    DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNITY BASED REHABILITATION MODEL (CBR) FOR DISABLED PEOPLE OF TECTONIC EARTHQUAKE VICTIM IN SUB-PROVINCE OF BANTUL AND SLEMAN

    This Research has general purpose, which is to apply Community Based Rehabilitation for Disabled People of Tectonic Earthquake Victim for self-supporting life in rural. Specific purposes wishing to be achieved are (1) obtain rehabilitation model for disabled people, (2) form CBR team along with guidance package of CBR execution to empower the disabled people. The approach of research is by using Research and Development. First year, research is done to get need assesment of disabled people and also survey of countryside potency for model test-drive. Second year draft of model development of guidance package of RBM program is compiled. Research Subject cover disabled people of earthquake victim residing in Countryside of Sendangtirto, Berbah, Sleman and Countryside of Srihardono, Pundong, Bantul. Research data collected through observation, interview, documentation, appraisal rural participatory. Data analysis is done with descriptive technique qualitative. Result of research show (1) Having been obtained country¬side potency basic data in the region of research which is related to disabled people of earthquake victim, namely available covering of Human Resourches Development as CBR model developer, education service, health service, economic activities centre of citizen, home industry and company, (2) Having been obtained basic data of disabled people prevalensi number which need to get rehabilitation service, model test-drived countryside, namely 79 physical disabled people in countryside of Sendangtirto and 77 physical disabled people in countryside of Srihardono, (3) Having been formed team executor of CBR in countryside of Sendangtirto and Srihardono, each countryside is under the coordination of Kesra with 20 people of facilitators for each countryside, so that there are 40 people of facilitators which at the same time will become disabled people rehabilitation tutor, (4) Having been given training / tutorial about CBR to 40 people of facilitators at two countryside, (5) Having been earned to be blazed the way of fund income efforts to support program of RBM activity, that is fee managed by PKK, donator, and aid of NGO, (6) Occurrence of caring of the society to the importance of giving rehabilitation service for disabled people of earthquake victim after the clarifi¬ca¬tion about program of CBR in the form of meeting and workshop.     PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PROGRAM PBS (POSITIVE BEHAVIOR SUPPORT) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN SOSIAL SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR

    Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) sosialisasi model PBS dan buku panduan hasil penelitian tahun pertama dan kedua, dan 2) desiminasi program PBS pada SD inklusif yang memiliki siswa bermasalah perilaku. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian R&D tahun ketiga dari rencana tiga tahun pelaksanaan. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui angket terbuka dan tertutup hasil dari diseminasi, instrumen berupa buku panduan penerapan program sebagai dokumentasi, pedoman diseminasi, observasi dan wawancara untuk monitoring dan evaluasi. Ujicoba melibatkan 5 SD yang memiliki siswa bermasalah perilaku. Responden dan kolaborator adalah guru kelas subjek tersebut. Analisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) model sosialisasi dilaksanakan melalui seminar dan workshop menujukkan 61%-78% guru menyatakan mampu melaksanakan prosedur PBS. 2) Desiminasi program PBS hasilnya adalah lima siswa mengalami peningkatan keterampilan sosial setelah program selesai, 2 siswa tetap, dan seorang siswa mengalami penurunan skor keterampilan sosial meskipun masih dalam kategori yang sama

    Masalah keterampilan sosial siswa sering menjadi problem di sekolah. Penelitian pada tahun pertama menunjukkan bahwa masalah keterampilan sosial berkaitan dengan perilaku bermasalah (Purwandari dkk., 2014). Penelitian tersebut juga menemukan bahwa sekolah belum memiliki program yang tersistem untuk peningkatan keterampilan sosial siswa. sekolah juga menyatakan membutuhkan program PBS yang bersifat sistematik, melibatkan tim, dan fokus pada sasaran perilaku siswa yang berhubungan dengan rendahnya keterampilan sosial siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian R&D tahun kedua dari rencana tiga tahun pelaksanaan. Tujuan pada tahun kedua ini adalah untuk merivisi draft model dan buku panduan, uji validasi ahli terhadap revisi draft model dan buku panduan, melakukan uji coba lapangan terhadap revisi dari ahli, uji lapangan keterlaksanaan program, dan publikasi ilmiah. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui angket terbuka dan tertutup untuk uji ahli, angket yang diisi guru untuk mengukur keterampilan sosial, instrumen berupa buku panduan penerapan program sebagai dokumentasi, serta observasi dan wawancara untuk monitoring dan evaluasi. Subjek adalah tujuh siswa dari empat SD inklusif di Kota Yogyakarta. Responden dan kolaborator adalah guru kelas subjek tersebut. Hasil pengambilan data selanjutnya dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian tahun kedua ini adalah: 1) revisi rancangan model dan buku panduan adalah lebih memetakan karakteristik siswa yang menjadi sasaran masing-masing level PBS, mempersingkat dan memperjelas alur pelaksanaan serta monitoring dan evaluasi program secara kontekstual. 2) Hasil validasi ahli adalah buku panduan PBS perlu memperjelas kriteria dan kualifikasi/kompetensi guru atau tim pelaksana, pentingnya meningkatkan keterampilan sosial pada siswa sasaran, dan memperjelas perbedaan masingmasing level PBS. 3) Keberhasilan PBS untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dipengarhui oleh perilaku bermasalah siswa yang kompleks; keterampilan asesmen perilaku bagi guru; intervensi yang belum tepat sasaran; serta waktu penerapan yang pendek. 4) Penelitian ini telah dipublikasi pada seminar nasional dengan tema implementasi PBS untuk pengelolaan perilaku bermasalah siswa, dan pada seminar internasional mengenai pelaksanaan asesmen untuk mendasari intervensi

    The purpose of this research is to discover how patterns of adversity quotient couples having marital dispensation. Researchers used a qualitative approach with three key informants and three informants supporters. Key informants were the perpetrators of the dispensation of marriage, while supporters informants are a couple of key informants. In this study, the researcher used interview as a data collector. Couple dispensation marriage should lose one of the most important tasks in the juvenile stage is to prepare the marriage and household. Teens who get married at an early age have a new role in life is to be an adult. It will be cause many problems to be faced by the marriage dispensation pasangang. With the problems that must be faced by the couples marriage dispensation actors require adversity quotient to deal with any problems that there are in the household. Results from this study showed that the problems faced by couples marriage dispensation diverse, such as the economic problems that are not well off, childish attitude of self informant respectively, a third person, even a family treatment of domestic violence. With the problems that occur informant must have adversity quotient to be accomplishing and find solutions in each of these challenges so that they coached households could be maintained. adversity quotient has four aspects: control, origin/ ownership, reach and endurance. Each pair has a different control, no control is low and those that are high, as well as in the aspect of the origin / ownwership. Most informants have a high reach and the endurance aspect of itself throughout the informant has a high durability
