Rhynchomeliola Speg., un viejo género nuevo para Argentina

    Get PDF
During a survey of the micromycetes growing on native plants from the Patagonian Andean forests, two species of Rhynchomeliola Speg. were found: R. lomatiae S. Lee & Joanne E. Taylor growing on leaves of Lomatia ferruginea (Proteaceae), and R. usteriana (Speg.) Arx & Müller growing on bark of Nothofagus pumilio (Nothofagaceae). Rhynchomeliola is a small genus of long-necked, non stromatic, perithecial fungi which comprises nine species that are mostly tropical and foliicolous. In South America this genus was known only from Brazil. Rhynchomeliola lomatiae is recorded for the first time since its original description from herbarium material of Lomatia polymorpha in Australia. The finding of R. usteriana growing on bark is the first record of a Rhynchomeliola species on a lignified substrate and supports the rejection of the habit as a useful character to distinguish the genus from the morphologically akin Rhynchostoma P. Karst. Full descriptions and illustrations of the recorded species are provided along with those of the type materials of the species described by Spegazzini.Fil: Bianchinotti, Maria Virginia. Matrix KP: tropical limit and Yang-Baxter maps

We study soliton solutions of matrix Kadomtsev-Petviashvili (KP) equations in a tropical limit, in which their support at fixed time is a planar graph and polarizations are attached to its constituting lines. There is a subclass of "pure line soliton solutions" for which we find that, in this limit, the distribution of polarizations is fully determined by a Yang-Baxter map. For a vector KP equation, this map is given by an R-matrix, whereas it is a non-linear map in case of a more general matrix KP equation. We also consider the corresponding Korteweg-deVries (KdV) reduction. Furthermore, exploiting the fine structure of soliton interactions in the tropical limit, we obtain a new solution of the tetrahedron (or Zamolodchikov) equation. Moreover, a solution of the functional tetrahedron equation arises from the parameter-dependence of the vector KP R-matrix.Comment: 23 pages, 9 figures, second version: some minor amendments, reformulations in Section 4, additional references [10] and [18

CDM afforestation and reforestation baseline methodologies: An analysis of the submission and approval process

Afforestation and Reforestation (A/R), also widely termed LULUCF have been an important field of conflict in the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) of the Kyoto Protocol. The first methodology for A/R projects has been submitted only by October 2004 and the first project was registered only in November 2006, two years after the first project in the energy sector. Like energy efficiency and transportation methodologies, A/R methodologies also suffer high rejection rate. 20 A/R CDM methodologies evaluated by the CDM Executive Board have been analyzed in this paper with respect to their approval history. On an average it took 4-5 months for approval of A/R methodologies in contrast to the long approval time taken in case of other methodologies (9-10 months). Most methodologies has been rejected because of not properly defining land eligibility, incomplete baseline scenario selection, lack of methods to prove additionality and insufficient treatment of uncertainties. --

The complete molecule of the title compound, [Sn(C6H5)2Cl2(C9H21OP)2], is generated by crystallographic inversion symmetry, the Sn atom is located on a special position of site symmetry \overline{1}. The Sn atom adopts an all-trans SnC2O2Cl2 octahedral geometry. As a consequence of the bulky substituents at the O atom, the P-O-Sn bond angle is 163.9 (3)°. Key indicators: single-crystal X-ray study; T = 173 K; mean σ(C–C) = 0.012 Ã…; R factor = 0.058; wR factor = 0.099; data-to-parameter ratio = 18.6

Czy Europa potrzebuje zmiany doktryny ekonomicznej?

After World War II the Federal Republic of Germany was forced to decide about its economic system, choosing between liberalism and collectivism. However, neither of the two systems was suitable for German society, so German legal power sought an intermediate solution, a doctrine which would be located halfway on a scale between the two above-mentioned extremes. The resulting solution was the ordoliberal concept of the social market economy, a new economic doctrine implemented by Ludwig Erhard, Economics Minister, later elected Chancellor. The social market economy has since grown in importance, as it was adopted by The European Coal and Steel Community in 1951, and by The European Economic Community in 1957, finally becoming the leading economic doctrine in Europe
