform J2ME sebagai aplikasinya. Serta akan dilakukan analisa performansi M-Learning pada jaringan wireless menggunakan aplikasi wireshark dengan dua metode pengukuran. Pertama, menggunakan satu client yang akan diberikan bandwidth yang berbeda-beda dalam mengkases kursus dan konten M-Learning. Kedua, menggunakan pengukuran skalabilitas, menggunakan lima client untuk mengkases kursus dan konten M-Learning. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian MLE dan Moodle sebagai aplikasi M-Learning merupakan sebuah solusi dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. Untuk hasil pengukuran performansi mobile learning pada jaringan wireless didapatkan nilai throghput paling besar didapatkan pada bandwidth 1024 kbps dengan ukuran MLO 603 kb, yaitu sebesar 113958,63763565 bps. Packet loss paling besar didapatkan pada bandwidth 512 kbps dengan ukuran MLO 454 kb, yaitu sebesar 0,0039795918 %. Nilai packet loss ini tergolong baik pada komunikasi data TCP karena masih dibawah 0,1 % (berdasarkan ITU-T Y.1541). Nilai delay paling besar didapatkan pada bandwidth 28 kbps dengan ukuran MLO 274 kb, yaitu sebesar 0,0003207908 detik. Waktu untuk reload dan konten MLO sampai ke pengguna paling tercepat didapatkan pada bandwidth 1024 kbps dengan ukuran MLO 454 kb, yaitu sebesar 9,294064 detik. Berdasarkan pengujian, parameter performansi seperti throughput, packet loss, delay, dan time sangat dipengaruhi oleh besar bandwidth, ukuran file, dan jumlah user

Transmisi Harga Kopi Arabika Gayo Di Provinsi Aceh

The objective of this study is to analyze the price transmission of Gayo Arabica coffee from farmers to exporters. This study utilizesECM (error Correction Model) to investigate price transmission based on monthly price data in farmer and exporter level from Januari 2008 until December 2014. The result showed that price transmission test ECM-EG model showed that in short term, the price transmission is assymetric and symetric in long term.The symmetrical price transmission between farmers and exporters in the long term, showed that there was no misuse of market power, Therefore, price changes that occur at the farmer level in the long term were transmitted perfectly towards exporter. Asymmetric price transmission in the short term is commonly caused by cost adjustment factors and marketing agency behaviors in the pricing mechanism and the performance of each level / marketing agencies. Therefore, the need for setting prices of Gayo Arabica coffee, especially at the producers (farmers) level and the government's role in monitoring the price according to the quality of coffee, and inform the development of the market price (the local and the world) to the farmers

The development of the business world is increasingly rapidly lead to any major changes in terms of competition and in the field of production. Based on the change in steering the company on the idea of the efficiency and effectiveness of production. Application of operational audit on the production very helpful in exploring of information about the efficiency and effectiveness production activities. The study was conducted at PT Netania Kasih Karunia which is one of the manufacturing companies in the industrial Location PIER Pasuruan, East java. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative research. The focus in this study is the organizational structure, production activities and important element of the audit purposes. This research shows that in 2010 up to 2012 the use of raw materials, labor was not efficient. Idle capacity of production machine from 2010 to 2012 has increased resulting in a decrease in efficiency. The effectiveness of the use of raw materials, labor, and machine capacity are tend still below 100%

Quality Assessment of Silver Arabic Chicken Eggs with the Addition of Chitosan in Rations

The quality of chicken eggs is greatly influenced by the nutrient ration consumed. Egg quality can be observed from the external and internal eggs. The ration directly affects the external and internal quality of the eggs. The research objective was to analyze the effect of chitosan addition in the ration on the internal quality of chicken eggs. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 6 treatments and 5 replications, each replication consisting of 2 Silver Arabic Chickens aged 4.5 months. The study was conducted for 7 weeks. The treatments given were: R0 (control ration without chitosan), R1 (ration + chitosan 0.5%), R2 (ration + chitosan 1%), R3 (ration + chitosan 1.5%), R4 (ration + chitosan 2%), R5 (ration + chitosan 2.5%). The parameters were measured in haugh units, albumen index, albumen and yolk weight. The results demonstrate that the addition of chitosan in the ration showed the same results (P > 0.05) on the haugh unit value, albumen index, albumen and yolk weight. The conclusion of this study indicates that the provision of chitosan in the ration has not had an effect on the internal quality of the Silver Arabic Chickens eggs

By using the modeling language UML design as a system to be built, Class Diagram as a data model that consists of entities and relationships (relations) between objects. Implementasi Keamanan SMS dengan Algoritma Rsa pada Smartphone Android

Kebutuhan masyarakat akan adanya pengiriman informasi dari satu tempat ke tempat yang berbeda sudah tidak dapat dipungkiri lagi. Pada zaman sekarang pengiriman informasi telah dipermudah dengan adanya salah satu fitur dari sebuah smartphone, yaitu SMS (Short Message Service), yang mana dapat menggantikan peran surat dalam bertukar pesan. Namun, seiring berjalannya waktu dan berkembangnya zaman, serta perkembangan yang teknologi semakin canggih, muncul beberapa kekurangan pada SMS. Salah satunya yang paling disorot ialah tingkat keamanan SMS tersebut. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa zaman sekarang sudah banyak para pengusaha/petinggi/pejabat pemerintahan yang menggunakan SMS untuk bertukar pesan yang sifatnya sangat rahasia. Sehingga telah banyak terjadi pencurian data SMS atau yang sering disebut penyadapan yang membuat tingkat keamanan SMS perlu ditingkatkan. Untuk mengatasi masalah yang telah diuraikan sebelumnya, peneliti berencana untuk merancang dan membuatkan sebuah aplikasi enkripsi dan dekripsi yang akan diimplementasikan untuk aplikasi SMS pada smartphone android. Aplikasi ini digunakan untuk mengirim dan menerima pesan teks pada smartphone berbasis android dengan mengamankan atau menyembunyikan pesan asli.
