Twitter es una red de intercambio de opiniones personales y de interacción entre ciudadanos, por lo que los políticos deben saber usarla para interactuar con sus votantes. El objetivo es comprobar el uso que hacen los alcaldes de las capitales de provincia españolas de Twitter. Qué finalidades de comunicación tiene, cómo es su acceso, en qué medida sacan provecho o no y comprobar si han sabido adaptarse al nuevo modelo elector-consumidor.Internet and social networks are a great tool of persuasion and communication. Using a Second Order Sigma-Delta Control to Improve the Performance of Metal-Oxide Gas Sensors

Controls of surface potential have been proposed to accelerate the time response of MOX gas sensors. These controls use temperature modulations and a feedback loop based on first-order sigma-delta modulators to keep constant the surface potential. Changes in the surrounding gases, therefore, must be compensated by average temperature produced by the control loop, which is the new output signal. The purpose of this paper is to present a second order sigma-delta control of the surface potential for gas sensors. With this new control strategy, it is possible to obtain a second order zero of the quantization noise in the output signal. This provides a less noisy control of the surface potential, while at the same time some undesired effects of first order modulators, such as the presence of plateaus, are avoided. Experiments proving these performance improvements are presented using a gas sensor made of tungsten oxide nanowires. Plateau avoidance and second order noise shaping is shown with ethanol measurements.Postprint (author's final draft

La Casa Real española aparece desde su creación constantemente en los medios de comunicación. Este hecho hace necesario saber cómo es la relación entre los medios escritos españoles y la máxima institución del Estado. A través de este trabajo se pretende mostrar cómo son esas relaciones y ver si han variado desde el año 1977 hasta la actualidad. Para poder llevar a cabo este proceso es necesario un marco teórico que muestre qué es la Casa Real, cómo funciona… y además cómo es el periodismo institucional y cómo se gestionan los problemas o crisis dentro del mismo.The Spanish Royal House is constantly in the media.
