Success of Implementation of Computer Crime Act (UU Ite No.11 2008) (a Case Study in the Higher Education Institution in Indonesia)

Computer crime rate grow rapidly along with the development of the digital world that has touched almost all aspects of human life. Institutions of higher education cannot be separated from the problem of computer crime activities. The paper analyses the implementation of Indonesia Computer Crime Act (UU ITE NO.11 2008) in the Higher Education Institution in Indonesia. It aims to investigate the level of computer crimes that occurred in the higher education institution environment and the act (UU ITE 11, 2008) successfully applied to prevent the crime that would arise. In this research, the analysis using Descriptive Statistics, Binary logistic regression. This paper also describes the success implementation of the Information System Security Policy (ISSP) as a computer crime prevention policy in higher education institution in Indonesia. In factor of act, clarity of objectives and purpose of the UU ITE 11, 2008 was low, the communication and socialization activities are still low to the society especially to the higher education institution, moreover the control process has been running on UU ITE 11, 2008, but at a low level

Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPA Melalui Strategi Belajar Peta Konsep Pada Siswa Keas IV SDN 3 Siwalempu

Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 3 Siwalempu. Rumusan masalah yang diajukan yaitu apakah dengan menggunakan penerapan strategi belajar peta konsep dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SDN 3 Siwalempu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA melalui penerapan strategi peta konsep pada siswa kelas IV SDN 3 Siwalempu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus dengan menggunakan desain penelitian model Kemis dan Mc Taggart. Adapun tahapan dalam penelitian ini meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi,dan refleksi dan dilaksanakan dalam 1 kali pertemuan proses pembelajaran dan 1 kali pertemuan untuk pelaksanaan evaluasi. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini meliputi hasil observasi aktivitas guru, dan lembar observasi aktivitas siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 3 Siwalempu yang berjumlah 25 orang. Tes hasil tindakan siklus I diperoleh persentase kentuntasan klasikal dalam kategori kurang. Persentase daya serap klasikal dalam kategori cukup. Pada siklus II hasil tes tindakan meningkat. Siklus II diperoleh persentase ketuntasan klasikal dengan kategori sangat baik, dan persentase daya serap klasikal dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tes pada siklus II dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan strategi belajar peta konsep dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di kelas IV SDN 3 Siwalempu

Pengaruh Customer Sociability dan Customer Service Experience terhadap Word Of Mouth Positif di Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut Trisakti

Purpose – Since positive word-of-mouth (WOM) is an expression of customer-actualizedvalue, the paper postulate that WOM is not only related to a holistic set of assessments ofthe service experience but also to the idiosyncratic nature of the individual customer. Inparticular, do socially oriented individuals have a greater propensity to engage in positiveWOM? The purpose of this paper is to test hypotheses that customer sociability as well as aset of dimensions of the total service experience, are antecedents of positive WOM. Thecontext studied is a dental treatment involving considerable personal meaning and implicationin the whole service process.Design/methodology/approach – A cohort of 120 patients arestudied post-treatment. Independent variables include the agreeableness and extraversion,other-oriented values, as well as dimensions of the service experience assessed by informationadequacy, pain and discomfort, patient-to-patient interaction, patient-to-personnelinteraction, and recovery outcomes. The dependent variable is the strength of positive WOMintentions.Findings – The sociability of patients as measured by their agreeableness,extraversion and other-oriented values is significantly related to the strength of positiveWOM intentions. Also, to varying degrees, all dimensions of the service experience areassociated with positive WOM intentions

Constructing Deliciousness Through Instagram: The Aesthetics of Foodstagram

In the Middle Ages, food presentations were more important then how the food taste. And in this digital era, since the past few years that kind of concept revert in such an unexpected way—through food sharing on Instagram. The activity of sharing food to Instagram has become a worldwide phenomenon, including in Indonesia. This activity often referred as ‘foodstagram’. The popularity of ‘foodstagram’ cannot be separated from how the food presented, because the main purpose of ‘foodstagram’ were trying to tease and arousing the appetite of anyone who sees it. This study become important in nowadays society. Through the virtual ethnography this study try to understand the aesthetics of ‘foodstagram’ as a cultural artifact by some Indonesia ‘foodstagramer’. Komposisi Pohon Di Bukit Ace Kelurahan Gunung Sarik Kecamatan Kuranji Padang

The existence of trees in a region could be threatened because of their good forest damage due to natural factors such as fires and landslides, as well as human activities mainly due to illegal logging. This study aims to determine the composition of a tree in Bukit Ace in the sub Kuranji Padang. In this study using a survey method using a combination of methods to make trransek track and map examples. Transects were observed along the 20 meter by 10 mapped sample with a size of 10x10 meter Analysis of vegetation cover density, frequency, dominance, importance and diversity index. Based on research conducted at the Mount Ace Village of Mount Sarik District of Kuranji Padang, tree composition consists of 13 species and 172 individuals where species of trees by people who at least is Anacardium ocidentale ie 3 people whereas species with people most is Xerospermum intermedium (31 people) , Important values ranging between 6.107% - 60.327%, of tree species that have significant value the highest is Xerospermum intermedium is 60.327% and tree species with important value lows are Evodia malayana namely 6.107%, while based on diversity index of forest in Bukit Ace classified as being abundant with value ID 2,351

Rumah Limas tidak hanya sekedar rumah yang dipakai sebagai tempat tinggal keluarga dalam membina kehidupan sehari-hari tetapi juga dalam pelaksanaan upacara dalam keluarga. Setiap simbol memiliki makna khusus yang tidak hanya melambangkan fungsi rumah itu sendiri, tetapi juga nilai-nilai kehidupan sosial dalam masyarakat Palembang. Pengaruh Metode Bermain terhadap Hasil Belajar Heading Sepak Bola pada Peserta Didik SMP

The method used is an experimental method to study the form of true experimental design. The population in this study is a class VIII as much as 8 classes. The samples in this study using purposive sampling technique, as many as 70 people were divided into class VIII dam D totaling 35 persons as a class control while class VIII G totaled 35 as the experimental class. Data was analyzed using computerized systems as well as analysis by using t-test Based on t-test results on the class dick and experimental value 0,000 p value <0.05 then Ho is rejected (Ha acceptable) means that there is a significant improvement between the before and after treatment, in which the mean value of the difference in the experimental class (28.2) greater than the control group (8.7)

Safrida, M.Si sebagaipembimbing utama dan Bapak Dr. Ir.Romano, MP sebagai pembimbing anggota. RINGKASAN Kopi Aceh dikenal memiliki cita rasa yang khas untuk itu Aceh menjadi salahsatu sentra penghasil kopi spesialti yang disebut sebagai Aceh Gayo Specialty. Beberapaperusahaan kopi dunia menggunakan kopi Aceh sebagai bahan campuran untukmenghasilkan bubuk kopi dengan rasa yang khas. Untuk itu kopi Aceh akan terus dimintaoleh pasar dunia. Permintaan kopi Aceh merupakan peluang bagi daerah untukmeningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah. Namun, berdasarkan data dari Dinas Perindustriandan Perdagangan Provinsi Aceh menyebutkan bahwa fakta yang terjadi di Aceh sekarangadalah banyak eksportir kopi Aceh tidak melaporkan jumlah riil kopi yang akan dieksporbahkan beberapa pengusaha kopi Aceh mengirim hasil produksinya untuk diekspormelalui daerah lain. Hal demikian akan menyebabkan pendapatan daerah tidak optimal,sedangkan apabila para eksportir dan pengusaha kopi Aceh melakukan ekspor kopi dariPemerintah Aceh maka pendapatan daerah dari subsektor perkebunan akan maksimal. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana trend eksporkomoditi kopi Provinsi Aceh, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi ekspor kopiterhadap PDRB subsektor perkebunan Provinsi Aceh dan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktoryang mempengaruhi ekspor kopi Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Provinsi Acehyang dipilih secara sengaja dengan pertimbangan bahwa Provinsi Aceh merupakan salahsatu sentra penghasil kopi potensial ekspor. Objek yang diteliti pada penelitian ini adalahkomoditi kopi pada subsektor perkebunan di Provinsi Aceh. Data yang digunakan padapenelitian ini adalah data time series dengan range tahun 2001-2015. Data sekundertersebut diperoleh dari Istansi Pemerintah yang terkait seperti Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS)Provinsi Aceh, Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Aceh, Dinas PerkebunanProvinsi Aceh, dan sumber lain yang terkait dengan penelitian. Metode analisis yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis Trend dengan menggunakan Ms.Office Excel 2007, analisis kontribusi menggunakan rumus persentase kontribusi, dananalisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS (StatisticalPackage for Social Sciences). Hasil penelitian dari analisis trend menunjukkan bahwa volume ekspor kopi Acehmemiliki trend positif, yaitu dengan peningkatan sebesar 163,63 Ton per tahun.Berdasarkan data dan fakta nilai trend pada tahun 2035 didapatkan bahwa volume eksporkopi Aceh sebesar 12.486.050 Kg. Volume ekspor kopi Aceh memiliki kontribusi sangatbaik terhadap PDRB subsektor perkebunan Provinsi Aceh. Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilaiFhitung >F (11,555>3,59), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai kopi Aceh, harga kopiAceh dalam negeri, jumlah produksi dan kurs secara serempak berpengaruh signifikanterhadap ekspor kopi Aceh. tabelBerdasarkan uji t dapat dilihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ekspor kopi Acehsecara signifikan yaitu nilai ekspor kopi Aceh dan Kurs. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat darinilai thitung > ttabel, untuk variabel bebas nilai ekspor kopi Aceh memiliki nilai 2,677 >2,20, variabel kurs memiliki nilai 4,039 > 2,20. Untuk uji R2 diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,822,artinya bahwa volume ekspor kopi Aceh sebesar 82,2% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabelbebas yang digunakan dalam model penelitian, sementara selebihnya 17,78% dijelaskanoleh variabel lainnya yang tidak dirumuskan dalam model penelitian ini
