Aplikasi Pengelolaan SPPD Berbasis Web Pemerintah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya

Perjalanan dinas merupakan perjalanan yang dilakukan oleh pegawai untuk suatu tugas atau perintah. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan pada saat mengelola surat perjalanan dinas seperti yang dihadapi pemerintah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya unit Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika sehingga perlu adanya aplikasi untuk mengelola surat perjalanan dinas. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi pengelolaan SPPD berbasis web dimana dapat mempermudah pemerintah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya khususnya unit Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika dalam melakukan pengelolaan surat perintah perjalanan dinas, mengelola biaya perjalanan dinas dan merekapitulasi surat perintah melalu website. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Systems Development Life Cycle dengan model watelfall, bahasa pemrograman Html dan php dengan menggunakan framework CodeIgniter dan menggunakan database MySQL. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah Kabupaten Tasikmalaya khususnya unit Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika dalam mengelola surat perintah perjalanan dinas. Mobile credit transaction application for Android Devices is an application with user-friendly design and can make the credit’s seller easier to top up customer’s credit. This application can be used on an Android smartphone with minimal version android KitKat. The benefit of this application is to facilitate and accelerate the transaction credit delivery by the seller. This application is expected to facilitate the credit’s seller doing transaction by providing a transaction history, mark the customer’s debt and reports a valid seller's income as well as provide a report format the transaction automatically after the user do some settings at the beginning of the use of the application

PENGARUH BARISTA TERHADAP SUASANA COFFEE SHOP MELALUI VARIABEL PRODUK

Consumers in this third marketing era want quality product conditions and a pleasant coffee shop atmosphere. The barista can create both of these conditions. This study aims to analyze the barista's influence on the coffee shop's atmosphere through product variables in the city of Cirebon. The research design was quantitative with a survey method, and the research location was determined deliberately, namely in the town of Cirebon, because there are many modern coffee shops in this city. The research population is coffee shop consumers in Cirebon City, whose number is unknown, so the sample size is determined based on a loading factor of 0.5, namely 120 respondents. The indicator measurement of each variable is a loading factor, using a Likert Scale and data analysis with the Structural Equation Modeling instrument. The study results concluded that the barista influences the atmosphere of the coffee shop through product variables in the city of Cirebon. The most dominant indicator for the barista variable is friendliness (0.84), for the coffee shop atmosphere variable, namely coffee shops and online marketing (0.75 each) and the product variable, the aroma of coffee drinks (0.75). To win the competition, it is recommended that coffee shop business actors improve the quality of these most dominant indicators

ANALISIS DIKSI DAN GAYA BAHASA PADA BALIHO KAMPANYE PEMILU DI KABUPATEN MAGETAN TAHUN 2018

Kampanye pemilu identik dengan penggunaan bahasa yang beragam dan menarik perhatian. Untuk itulah, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan diksi dan gaya bahasa pada baliho kampanye pemilu di Kabupaten Magetan tahun 2018. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mendeskripsikan melalui kata-kata pada data yang diperoleh berdasarkan fokus dan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Hasil  penelitian ini dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut, penggunaan diksi yang ditemukan yaitu pemakaian kata bersinonimi dan berhomofon, pemakaian kata bermakna denotasi dan konotasi, pemakaian kata umum dan kata khusus, pemakaian istilah asing, pemakaian kata abstrak dan konkret, pemakaian kata populer dan kata kajian, pemakaian jargon, kata percakapan dan slang, dan pemakaian bahasa prokem. Pada penggunaan gaya bahasa, terdapat jenis gaya bahasa perbandingan, yang ditemukan adalah personifikasi, pleonasme, dan antisipasi. Pada jenis gaya bahasa pertentangan ditemukan hiperbola, litotes, ironi, dan paronomasia. Penggunaan jenis gaya bahasa pertautan ditemukan metonimia, eufemisme, asindenton, dan polisindenton. Harmonic Analysis of 3-Phase Induction Motor at PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa

In a developing country, the rate of electricity demand is increasing along with the increasing rate of population growth and the rate of economic development of the country. With the growing development of the use of electronic technology in power systems, more and more non-linear equipment is used in the industry. This non-linear equipment can affect power quality because this non-linear load is the primary source of harmonic interference. To minimize the impact of the harmonic generation that occurs on non-linear loads such as induction motors, harmonic filter equipment is needed. This study also compared the current and voltage THD levels based on the IEEE standard and performed calculations to design a single tuned passive filter. This calculation is done because of the emergence of harmonics on a 3-phase induction motor that has exceeded the standard limit, so it must reduce the harmonics. Moreover, disturbances that occur, such as torsion vibrations caused by the interaction of the fundamental harmonic magnetic field, causing higher noise. Furthermore, it leads to additional thermal stress on electric motors, which have an impact on reducing the life of motor insulation. Based on the comparison and analysis obtained that the measured current THD still exceeds the IEEE standard limits. Then the interference that arises in the 3-phase RAW MILL induction motor will have an adverse impact if not handled correctly and adequately.

Pelaksanaan Perkawinan Dan Pewarisan Masyarakat Adat Sedulur Sikep Desa Baturejo, Kecamatan Sukolilo, Kabupaten Pati

Perkawinan dan Pewarisan merupakan suatu rentetan peristiwa yang saling berkaitan di kehidupan manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan perkawinan dan pewarisan masyarakat adat sedulur sikep Desa Baturejo Kecamatan Sukolilo Kabupaten Pati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis sosiologis dengan spesifikasi deskriptif analistis bersifat kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data, menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Setelah data diperoleh, dianalisis secara kualitatif, lalu disusun secara sistematis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perkawinan yang dilakukan Masyarakat Adat Sedulur Sikep Desa Baturejo, Sukolilo, Pati pasca diberlakukannya Undang-Undang No. 1 tahun 1974 tentang perkawinan terjadi 2 (dua) praktik perkawinan yaitu perkawinan antara sesama Sedulur Sikep sesuai dengan nilai ajaran samin (Serat Pikukuh Kasejaten) dan perkawinan antara Sedulur Sikep dengan orang Non Sedulur Sikep menggunakan 2 tradisi perkawinan yaitu tradisi perkawinan adat dan perkawinan sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan. Untuk Pewarisan Adat masyarakat Adat Sedulr Sikep, Desa Baturejo, Sukolilo, Pati menggunakan Sistem Pembagian Pewarisan Parental, (semua anak mendapatkan bagian). Hambatan yang timbul di dalam Perkawinan Adat Sedulur Sikep pasca diberlakukannya Undang-Undang No. 1 tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan disebabkan terjadinya perbedaan jarak umur yaitu dominasi dewasa perempuan dibandingkan laki-laki. Dalam tradisi perkawinan adat Sedulur Sikep, laki-laki sebagai pemimpin harus lebih dewasa dari perempuan sehingga timbullah perkawinan dengan Non Sedulur Sikep. Investigation of Honeycomb Sandwich Panel Structure using Aluminum Alloy (AL6XN) Material under Blast Loading

In this study, we focused on the large inelastic behavior of a sandwich panel made of two solid plates as a stiffener and a honeycomb core shell subjected to blast load. The loading scheme was carried out using an explosive charge bullet mounted at a standoff distance of 100 mm with three mass variations of trinitrotoluene: 1, 2, and 3 kg TNT. The numerical simulations performed using ABAQUS/CAE were validated with the experimental results of a previous study. The geometrical effects of the sandwich panel on intact and damaged models were also numerically investigated. The panel was designed using a square and hexagonal honeycomb core. The effect of honeycomb core height was also observed by modeling the core using three height variations: 31, 51, and 71 mm. The results showed that the hexagonal core was more resistant to blast loads than the square design. The core height parameter determines the energy absorption based on these results. The structural strength is also affected by the damage.
