The phenomenon of the development of small industries is an interesting thing to study. Given the small industry has special characteristics that are not owned by medium and large industries. This research will focus on the role of the entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial values ​​in its influence on the business independence of small industry players in the Madiun City, East Java, Indonesia. This research will be designed by exploring primary data in the form of a questionnaire and will use 50 small industry samples in the Madiun City, East Java Province, Indonesia. Furthermore, to solve the problem formulation, Structural Equation Modeling will be used as a tool to analyze data. The results of the analysis show that the value of entrepreneurship influences entrepreneurial behavior, entrepreneurial spirit and the value of entrepreneurship influences business independence.Fenomena perkembangan industry kecil merupakan suatu hal yang menarik untuk diteliti. Mengingat industry kecil memiliki karakteristik khusus yang tidak dimiliki oleh industry sedang dan besar. Penelitian ini akan focus kepada peran dari jiwa kewirausahaan dan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan dalam pengaruhnya terhadap kemandirian usaha para pelaku industry kecil di Kota Madiun. PELATIHAN PENYUSUNAN LAPORAN KEUANGAN PONDOK PESANTREN MIFTAHUL HUDA DESA DOHO KECAMATAN DOLOPO KABUPATEN MADIUN

Pertumbuhan entitas Nirlaba di Indonesia berdasarkan UU No. 28 Tahun 2004 tentang Yayasan, mendefinisikan dasar sebagai badan hukum non-anggota, didirikan berdasarkan pemisahan aset, dan dimaksudkan sebagai sarana untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu di bidang sosial, keagamaan, atau bidang kemanusiaan. Pondok Pesantren dalam mengelola entitas nirlaba belum dikelola secara profesional. Tim pengabdian masyarakat selaku kaum akademis akan mencoba memberi pelatihan, dan menyadari rendahnya sumber daya manusia yang diakibatkan kurangnya pemahaman tentang penyusunan laporan keuangan bagi masyarakat pada umumnya. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat yang saya lakukan adalah membimbing dan melatih masyarakat khususnya pondok pesantren Miftahul Huda Desa Doho Kecamatan Dolopo, Kabupaten Madiun dalam mengelola organisasinya agar transparan dan akuntabel. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam menyusun laporan keuangan secara umum belum memadai, hal ini ditunjukan dari hasil sebelum dan setelah tes dilakukan. Macroprudential Policy, Financial Crisis, and Macroeconomic Policy (Case Study In 5 Asean Countries)

This study will examine two aspects, the first is the impact of macroprudential policy on the potential for a financial crisis, then the link between macroprudential policy and macroeconomic policy (monetary policy, exchange rate regime and capital control). This research will involve 5 (five) ASEAN countries as samples, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore. The data used are annual data starting from 2004 to 2020. The variable used in this study is the loan-to-value (LTV) variable as a variable that describes macroprudential policy, then GDP growth rate, income per capita, inflation rate (consumer price). index), and changes in monetary policy (real interest rate). The analytical tool used in this research is the probit model. The results showed that macroprudential policies had an effect on controlling the financial crisis. Macroprudential policy is considered effective in avoiding a banking crisis by suppressing credit growth. The capital structure of a business directly affects its profitability. The profitability of a company is directly correlated to its capital structure. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between capital structure and financial performance. An empirical study best describes this sort of research. For the years 2016–2020, PT H. M. Sampoerna was the sample that was utilized. This study employs quantitative methods for data analysis. This study's findings reveal that ROA and ROE, two measures of profitability, are influenced by capital structure variables such as the Debt Ratio (DR) and the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Mathematical analysis of PT H. M. Sampoerna's processed financial reports from 2016 to 2020 reveals that a higher Debt Ratio (DR) has an effect on the company's profit level, with a lower profit level being the result of a higher debt value. A higher Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) indicates that a larger amount of capital is required to cover the debt, but a lower amount of profit is produced by the business
