Momiji and the Method of Contemplation in the Environmental Education

Рассматривается проблема непрагматического взаимодействия человека с объектами природы на основе метода созерцания. Исследование проводилось в экосистемах городских парков Екатеринбурга во время осенних экологических экскурсий в сентябре 2017 года. Показано, что студенты приобрели опыт не- прагматического взаимодействия с объектами природы, проявили надситуационную активность при самостоятельной организации познавательной деятельности.This article deals with the problem of non-pragmatic interaction of human with nature objects on the basis of the method of contemplation. The study was conducted in ecosystems of Yekaterinburg city parks during the autumn ecological excursions in September 2017. It is shown that the students gained experience of non-pragmatic interaction with the objects of nature, showed not situational activity for self-organization of cognitive activity

Eco Centric Bird-Watching as an Inclusive Method of Environmental Education

В статье обсуждается экоцентрический берд-вотчинг (bird-watching) — инклюзивный метод формирования приверженности к нормам экологической этики. Показано, что экоцентрический бердвотчинг основан на эмпирическом методе наблюдения, структурирован педагогическими технологиями, усилен посредством экосоциального компьютинга, позволяет достичь признаков сингулярности в эволюции социальной парадигмы в экоцентрическую. Представленная авторская разработка, успешно опробована в процессе осенне-зимних экологических экскурсий студентов Российского государственного профессионально-педагогического университета в городские парки г. Екатеринбурга в 2016—2017 учебном году.The article discusses eco centric bird-watching — inclusive method of achieving adherence to norms of environmental ethics. It is shown that eco centric bird-watching based on the empirical method of observation, structured educational techniques, enhanced by eco socialism computing allows you to achieve the characteristics of a singularity in the evolution of social paradigms into eco centric. It is presented the authorʼs development, which is successfully tested in the process of autumn-winter еecological excursions of the city by the students of the Russian state vocational pedagogical University into the city parks of Yekaterinburg during 2016—2017 school year

Creating an Interactive Module for the Promotion of the Specialty “Document Management”

Особое внимание уделено особенностям подготовки современных специалистов-документоведов, проанализирована информация о возможностях их трудоустройства и уже состоявшихся карьерах. Авторы обнаруживают необходимость создания интерактивных условий, повышающих престижность образовательной программы в области документоведения в период работы приемной комиссии и набора абитуриентов на эту специальность.The article deals with some theoretical and practical issues of document management’s popularization as a specialty of higher education. Special attention is paid to the peculiarities of modern documentary specialists’ training, analyzed information about the possibilities of their employment. The authors argue that it is necessary to create an interactive environment that increases the prestige of the educational program in the field of documentation during the work of the admission committee and the recruitment of students for this specialty

Age- and sex-specific standard scores for the reading the mind in the eyes test

The reliable, valid and economic assessment of social cognition is more relevant than ever in the field of clinical psychology. Theory of Mind is one of the most important socio-cognitive abilities but standardized assessment instruments for adults are rare. The Reading the Mind in the Eyes Test (RMET) is well-established and captures the ability to identify mental states from gaze. Here, we computed standard scores for the German version of the RMET derived from a large, community-dwelling sample of healthy adults (20–79 years). The standardization sample contains 966 healthy adult individuals of the population-based Leipzig Research Center for Civilization Diseases (LIFE) study. Before standardization, weighting factors were applied to match the current sample with distribution characteristics of the German population regarding age, sex, and education. RMET scores were translated into percentage ranks for men and women of five age groups (20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60+ years). Age-specific percentage ranks are provided for men and women. Independent of age, men present a larger variance in test scores compared to women. Within the specific age groups, women score higher and their scoring range is less variable. With increasing age, the scoring variance increases in both men and women. This is the first study providing age- and sex-specific RMET standard scores. Data was weighted to match German population characteristics, enabling the application of standard scores across German-speaking areas. Our results contribute to the standardized assessment of socio-cognitive abilities in clinical diagnostics

Design of a socio-economic processes monitoring system based on network analysis and big data

Socio-economic policy should satisfy the interests of the society as much as possible and contribute to improving the quality of life. This actualizes the role of developing the theoretical and methodological foundations for building an innovative information system for monitoring the socio-economic situation and population responses. The study built and tested an algorithm for supporting management decisions based on the collection of large data sets of socio-economic information based on the principles of the digital economy and processing them through network analysis. The algorithm is focused on building a monitoring system that presupposes a synergy of the authorities and the society, not only in its pensionary part, but also among the masses, which are diverse in their representativeness. The result of the study was the formation of a theoretical and methodological framework for creating a system for making management decisions and assessing the effectiveness of the activities of government bodies, based on the principles of reflection of the final beneficiaries of economic policy.peer-reviewe

Effectiveness of the Mind Maps Method in the Study of «Logic» Discipline

Рассматривается возможность оптимизации методических условий изучения студентами дисциплины «Логика» посредством структурирования ее теоретического материала в интеллект-карты. Авторы обнаружили, что методический прием — создание интеллект-карт — с целью оптимизации процессов запоминания и понимания абстрактных терминов и понятий дисциплины «Логика» в системе не является универсальным.The possibility of studying methodical conditions optimization “Logic” discipline by students with the help of structuring its theoretical material in the mind maps is considered. The authors found that the method of the creation of the mind maps in order to optimize the processes of memorization and understanding the abstract terms and concepts of “Logic” discipline in the system is not universal. It is noted that in well-performing students, the process of creating the mind maps increases academic performance; students who have achieved a low-grade did not show positive dynamics in learning outcomes
