Bolometric effect for detection of sub-THz radiation with devices based on carbon nanotubes
In this work we investigate the response on THz radiation of a FET device based on an individual carbon nanotube conductance channel. It was already shown, that the response of such devices can be either of diode rectification origin or of thermoelectric effect origin or of their combination. In this work we demonstrate that at 77K and 8K temperatures strong bolometric effect also makes a significant contribution to the response
Abstract kinetic equations with positive collision operators
We consider "forward-backward" parabolic equations in the abstract form , , where and are
operators in a Hilbert space such that , , and
. The following theorem is proved: if the operator is
similar to a self-adjoint operator, then associated half-range boundary
problems have unique solutions. We apply this theorem to corresponding
nonhomogeneous equations, to the time-independent Fokker-Plank equation , , , as well as to
other parabolic equations of the "forward-backward" type. The abstract kinetic
equation , where is injective and
satisfies a certain positivity assumption, is considered also.Comment: 20 pages, LaTeX2e, version 2, references have been added, changes in

Gap size dependent transition from direct tunneling to field emission in single molecule junctions
I/V characteristics recorded in mechanically controllable break junctions revealed that field emission transport is enhanced in single molecule junctions as the gap size between two nanoelectrodes is reduced. This observation indicates that Fowler-Nordheim tunneling occurs not only for intermolecular but also for intramolecular electron transport driven by a reduced energy barrier at short tunneling distances
AUTOMATIZATION OF RECRUITMENT ON THE EXAMPLE OF PERSONNEL SELECTIONFOR MASS POSITIONS IN THE URAL BANK OF SBERBANK OF RUSSIA PJSC
The article analyzes the practice of recruiting staff for mass positions in the Ural Bank of Sberbank of Russia PJSC. The ramified structure of the bank's branches, a large number of vacancies of the same type, the need for a limited amount of time to process a large amount of information about candidates, the high turnover of staff in mass positions determine the relevance of this work. In the course of the study, questionnaires and interviews were carried out for employees of the Recruitment and Adaptation Department of personnel working in Yekaterinburg, the organization's documents were studied during the production and pre-diploma practices in 2018 and 2019, and consultations were held with a representative of the software company- with the Managing Partner of the RobotHR project. Based on the obtained data, a proposal was formulated to automatize the selection of personnel for mass positions and the expected efficiency from the introduction of the proposal was calculated
