    Method for complex web applications design

This article deals with peculiarities of design that are taken into consideration during practical development of complex information systems, made on the basis of web technologies, in particular during development of web applications. This article covers the majority of development aspects from the position of different methodologies of web applications design and lists design peculiarities differences in comparison with programme means that do not use web technologies. Web application architecture design according to block and modular principle is suggested. The main programme block will be responsible for users’ authorization, session provision, request of enclosed modules, connection to database and similar service functions. Administrative module will allow managing sets of modules, features of web applications, change informational content. It is also suggested that services of web application are designed according to modular principle as the ones that have their own managing modules and modules of data processing (working modules). Peculiarity of the suggested methodology is that the modules are made in the form of separate files that execute their own specific function and work strictly with their own tables in database. It is suggested to use traditional approach when creating a web application. It is connected with presence of a big number of different relational database control systems supported by web servers. Initially on the stage of database design datalogical models are being developed. They are oriented on data storage and processing environment. The difference of the suggested graphic interface is that navigation in the web application is managed by the user who may execute previously permitted actions on random following his way in navigating the interface.     Energy efficiency, low-carbon energy production, and economic growth in CIS countries

    The paper studies the peculiarities of energy efficiency increase in national economy and decrease of carbon dioxide emission for CIS countries. The conditions that allow achieving parameters of sustainable development are determined according to indexes of GDP energy intensity and carbon intensity. Focusing on the indexes of GDP energy intensity and carbon intensity dynamics as well as on carbon intensity of energy production, a real movement towards implementation of program conditions presented by international organizations is analyzed, namely, economic conversion to the model of sustainable development. The examples demonstrate both the presence of significant differences between 12 countries and the lack of fatality in these differences. At determining dependencies linear models are preferred to non-linear ones, with the explanation of reasons in each particular case. Attention to success of these countries may help to understand the advantages of conversion to the model of sustainable development and also it helps to decrease demands in terms of costs for this conversion

    Стратегические направления цифровизации для развития занятости в малом и среднем бизнесе

    Purpose: this article identifies strategic directions for the development of digital infrastructure that affect the level of employment in the segments of small and medium-sized businesses in the Russian Federation, including identifying opportunities and threats for their implementation.Methods: the research involves the use of a complex of scientific methods – general (analysis, analysis, synthesis, comparison, comparison); econometric (tools of linear regression using the least squares method); elements of the strategy methodology of Professor V.L. Kvint (OTSWanalysis).Results: the study examines China's experience in developing and integrating digital infrastructure into the economy. The impact of these system-forming transformations on employment in various business segments is considered. The current policy of the Russian Federation in the aspects of digital transformation and digitalization is analyzed. The results of the implementation of this policy and the consequences of its implementation in the Russian economy are studied. By constructing an econometric model, the strategic directions of digitalization have been identified, which determine employment in the segments of small and medium-sized businesses in the conditions of economic and technological realities. Based on the OTSW-analysis, the opportunities and threats posed by the digitalization process were considered in terms of their impact on small and medium-sized businesses and employment in these segments of the economy.Conclusions and Relevance: the authors found that the most important strategic aspects of digitalization processes that directly affect the development of employment in the Russian segments of small and medium-sized businesses are: internal costs for research and development of digital solutions; the share of the population with access to the Internet; the absolute volume of investment in ICT. A clear understanding of the potential opportunities and threats of the planned strategic priorities will contribute to the effectiveness of the further development of the Russian digital infrastructure.Цель. Целью настоящей статьи является выявление стратегических направлений развития цифровой инфраструктуры, которые влияют на уровень занятости в сегментах малого и среднего бизнеса в Российской Федерации, включая определение возможностей и угроз для их реализации.Методы или методология проведения работы. Проведение исследования подразумевает использование комплекса научных методов – общих (анализ, анализ, синтез, сравнение, сопоставление); эконометрического (инструментарий линейной регрессии по методу наименьших квадратов); элементов методологии стратегирования профессора Квинта В.Л. (OTSW-анализ).Результаты работы. В ходе исследования изучен опыт Китая по разработке и интеграции цифровой инфраструктуры в экономику, а также влияние этих системообразующих трансформаций на занятость в различных сегментах бизнеса. Проанализирована текущая политика Российской Федерации в аспектах цифровой трансформации и цифровизации, а также результаты имплементации данной политики и последствия ее внедрения в экономику. С помощью построения эконометрической модели выявлены стратегические направления цифровизации, определяющие занятость в сегментах малого и среднего бизнеса в условиях экономических и технологических реалий. На основе проведения OTSW-анализа были рассмотрены возможности и угрозы, создаваемые процессом цифровизации, с точки зрения их влияния на малый и средний бизнес, а также занятость в данных сегментах экономики.Выводы. Авторами установлено, что наиболее важными стратегическими аспектами процессов цифровизации, которые непосредственно влияют на развитие занятости в российских сегментах малого и среднего бизнеса, являются внутренние затраты на исследования и разработку цифровых решений, доля населения, имеющая доступ к сети Интернет, а также абсолютный объем инвестиций в ИКТ. Четкое понимание потенциальных возможностей и угроз намеченных стратегических приоритетов будет способствовать эффективности дальнейшего процесса развития российской цифровой инфраструктуры

    Research of human capital in view of labour potential of staff: National companies case study

    Today, in a constantly changing economic situation in the world innovations are the driving forces of the global economy, where one of the main places takes labor potential of human capital. For this reason, we evaluated the human capital of the Volga Federal District and its region on the example of the Republic of Tatarstan for the period from 2013 to 2016 (projected) year and the forecast until 2020, taking into account the labor potential of the national enterprise. This study is based on the application of the following research methods: analysis and synthesis, systematic and integrated approach, factor analysis, structural-functional, statistical and representative approaches. In the study, we obtained the following results: calculated indices of human capital in each region of the Volga Federal District and Russia, conducted its evaluation with the calculation of the labor potential of the national company and the counting of the forecast of development of human capital in the Republic of Tatarstan

    Clinical and biochemical changes and their correction in patients with metabolic phenotype of osteoarthritis and insomnia

    BACKGROUND: Currently, OA is considered a polyetiological disease, where several phenotypes are distinguished based on the leading role of a specific risk factor. It is assumed that each clinical phenotype corresponds to its own fundamental changes in various organs and systems. Modern experimental evidence of chondro-osteogenic activity allows us to consider melatonin as a potential drug for various types of osteoarticular pathology.AIM: To study clinical and biochemical changes and effects of melatonin in the metabolic phenotype of OA and insomnia.MATERIALS AND METHODS: The study involved patients with a metabolic phenotype of OA and healthy volunteers. The subjects were collected complaints and anamnesis, as well as general clinical and orthopedic examination. In the blood serum, markers of bone and cartilage metabolism were determined. Patients were asked to answer the questions of clinical scales to assess the quality of sleep, the functional state of the joints and quality of life.RESULTS: The study involved 36 patients. Participants were divided into 3 groups: group health patients — patients without articular pathology, sleep quality disorders and normal body mass index; control group- patients with metabolic phenotype of OA, insomnia and basic treatment for 30 days; experimental group — patients with a metabolic phenotype of OA and insomnia, whose basic treatment included melatonin (Melaxen®) at a dosage of 3 mg for 30 days. Statistically significant differences were observed between the initial levels of acid phosphatase (AP), bone isoenzyme alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and calcium (Ca) in the control and experimental groups. According to the results of screening for the detection of insomnia among patients with the metabolic phenotype of, there were statistically significant insomnological disorders compared to the group health patients, as well as significant differences in terms of pain, symptoms, activity and quality of life in general according to the KOOS and SF-36 scales. Correlation analysis showed moderate correlations with biochemical parameters in patients with OA metabolic phenotype groups. After the treatment there was a certain increase in the level of Ca and a decrease in the activity of ALP and АP in patients of experimental group in comparison with patients of control groups. There was a positive trend in the range of criteria of the KOOS and SF-36 scale in experimental groups, pronounced decrease in pain syndrome (P), symptoms (S) and an increase in the levels of daily activity (A) and the total indicator (Sum) in comparison with patients of control groups. Also as improved sleep quality on all scales in comparison with the control group. In control group, problems with the quality and quantity of sleep remained at the same level.CONCLUSION: In patients with the most pronounced indicators of clinical manifestations of OA, more active processes of bone remodeling. The higher the level of bone resorption markers, the greater the severity of the clinical course in patients with osteoarthritis, and the worse the quality of sleep in general. The addition of melatonin to the treatment regimen was associated with a decrease in serum activity of the bone isoenzyme of alkaline phosphatase, acid phosphatase, an increase in calcium levels, as well as with an improvement in sleep and clinical symptoms ОА
