PT United Tractors Tbk is a company engaged in the heavy equipment industry and mining services. PT United Tractors Tbk has opened opportunities for students to take part in the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program. The ability of students to study, adjust and complete a project is a work competency that must be achieved. Based on the problems that occur such as student performance which is considered not optimal due to a lack of discipline, the placement of workspaces is always changing, the spirit of participation is decreasing and there is no actual data on the implementation of the first MBKM to date from the PIC. This study aims to analyze student performance using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. Work discipline variables have an important role in influencing student apprentice performance, as evidenced by the discipline variable having the highest effect on the mediator, namely work motivation with f square 0.181 , at a path coefficient of 0.390 and a p-value of 0.001 <0.05 so that it can be interpreted that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. The work discipline variable mediated by work motivation on student performance has the most significant influence, namely Upsilon(v) 0.012, so it plays a significant role as a mediating variable for the indirect effect of work discipline on student performance with a path coefficient of 0.107 and a P value of 0.015. Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (FMEA) analysis of the five factors that influence the failure of unfinished projects with a cumulative RPN percentage of 79% the most critical factors as the cause of this type of failure are the absence of student performance measurement tools, project overload, not time discipline, no comply with company regulations, Lack of training and self-development, Ineffective mentoring activities, Lack of communication with mentors. The application of the FTA Fault Tree Analysis method is known to be inconsistent from the analysis of the causes of failure, an action plan table or improvement proposal has been designed in the form of a Determination Project, Dashboard Project, and Personal Timeframe Project

Polluted estuaries can result in oxygen depletion, accumulation of toxic substances and heavy metals, and become a source of pathogens that are threaten for cultivated aquatic biota and coastal tourists. This research aims to analyze 1) pollution index; 2) status of water pollution in Bangka Jaya and Tanoh Anoe Regencies; and 3) testing the level of effectiveness of Layered Filtered Treatment (LFT) using analysis of removal efficiency and degradation capacity on water quality. LTF is a filtration media that composed of coconut husk, membrane and coffee grounds made into briquettes, LFT used to filter polluted estuary waters. The pollution parameters analyzed at Bangka Jaya were nitrate, phosphate, Escherichia coli bacteria and ammonia, while the pollution parameters at Tanoh Anoe were heavy metals Pb and Cd. The research results showed that the pollution status of Bangka Jaya estuary (A1) and Bangka Jaya coastal waters (A2) are moderately polluted, with indices at stations A1, A2 and A3 respectively is 9.19; 8.42; and 8.42. Meanwhile, the water pollution status in Tanoh Anoe estuary are heavily polluted (station B1) and moderately polluted (station B2) with the pollution index at each station being 14.07 and 9.36. The conclusion of this research is that LFT has not been proven capable of removing and degrading the pollutant parameters nitrate, phosphate, E.coli bacteria and ammonia, however the LFT method has been proven capable of increasing dissolved oxygen, stabilizing sea acid, temperature and also water salinity. LFT has also been proven to be able to prevent ocean acidification with a degradation capacity percentage of 6.60%

Based on observations, information was obtained that the elderly hypertension rate was quite high (70%) in Ngaran II Hamlet. Some of the possible causes are the lack of knowledge and public awareness about non-communicable diseases (NCD), in addition to the lack of cadres and equipment. This causes the Posyandu not to run optimally. Integrated activities for field supervisors and students include forming a NCD care group. NCD prevention and screening training was given to members of the NCD Care group, with material on blood pressure checks, simple blood tests and determination of body mass index. At the beginning and end of the training, an evaluation was conducted to assess the level of knowledge of the participants. The NCD care group consists of 9 health cadres. The training methods include theory, discussion, and practice. Participants were aged between 36-54 years (43.6) with 55.56% high school education and 44.44% junior high school education. Of the 9 participants, only 7 completed the test. It can be seen that there is an increase in knowledge from the average pretest score of 45.54 to 68.75 post-test score. Statistical test using Paired T-test showed a significant increase (p 0.001). It was concluded that the training succeeded in significantly increasing knowledge about NCDs and their preventio

The paper available of total hip arthroplasty is still concerned with the external factors of implant user, but the internal factor that is the user's body weight has not deeply understood. Our research presents deformation analysis of total hip arthroplasty with different loading conditions based on the patient's body mass index category. 2D model is selected to conducting numerical analysis of CoCrMo-on-CoCrMo that giving vertical load from different category of body mass index, namely underweight, normal, overweight, and obese class I, obese class II, and obese class III using finite element procedures. Peak loading under normal walking conditions from actual condition of human hip joint is adopted. Our result explains that displacement in direction-y is larger in line with greater user's body mass index
