    Análise de episódios de ensino : articulando os discursos teórico e prático na formação de professores

    O presente trabalho apresenta a estrutura de uma disciplina de prática de ensino que está fundamentada na matriz sociocultural. A ação mediada é sugerida na disciplina como uma construção teórica que permite desenvolver um modelo de organização do ensino, no qual o professor se oriente para planejar suas aulas. O modelo topológico de ensino é uma ferramenta metodológica derivada da teoria da ação mediada que julgamos capaz de subsidiar a organização do ensino no cotidiano da sala de aula e em diferentes estágios da vida escolar. Para caracterizar o domínio e apropriação das diferentes ferramentas culturais utilizadas pelos professores, quando esses planejam e analisam as sequências de ensino, coletamos dados em questionários, registro audiovisual das aulas e relatórios individuais.     Testing the universality of free fall with rubidium and ytterbium in a very large baseline atom interferometer

    We propose a very long baseline atom interferometer test of Einstein's equivalence principle (EEP) with ytterbium and rubidium extending over 10m of free fall. In view of existing parametrizations of EEP violations, this choice of test masses significantly broadens the scope of atom interferometric EEP tests with respect to other performed or proposed tests by comparing two elements with high atomic numbers. In a first step, our experimental scheme will allow reaching an accuracy in the E\"otv\"os ratio of 7×10137\times 10^{-13}. This achievement will constrain violation scenarios beyond our present knowledge and will represent an important milestone for exploring a variety of schemes for further improvements of the tests as outlined in the paper. We will discuss the technical realisation in the new infrastructure of the Hanover Institute of Technology (HITec) and give a short overview of the requirements to reach this accuracy. The experiment will demonstrate a variety of techniques which will be employed in future tests of EEP, high accuracy gravimetry and gravity-gradiometry. It includes operation of a force sensitive atom interferometer with an alkaline earth like element in free fall, beam splitting over macroscopic distances and novel source concepts

    Contrast-enhanced mammography-guided biopsy: technical feasibility and first outcomes

    Objectives To evaluate the feasibility of contrast-enhanced mammography (CEM)-guided biopsy at Hospital del Mar, a Spanish university hospital. Methods We retrospectively reviewed all consecutive women with a suspicious enhancing finding eligible for CEM-guided biopsy, who were prospectively enrolled in a pre-marketing clinical validation and feasibility study (October 2019 to September 2021). CEM-guided biopsy is a stereotactic-based procedure that, by using intravenous iodinated contrast media administration and dual-energy acquisition, provides localisation of enhancing lesions. All the biopsies were performed using a vacuum-assisted device. We collected procedural characteristics (patient position and type of approach), and histopathological results. Feasibility endpoints included success (visualisation of the enhancing lesion, post-procedural biopsy changes and clip placement), procedural time, number of scout acquisitions and complications. Results A total of 66 suspicious enhancing lesions (18.0% foci, 44.0% mass, 38.0% non-mass enhancement; median size 8.5 mm) in 64 patients (median age 59 years, mostly minimal [48.4%] or mild [32.8%] background parenchymal enhancement) were referred for CEM-guided biopsy in the study period. The success rate was 63/66 (95.4%). Amongst successful procedures, patients were most frequently seated (52/63, 82.5%) and the preferred approach was horizontal (48/63, 76.2%). Median total time per procedure was 15 min. Median number of acquisitions needed before targeting was 2 (range 1-4). Complications consisted of hematoma (17/63, 27%) and vasovagal reaction (2/63, 3.2%). At histology, the malignancy rate was 25/63 (39.7%). Conclusion In this first patient series, CEM-guided breast biopsy was feasible, with success and complication rates similar to those previously reported for magnetic resonance guidance

No obstante, se establece la presencia de seis clubes de convergencia.     This document uses the Phillips and Sul (2009) test to assess the hypothesis of convergence on educational achievement of public and private schools, at the municipal level, for the period 1980-2014. Even though the normativity and provision of public education is homogeneous across the country, we find that the educational attainment of the municipalities do not show evidence of global convergence. However, we find the existence of six convergence clubs. The first two clubs, which include the municipalities with the best performance, are mainly private institutions in the major metropolitan areas, while the latter three clubs are composed primarily for public institutions located on the Pacific coast and in the Caribbean region.Este documento usa el test de Phillips and Sul (2009) para evaluar la hipótesis de convergencia en el logro educativo de los colegios públicos y privados, a nivel municipal y para el período 1980-2014.
