    Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Pengalaman dalam Mengelola Barang Milik Negara terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Pusat

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi dan pengalaman dalam mengelola Barang Milik Negara secara parsial terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan Pemerintah Pusat, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan pengalaman dalam mengelola Barang Milik Negara secara simultan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan Pemerintah Pusat, dan untuk mengetahui diantara variabel kompetensi dan pengalaman dalam mengelola Barang Milik Negara yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah pusat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan ex-post facto. Metode analisis data yang digunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik, Method Succesive Interval (MSI), Analisis Korelasi Pearson, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Analisis Koefisien Determinasi (R²), dan Pengujian Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian, 1) Tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi dalam mengelola barang milik negara secara parsial terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah pusat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis yang dilakukan yaitu signifikansi >0,05 (0,834>0,05). 2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengalaman dalam mengelola barang milik negara secara parsial terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah pusat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis yang dilakukan yaitu signifikansi <0,05 (0,000<0,05), 3) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi dan pengalaman dalam mengelola barang milik negara secara simultan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah pusat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis yang dilakukan yaitu signifikansi <0,05 (0,000<0,05). 4) Variabel pengalaman yang berpengaruh dominan dalam mengelola barang milik negara terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah pusat, dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan bahwa variabel X? mampu menjelaskan variasi dari Y sebesar 45,75%, sedangkan variabel X? hanya sebesar 1,48%

The approach method used in the implementation of this training activity includes monological and dialogic methods. This study aims to determine the stages of implementing the Human Resource Scorecard and measuring human resource performance based on the Human Resource Scorecard at PT. Surya Success Group. The Human Resource Scorecard is a way to measure and show the performance of a company's human resources in a comprehensive manner that is directly aligned with the company's vision, mission and goals. This study uses a four-perspective approach, namely the Financial Perspective; Customer Perspective; Internal Business Process Perspective; Learning and Growth Perspective. Data collection was obtained from research related to four perspectives from PT. Surya Success Group. So the total score of PT. Surya Sukses Abadi Prima in 2019 was 2,506 which was classified as a bad company performance and in 2020 it was 3,139 which was classified as a medium company performance

    This study aims to determine how much influence training and work motivation partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia. The method that will be used is explanatory research and hypothesis testing. With the survey technique, the questionnaire was distributed with a Likert scale. The determination technique uses saturated sampling with 100 respondents mainly employees who work in the operational division. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis, namely: 1. Validity and Reliability Test, 2. Multiple Regression Analysis, 3. Coefficient of Determination Analysis (R2), 4. Hypothesis Testing with Partial Test (t test) and Simultaneous Test ( F test) The results of the test and analysis are as follows:1.  There is a positive and significant effect between training on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.489 or 48.9%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05,2. There is a positive and significant effect between motivation on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.470 or 47.0%. Hypothesis test p value 0.000 <0.05.and 3. There is a positive and significant effect between training and motivation simultaneously on employee performance, with an R Square of 0.591 or 59,1%.     Penelitian ini mengkaji dan menguji pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mitrainti Sejahtera Eletrindo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dari jumlah populasi sebesar 35 orang yang berstatus karyawan tetap pada PT. Mitrainti Sejahtera Eletrindo. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan data antara lain melalui wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi, pelatihan, dan disiplin berpengaruh signifikan baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mitrainti Sejahtera Eletrindo. Variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap variabel kinerja. Variabel kompetensi, pelatihan, dan disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh secara keseluruhan sebesar 46,5%, sedangkan 53,5% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Saran untuk PT. Mitrainti Sejahtera Eletrindo untuk mempertahankan dan lebih meningkatkan kompetensi, pelatihan dan disiplin kerja karena memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Ketiga variabel ini hendaknya dilakukan peningkatan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang optimal

The work environment includes the physical environment, psychological environment, and social environment. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee loyalty with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The method used in this research is review with 20 articles. Based on the results of this study, the work environment has a strong influence on employee job satisfaction. A work environment that can make employees develop optimally with appropriate rewards can increase worker satisfaction. Employee satisfaction is very influential in increasing employee loyalty to the company. Employees with high levels of satisfaction will give their energy and time for the success of the organization

    This study analyzes the effect of authority, placement, and work environment on employee performance. The research was aimed at employees of the logistics bureau of the East Java regional police. The research respondents totaled 55 people with the type of research sample selection, namely purposive sampling or determining the sample based on the research objectives. The research method applied is a survey using a questionnaire with reference to the Likert scale and the type of research is explanatory research. The data analysis method applies multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The data processing stage used the IBM Version 25 Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) application. The results showed that the placement and work environment variables had a partial effect, while the authority variable had no partial effect on employee performance.Pene1itian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh wewenang, penempatan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.
