This paper elaborates a catalogue of the food vocabulary contained in the latin documents produced in the catalan spoken territories between the ninth and twelfth centuries. For that purpose, the paper will depart from the parchment which contains the accounts on the products consumed by the Sant Pere de Vilamajor count residence hosts during the years 1157-1158 presented by the count residence ball to the Count Ramon Berenguer IV. The result will be completed with other data taken from the latin documents of high-medieval Catalonia. Key words : vocabulary, Middle Age, food, latin, catalan
