       It is a material expression and a supporting word of the concept. In fiction, too, the word is a tool for creating an artistic image and imagery. The imagery of the work depends on the extent to which the writer uses the art of speech. Concepts are formed on the basis of intuition, perception, imagination, with the help of words, speech. Therefore, in reading lessons, special attention is paid to increasing the vocabulary and speech of students. The essence of teaching is also to achieve the goal of education by arming students with concepts. Concepts about things and events in reality develop in everyone's mind from childhood to the end of life. Therefore, it can be said that the formation of literary concepts in students from primary school is one of the main tasks of in-class and out-of-class reading lessons. Reading lessons develop the ability to differentiate between works of art studied in primary school, to understand the means by which a writer reflects life events, what literary heroes he created, to express his attitude to the behavior of the protagonists, to evaluate them and draw appropriate conclusions.     Characteristics of Changes in the Immunological Parameters of the Oral Fluid during the Treatment of Traumatic Injuries of the Mandible

    Evaluation of the effectiveness of complex therapy of patients with mandibular fractures was carried out based on the results of an immunological study. Mandibular injuries have a negative effect on the activity of oral protection factors. As a result, we found it advisable to study the immunological parameters of oral fluid in patients and conduct a comparative analysis of them before starting treatment and after applying a set of therapeutic measures. Thanks to the data obtained from the immunological study, we were able to conclude that the proposed treatment regimen, which consists in fixing fragments of the lower jaw with cortical screws, applications of Traumel-C ointment and local exposure to infrared rays, is much more effective compared with traditional methods

    У статті обґрунтовується мовно-поетична картина світу письменника, в основі якої лежить національ- на належність автора, його суспільний та особистий досвід, умови соціального середовища, емоційний рівень та інтелектуальний розвиток. Досліджуються польські запозичення, які є складовою мовно-поетичної картини світу волинського письменника Володимира Лиса на матеріалі роману «Століття Якова». Аналізується семантика вжитих автором полонізмів. Полонізми мовно-поетичної картини світу Володимира Лиса – це слова, які належать до різних частин мови. Автор вживає їх задля характеристики персонажів, особливо польського походження, а також, щоб показати особливості народної мови західноукраїнського поліського села ХХ століття. (The article focuses on the poetic language and the world view of the writer, which is based on the nationality of the author, his social and personal experience, the conditions of the social environment, his emotional and intellectual development level. We study Polish borrowings that are part of language and poetic world view of the Volyn writer Volodymyr Lys on the material of the novel «Jacob’ Century» The semantics of polonizms used by the author are analyzed. Polonizms of linguistic and poetic world view of Volodymyr Lys are words belonging to different parts of speech. The author uses them to characterise his characters, especially of Polish origin, show the specific features of national language of the western polissia village of the twentieth century.
