    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpian, budayakerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kantor Camat Petang, Kabupaten Badung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research), yaitu menjelaskan suatu hubungan antara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Kantor Camat Petang Kabupaten Badung yang jumlahnya 64 orang dan sekaligus menjadi sampel penelitian. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji anava  dan dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah nilai Fhitung sebesar 36,722 (F hitung > 2,70) dan probabilitas F hitung sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai

    Penelitian ini menyajikan sebuah meta analisis yang bersumber dari 14 literatur empiris terkait hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) merupakan inisiatif karyawan untuk melakukan hal-hal yang memberikan pengaruh positif bagi organisasi tanpa mendapatkan reward formal secara langsung, di samping job description yang diberikan. Kepuasan kerja merupakan hasil penilaian karyawan terhadap hasil pekerjaan, lingkungan kerja, serta kehidupan kerja, Hasil penelitian dengan jumlah sampel gabungan sebesar 3.576 responden menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dengan OCB berkorelasi secara positif dan signifikan dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,384 (medium correlation) dan nilai signifikansi p< 0,0001. Selain itu diketahui pula bahwa data dari 14 studi bersifat heterogen dan tidak terdapat bias publikasi

    THE EFFECT OF STORE ATMOSPHERE, SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING, AND LIFESTYLE ON PURCHASE DECISIONS ON CONSUMERS OF THE ALLEYWAY CAFE

    The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of store atmosphere, social media marketing and lifestyle on purchase decisions on the consumers of The Alleyway Cafe. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling. The number of samples is 105 respondents. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires to consumers of The Alleyway Cafe. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 24.0 for Windows. The results of the study showed that variable of store atmosphere had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Likewise, social media marketing and lifestyle have positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Therefore, it is important for The Alleyway Cafe to improve store atmosphere, social media marketing and lifestyle to increase customer purchasing decisions.  Article visualizations

    ANALISIS RASIO LIKUIDITAS, RASIO AKTIVITAS DAN STRUKTUR MODAL PADA PROFITABILITAS DI KOPERASI PEGAWAI REPUBLIK INDONESIA (KPRI) SEKRETARIAT DAERAH PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR TAHUN 2019-2021

    This research aims to analyze the liquidity ratio, activity ratio, and capital structure on profitability in Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur in 2019-2021. Analysis was carried out using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The focus of this research is on the financial statements of Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur for three years, from 2019 to 2021, and only focuses on calculating the liquidity ratio, activity ratio, and capital structure analysis. The results of this research show that the liquidity ratios calculated using the current ratio with an average of 721%, cash ratio with an average of 327%, and quick ratio with an average of 718% state that the cooperative has current assets that are in accounts receivable so that cooperatives are in a poor condition in using current assets efficiently, some funds are idle or not or have not been used optimally so that the cooperative has not been able to meet current debts in a short time. The worse the liquidity ratio, the more illiquid the cooperative is. The activity ratio which is calculated using assets turnover with an average of 0.14 times and fixed assets turnover with an average of 1.21 times shows that the cooperative has not been able to maximize their assets and the cooperative has not been able to maximize the capacity of their fixed assets. The cooperative Is expected to be able to maximizing assets and make their resources effectively. However, despite having a poor activity ratio, the cooperative is able to generate profitability that is considered good because it is above the industry average calculated using a net profit margin of 42% on average. The capital structure calculated using debt to equity with an average of 14%, debt to assets with an average of 12%, LTD to equity with an average of 17%, and LTD to Assets with an average of 15% indicate that the cooperative is considered good because they are below the industry average, so the risk of loss by the Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur is still relatively low. But even though it can produce a good capital structure from profitability which is calculated using return on assets with an average of 6% and return on equity with an average of 7%, the cooperative is considered to be not good because it is below the industry average.     Since the development of information technology and the internet, it has brought changes to consumer behavior in shopping online and offline where these changes affect consumer purchasing decisions in buying a product. Social media acts as a medium of communication and information that connects sellers and buyers. The development of the internet also has an impact on marketing which has now entered the era of digital marketing. Various buying and selling transactions that previously could only be done face-to-face with buyers or sellers, and visiting stores to see the products offered directly. Now buying and selling can be accessed and carried out directly only through social media where on the one hand it makes consumers hesitate to buy products that cannot be seen directly physically. So by looking at the experiences of other people who have bought a product, it helps consumers in making purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine and analyze Online Customer Reviews, and Product Knowledge on purchasing decisions for avoskin facial skin care products on Instagram social media. The population in this study are consumers who are active on Instagram social media and have purchased Avoskin skin care products. By using purposive sampling method, data collection of respondents using an online questionnaire of 100 respondents. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression, t test, correlation test, and F test. The results of this study indicate that partially online customer reviews, and product knowledge, have a positive effect on purchasing decisions for Avoskin facial skin care products.     Analisis Komparasi Brand Trust Dan Brand Awareness Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Pada Produk Kosmetik MS GLOW Dan Naavagreen Di Surabaya

    ABSTRACT            The use of cosmetics has become an inseparable part of human life. Cosmetics are used as care products to maintain health and beautify themselves, the development of cosmetic products is also very fast. This is evidenced by the emergence of various types of cosmetic products with various brands. This study uses quantitative methods with survey research using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study were all women and men who used MS GLOW and Naavagreen in Surabaya. The research sample used a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling from 96 respondents. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is the independent sample t test. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely Brand Trust and Brand Awareness, have differences in the dependent variable of Consumer Loyalty. The significant value of the Brand Trust variable is 0.000, followed by the Brand Awareness variable which has a value of 0.000 and the last variable dependent Consumer Loyalty has a significance value of 0.000. All variables have a significance value &lt;0.05. which means that all independent variables Brand Trust and Brand Awareness have differences in Consumer Loyalty of MS GLOW and Naavagreen cosmetic products.Keywords: Brand Trust, Brand Awareness, Consumer Loyalty

    CHARACTERISTICS OF MATERNAL PREGNANCY AND CHILDBIRTH IN PAYANGAN SUB-SUB-DISTRICT, BALI

    Health and nutrition during pregnancy has a close relationship with child development. Poor nutritional status during pregnancy can have an impact on fetal growth restriction (FGR), low birth weight (LBW) and stunting. Efforts to reduce the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia are carried out through the 1000 days of life program. The Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences (FKIK) of Warmadewa University integrates the first 1000 days program in the field of education through the implementation of community-oriented medical education. This study aims to provide an overview of the characteristics of pregnancy and childbirth obtained by the first 1000 days program in the Payangan Sub-District, Bali Province. This research was a descriptive study using secondary data sourced from the survey of the Community Oriented Medical Education 1000 Days Early Life education program conducted by FKIK Warmadewa University. The research subjects were pregnant women who lived in the Payangan sub-Sub-District, Gianyar Regency, Bali in 2019-2020. The total number of subjects in this study were 110 people. The data collected consisted of data on demographic characteristics, pregnancy, childbirth, and diet. Of 110 Pregnant women in Payangan Sub-District in 2019-2020, 48% showed an average normal body mass index, most (76%) pregnant women in this region had no history of disease and high and very high-risk pregnancy was found in 61% of the subjects. The diet, environment and family APGAR mostly were considered good, namely in 86%, 72%, and 100% respectively. Most deliveries were by cesarean section, i.e., 59% and most did not have delivery complications (85%)

    ABSTRACT            Financial performance assessment is an important thing for thr company, because with an assessment of the company’s financial performance can find out its financial condition which can then be used as ann evaluation by the company to be used as a basis for  making decisions, policies or strategies that are right for the company, so that the company can still grow and develop in quality and quantity.  In this study researchesrs used a measure of Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Economic Value Added (EVA), with an industry average asessment standard that is  if the ROA value  &gt; 9%, ROE value &gt; 15% and EVA value &gt; 0 (positive value), then the company can be said to have good financial performance.  This study aims to describe the financial performance  of PT.Gudang Garam,Tbk which is registered in Bursa Efek Indonesia.  The object of this research is the financial statements of PT.Gudang Garam,Tbk.  The result of this study explain that although there are a few deficiencies that occur in 2016-2018 where the company has not been able to produce a value of EVA&gt;0, in 2019 the company has succeeded in increasing the value of EVA to be positive.  Other than that the results of the ROA and ROE values obtained are all ebove the industry stabdard average value, so it can be said that overall the company’s finsncial performance is good. Keywords : Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Economic Value Added, Financial Performanc

    Good corporate governance in the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility to be realized in the fulfillment of human rights whose results can be directly enjoyed by employees. To facilitate data collection, techniques are needed in making questionnaires that will be distributed to respondents. In this study, the data collection technique used is through a questionnaire using a Likert Scale which is a psychometric scale in the research questionnaire. The regression coefficient of the negative value Diversity variable states that there is no significant increase in employee performance through the variable Diversity. The regression coefficient for the Employee Support variable is positive, stating that there is a significant increase in Employee Performance through the variable Employee Support. The positive Environment variable regression coefficient states that there is a significant increase in Employee Performance through the variable Environment. The results of this study indicate that the three independent variables have an influence on the dependent variable if tested simultaneously, but one of the three variables doesn’t have a strong influence, namely the Diversity variable.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility Diversity, Employee Support, Environment, Employee Performance

    Fashion products are currently developing very quickly following the current developments and related to current trends. One type of fashion product that is closely related to Indonesian culture is the kebaya. High repurchase interest reflects a high level of satisfaction from consumers when deciding to adopt a product. With good service and in accordance with what is expected by consumers in making transactions or buying products, consumers will increase the possibility to make repeat purchases and even invite other people. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on repurchase intentions. This research was conducted at the Bali Kebaya Girls Boutique in Denpasar. The number of respondents taken as many as 90 respondents with a sample selection method that is purposive sampling. Questionnaire data collection and tested with validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, determination, partial and simultaneous significant test with t test and F test. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that: (1) service quality has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention. (2) consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention. (3) simultaneously service quality and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on repurchase intention
