Blind image separation based on exponentiated transmuted Weibull distribution

In recent years the processing of blind image separation has been investigated. As a result, a number of feature extraction algorithms for direct application of such image structures have been developed. For example, separation of mixed fingerprints found in any crime scene, in which a mixture of two or more fingerprints may be obtained, for identification, we have to separate them. In this paper, we have proposed a new technique for separating a multiple mixed images based on exponentiated transmuted Weibull distribution. To adaptively estimate the parameters of such score functions, an efficient method based on maximum likelihood and genetic algorithm will be used. We also calculate the accuracy of this proposed distribution and compare the algorithmic performance using the efficient approach with other previous generalized distributions. The main problem in this research is regarding a persecution committed by the perpetrator as a result of being driven by emotions due to things that are not yet clear, so that what he has done results in harm to other people who do not have any problems with him. So it can be concluded that the perpetrator has committed a maltreatment on purpose but not on target.This type of research uses the library research method (Library Research), which is a technique by conducting an inventory of statutory regulations and documents, also using literature obtained from the decision of the Panel of Judges which has permanent legal force based on the decision of the Panel of Judges at the Bangkalan District Court Number: 431 / Pid.B / 2018.PN Bkl.The results of this study indicate that the technique of the criminal act of persecution either intentionally or unintentionally is an act that is prohibited in Islam. who later will get sanctions, while the sanctions obtained by the perpetrators of this criminal offense of persecution is the law of qishāsh as explained in the Nash Al-Qur'an, so that the substitute punishment for it is diyat or ta'zir. However, when viewed from the applicable law in Indonesia, the perpetrator is subject to imprisonment and a fine in accordance with Article 351 of the Criminal Code concerning maltreatment. Judging from the decision of the Panel of Judges Number 431 / Pid.B / 2018 / PN Bkl that the perpetrator is subject to imprisonment for 1 (one) year and 5 (five) months imprisonment and a case fee of Rp. 2000., (two thousand rupiah)

Office quality classification theoretical and empirical issues

Office quality classification literature recognises identification of office classes through division of office market rent distribution into intervals but failed to provide sound theoretical framework and comprehensive empirical approach to this method. This paper theorised that as office rental levels are a function of office quality; high quality office classes should have their mean rents greater than average market rent and mean rents of low quality classes. Also that heterogeneous nature of property coupled with lack of perfect information to market participants could result into differential evaluation of rent and quality of the same property by different market participants. The behaviour of participants normally reflects in distribution of market rent by depicting natural breaks in the distribution that could be captured by univariate data exploration. Frequency and histograms of rent distributions that were assumed to depict the behaviour of market participants were used to divide rent distribution to intervals to identify office quality classes. The results of this classification were validated by discriminant analysis. 67% and 59% accuracies were achieved for estimation and holdout subsamples respectively. This paper extended theoretical and empirical approaches in office quality classification. The proposed empirical approach could be used in future classification research

PARADIGMA BARU PERKOPERASIAN DI INDONESIA (ANALISIS UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 17 TAHUN 2012 TENTANG PERKOPERASIAN)

AbstractThis paper is intended to describe the New Paradigm of Cooperatives in Indonesia with analysis on Law No.17 Year 2012 on  Cooperatives. The study aims to analyze the Law No.17 Year 2012 on Cooperatives that have implication for the new paradigm of cooperatives in Indonesia. Law Number 17 Year 2012 on coopratives provides statement that the establishment of cooperatives should be legaly formal, and does not recognize any cooperatives that is not incorporated or has no deed of establishment. The position of the cooperatives organization that position of the board, so that the duties and authority of supervisors may propose candidates for the boards and may dismiss the board a while. This implies that the right to nominate members of the board are limited, and supervisor’s position becomes representative of all members of the cooperative. Similarly, administrators can be selected by non-members, this implies that the cooperative may be interfered by other parties who have no interest in the interests of all members of the cooperative, but the emphasis is on their own interests, to the detriment of member of the cooperative. Implications for capital in the form of the new Law on cooperatives in Indonesia is transformed into a cooperative business entity pools of capital, no longer based on a collection of people. Because the capital certificate does not become full rights to their owners, as it can only be fully refundable if there is a buy, despite having been declared himself resigns a member of the cooperative. Kata Kunci : Paradigma; Perkoperasian; Implikasi
